- Hey house lover's and explorers! Mid week explore again and another old Bungalow in a salvage process although the shop front and kitchen area are still fully in tact. Added real estate pics show nice place indeed An upstairs area and crawl space had a few old things scattered around. Cheers to Robyn who gave me the heads up on this one. it was next to two others that I had filmed a few years previously. All are now gone for high density living. hope you all enjoy the explore. Cheers. 👍🙂
That news paper is from 1928, it was the second year Nicolas Frantz won the Tour de France. 😀
Thank you ❤

🌟Hi Paul, another beautiful gem gone forever such a great shame, cool 😎 newspaper! I love old newspapers. Why do they have to keep destroying beautiful homes that have character and especially beautiful facades it’s just not fair I know I say it all the time but I can’t help it! Thank you for the tour. 😊❤🌟:-) x
Great music!! You know what I feel keeps us all coming back is your knowledge and your presentation. Thank you for doing what you do.

Bonjour d'Occitanie (France)
That was a grand old home. I hope your kitties are doing great. Mine passed away a couple days ago. He was an amazing boy..

Looks like the washing machine was right at the back door
lol.. I thought we were actually going to get a little 'sneaky peeky ' of you. 😅
I'm awake! What a treat. 🌻
What a cool explore plenty here to still see, but still, a lot has been picked apart for salvage. It's great to see. Thanks for sharing. Cheers, MM :)
Sad another old beauty going to bite the dust! Very cool video mate! ❤️👍🤘
Everytime i see these homes it reminds me of Nana and Grandpa. They had a home right across from Unley pool definitely was from 1930s

Beautiful old home
Still here buddy
Me too
Thank you Paul for your continue passion to capture all these old buildings and houses, before being demolished. Sadly the shopfront and Bungalow will be replaced by new developments. The architraves and ceilings were also beautiful inside the old Bungalow. 🏘
Cheers Julz! Hope you been well! 😊👍
Great explore. A beautiful big house in it's era. Thanks for this explore
Cheers Pocket watch 😊🙂 Keep up the great work also! 👍
Hey Paul, I luv the cieling in the old home and a nice big LR with fireplace.
Thank you for another great explore, cheers from NorCal USA. 💜☮️
Was just so cute, in it's time!
Hi paul, another great find. Love the cornicing in the home. Very sizeable living room. Keep up the great work. Cheers Deb
Beautiful details in the old homes. You don't see much of that anymore.
Speaking of details, how are your shoes always so clean with all that rummaging around in abandoned buildings?😊
DON'T FALL THROUGH THE CEILING DUDE!!!!!
That was a nice place and the ceilings are pretty. A shame we don't have that in newer homes.
I remember when I had my first job, I worked in a small convenience store called CPS in hut street, now a restaurant, we sold Amgoorie tea straight out of a chest the same as that one. Was a very popular tea back then.
Cheers Bronwyn 🙂 it's always cool finding old things that trigger people's memories. Thanks for watching 👍😁
Your voice sounds different 😮.......are you sick or did you get new audio equipment?
Hi Jean. Hmmmm neither, maybe I had a cold coming on but I don't recall one. 👍😊😷
What a awesome older house 🏠. It's a shame that they will tear it down. I love the old organ .
Great oldhome
