Its a very strong oil, I use it on my puppies neck in coconut oil with some neem oil. For sleep I prefer geranium with lavender together.

ADAM, I USE RED CEDAR THAT IS FOUND IN CANADA. I BURN THIS ESSENTIAL OIL ON A CHARCOAL AND THAT IS A GREAT WAY OF CLEANSING YOUR HOME OF UNWANTED ENERGIES AND GIVES YOUR HOME A WARM FEELING. ALL THE BEST IN 2018.
Cedarwood is the strongest essential oil that have used. I diffuse it together with Myrrh and Frankincense. A couple of minutes is allready enough, longer can even be to much for me. Very powerful essential oil, I'm amazed by the results: deeply grounded and relaxed like I have never experienced before.

WOW! I just started using Cedarwood essential oil last week and I woke this morning feeling really good. I actually said out loud for the first time in my life "I feel good." I did not realize that it is the cedarwood essential oil that was responsible as I have been taking a lot of supplements that really did not work until I started spraying my bedroom and myself with this oil. Thank you so much for this very enlightening video.

@@adambarralet Thank you so much. I feel so much better, the life long depression lifted and left me feeling really good, but I did not make the connection to the cedarwood essential oil. I had bought it to get rid of dust mites, insects and bugs. I sprayed some in my kitchen and living room and the smell is just so heavenly, no more fruit flies or other flies or other creepy crawlies. From now on I will be watching all your videos to see what other secrets I could benefit from. Cheers!
What you said about the root chakra helped me a lot. I'm using cedar wood and root chakra and red color therapy to help with my fear of the dark. I have PTSD triggered by the night time. I love the night though so I'm really working hard to improve. I think cedarwood and rhino visualizations will help.

I use it for sleep and healing and grounding I'm born on the timing of this tree. I love the smell and defuse it all over my bedroom. It's got a nice breezy smell like I'm out in nature. It helps me be calm. I love this oil so much that now I have to find a bottle of this again. I feel so drawn to this oil for some reason too I been hold a red jasper too. So I guess I need root charka healing during lockdown.

Adam, I love your useful yet intuitive approach. You've helped me to stop taking an allopathic approach to plants. You should check out the Plants & People podcast by Robin Harford, he's got some great conversations about working intuitively with plants. My question for you is if you could give us some tips on how you store your crystals and your essential oils? After years I've finally got a system I'm relatively happy with for crystals but it's not ideal, but storing essential oils is weird and I don't know where in the house to put them! medicine cabinet, kitchen, pantry, bathroom... They're now rather unglamourously in the broom closet. I also mistakenly put them in a beautiful wooden box that will now forever smell of eucalyptus. Thank you!!

Great! Do you keep them in a container, or a on a shelf like books? Hope you don't mind me asking, I just really don't know what to do.
@@seekingthequestion they're fine to be out as long as they aren't exposed to direct sunlight or extreme heat. countertops, closets, medicine cabinets, wherever as long as they don't get too hot or exposed to strong sunshine for a long time. I keep most of mine in my medicine cabinet but it gets a bit crowded so they end up all over my house....
