Hi Lillie, this is just an opinion of course you know better "I was really impressed with how you addressed the issue of losing low-paying jobs to automation in the previous essay about people who resist change . For the current essay, I think it would be great if we could maintain a similar commitment to the main idea. For instance, we could argue that forcing professionals to stay in a country where they don’t want to be will eventually lead them to leave. This approach would be consistent with how effectively you handled the main idea in the previous essay."because I think with talking about creativity and productivity could be connected to the second main idea about feeling fulfilled

I wanted to say that the body paragraph one was not well developed for the topic sentence because your have provided one reason that how does requiring trained people to stay can avoid brain drain, which was that " with out this policy, many would have moved to other other countries " and the if clause sentence was not answering how it will avoid brain drain. Hi, the first clause starts with "only when" so the second clause needs to be inverted. That's why "can" is placed before the subject "they".

They are the same except that you need to say something like "I *completely/totally* agree" if it's a to-what-extent essay.
