I went to physio yesterday, I had an xray last month my lower back and round hip area has been playing up for over a year so now got to do those exercises along with the pain killers if I need them, telu what Cath it ain't much fun getting old, oh have you had your results back from the endoscopy yet, you take care lovely I love your uTube stuff, thank you for sharing as well as making me laugh, it also brings back memories re school, am seventy five too but a wee bit older than you lol xxx
