I added the Legend shocks and Axeo cartridges to my 2016' Road Glide CVO. The ride has improved greatly over stock, can't even describe the improvement. However, during the install of the Axeo fork cartridges there was a problem with the install instructions as my bike was a CVO, not the standard. There are distinct differences that the instructions do not cover and Legend was not aware of it until I brought to there attention via email. I can understand that. What I cannot understand is there absolutely no way to call on the phone for help, zero, nada! I ended up sending emails (that's all they take) back and forth for 5 days! Turns out because I had a CVO, it has a hydraulic bottoming out cone on both fork tubes, not just the single one on the standard. So for 5 days my bike was on a stand with the basically the front end off that could have been solved with 1 phone call and an additional part. The Legend suspension is absolutely first class, the customer service is non-existent unless you want to wait on emails. Sorry Legend, but if you can't answer a phone call, I can't recommend your products.

love their shocks but i installed the cartridges in my streetglide and they were so harsh i had to remove them
What year is your Street Glide, & did you install the AXEO Comfort or AXEO Performance?
@LifestyleCycles_ 2014 when I bought them I don't think they had the comfort,
There's only one cartridge kit available for my Sportster from legend but it doesn't specify if its comfort or performance
I got both front and back
How does your bike feel/perform in comparison to when it had stock suspension?
