If you were to use a torque converter ( used for undoing wheel nuts on trucks ) you could turn that with 1 finger or even a small battery drill leaving you to just turn the die cutter . Great building video

I like the design very much. I like your other pellet machine better, but this one is good too, especially since you can easily change the die plate for one with different sized holes. Questions or suggestions: Why horizontal rather than vertical? Vertical seems to make more sense, because gravity and easier to load powder. Have you tried using a power drill instead of crank by hand? Why are pellets not coming out the bottom portion of the die plate? Thanks for sharing, really like your builds!

Two Suggestions
1. Handle may be wheel type.
2. Instead of front loading, design must be top loading ( Centre of the cylinder).
You are wasting more energy for getting pellets out due to dryness of flour. So some water may be added in the flour for getting wet & easy to squeeze.

Да конструкция очень не надёжная, и если ею действительно работать, то станет она не разборной очень быстро. Крепление сетки на винты, это вообще бред. Конструкция мясорубки не зря не меняется уже больше 100 лет. Да и метала там осталось по 1,5 миллиметра, что очень ослабило конструкцию, и там при сильном давлении будет деформация и выдавливание сетки, это ещё не учитывая, что нет ничего для быстрого позиционирование сетки. А П образный упор сзади вообще полный крах, в особенности то как просто он молотком согнул подобную полосу указывает, что это сырой метал, не зря даже китайцы на дешёвых прессах для сока делаю арочную конструкцию "(" да с рёбрами усиления. Да и толщина полоски очень маленькая в этом месте резьба для основного винта очень быстро выйдет из строя, нужно было хотя бы гайку в варить, и то удлинённую. У меня на старом советском прессе 5см резьбы, а тут всего 6мм. Будем надеяться, что все эти пляски с бубном от того, что нет сварочного вообще, хотя наличия сверлильного станка, эти надежды ставит под сомнения.

now you know how they make the pellets that turn into cereal flakes only they use electricity to drive the extruder and the knife. Instead of using the threaded rod for the piston I would look for a mechanical screw jack like many 4x4 vehicles have. A hydraulic jack would be better but cost more. If you made the barrel longer you could put a feed port in the top to fill it and once the piston went past it compression would start. That way you only have to move in and out a few centimeters each time to keep pellets coming out.

كان من الاجدر تضع الفتحات المغلقة السفلى في الاعلى اقصد المثلث الداخلي يكون في الاعلى يترتب على ذلك كل الكمية المراد ضغطها تكون في الاسفل حتى ولو كانت كمية صغيرة لكن الان يترتب عليك ملئ الاناء حتى يرتفع للفتحات العليا
