Splendid! Just a note, you can skip the first steps, where you copy the cmd.exe since you can press shift-f10 on the blue screen to access the command line

And guys if it says default user 0 and it won’t let you continue without a password like it did to me then your better off fully cleaning the drive on Reset my PC thing and it should not show that cause on fully clean the drive it says remove all accounts.
Did this work for you with no issues? I'm worried about it removing the windows installation
i already resetted with the other option and got stuck on this issue, then tried resetting again by fully cleaning the drive and still asks for a password for defaultuser0.
@@asurajade6689 look up how to set up a new account using the command prompt. Then look up how to set that new account as an admin using the command prompt. That was how I got around that.

I am from solving the same problem today and it has workded! just use alsmost the same procedure. on cmd. when you type the word: net user it will show you all users. so add an other user of your choice and then use the delete user procedure as shown on the tutorial to delete other users which you dont know the password (mine was defaultuse0 and defaultuser1) so when your windoes starts, it will loginto the newly created use@@Dycee7
