I wish s m I had been an adoptive daughter of nana skely's! I ended up with an emotionally and phisically abusive adoptive so called "parents" and they dropped me like a hot spud for the next best thing that bring their blue eyed boy wonder grandson! All i ever did "wrong" in their twisted eyes was tell the truth and stand up for myself against their relentless abuse and hurtful gossip about me n i got stonewalled yet blue eyed boy wonder grandson has been violent towards them and he gets a pat on his ugly freakly pasty back! N plz dnt even get me started on the birth breeders 😯😐

Hi Cath, thanks for this tip, I’m one of those people who needs to loose weight for health reasons but haven’t really got a clue, I lost some eating only fruit in the day and an evening meal but got sick of all the bloody fruit so most of the weight has gone back on xx
