It's simple but it works. Just a problem i see, you have welded all the pieces, and if there is a problèm you can't repare and modifie it. For everything else it great.

What product are you making the pellets from ^?

The dark yellow color is the same color as corn gluten meal. You can get it at your local feed store, but call ahead first for pricing and availability. It is a lot less expensive in the upper Midwest than it is in the south. CGM is an ingredient in livestock feed including chickens, dog food, and fish food. It is also a main ingredient in some of the best organic fertilizers, although the large size of the pellets in the video would not flow easily through a spreader. Those pellets would be better for fish or large animals.
