Restoration of a 1960´s Peugeot Shoulder Drill

This hand drill was restored for a friend as it belonged to his father. I was initially convinced that it was made by Millers Falls co in USA. After checking some threads they were not imperial but metric. This narrowed the maker down and I assumed either Germany or France. I eventually came to the conclusion it was made by Peugeot in France.
Drill is two speed. I would suggest it is early sixties as some models have a quick gear change system which would suggest later models.
I have painted as per traces of paint that remained.
