The Ralph One is just such a classic one imo and the fact that you’ve had it years makes it well worth the money. Better value than Canada goose, moncler etc
@@marissashantez6051 ngl the jacket aint worth the price. After a few months u start getting the white bits come out. Probably happened only to me but thats my stance on it.
Been seeing Canada Goose a ton especially during a trip to New York City back in December almost every other person was wearing one which was not too big of a surprise considering I live in a small rural town.
I just got myself a lufian in Istanbul and it is simply amazing. They dress on the smaller size, I had to go a size up, but the quality and the feel is simply top notch
There are so many jackets out there but Eddie Bauer is my favorite because they can keep you warm and there are many sales on them that make them attainable for many 😊
I was wearing the Arne Mid Length Down Jacket in Grey the other day, it keeps me warm and loving the style of it. However, it's been raining a bit, so I had to rotate to a more waterproof jacket. I originally bought the Mid Down Parka but it had a fault with the hood, so I bought the Down Jacket instead. The parka had a nice matte material too but maybe it was an older design and the faults haven't been ironed out, and it was not up to the quality of the down jacket. I want a waterproof down jacket in the future because temps have been really cold but it's also very wet weather in Scotland. It was -8C back in Dec, and with climate change, more freak cold weather could be in the future, so warmer down jackets might be needed in the future.
Yeah I get that mate. The Arne jackets are really good, but there have been a few teething issues with the quality. But they are still very well priced. I need to try RAB, Patagonia and berghaus for proper waterproofs
I have the Rab valiance jacket it's 800 goose down insulation and its water proof it's very warm and blizzard proof it's for winter mountain climbing it's perfect for me and cost £270 new
Great review vid mate. What size of the lightweight Lufian Jacket did you get?. Im a similar size to you here and i know sometimes with brands what size you are in lightweight jackets is slightly different to what you are in puffer or straight down jackets? Thanks in advance👊🏼
Is that Ralph Lauren jacket warm enough for winter in New England? I live in New Hampshire and it gets cold. How cold have you worn the jacket and stayed warm ?
The Ralph one is hands down the best jacket, had the jacket for couple years now and it my best jacket I got!! Greet video mate keep it up always love the content 👍
Right now where I'm staying is -28 and I'm wearing a mountain Hardwear cheap puffy jacket and it's working perfectly. Cost me 60 bucks. I'm using a MEC base layer, Spyder med layer and the cheap jacket and you don't need more!
Absolutely boss review on LUFIAN , everything was on point and accurate ,from Josh and useful discount code ! Ordered the small yesterday and arrived today just in time for the cold weather ! Oozes quality just lacking the brand awareness , if they market it well , can be a top name over time . Real good value I reckon and unknown gem in london . The small was a perfect fit for me as 5’7’, 36 inch chest , medium built man. As Josh said they aren’t baggy so that was a useful tip , otherwise would have risked it with the XS as per the website recommendation if I wanted a slim fit. Thanks again Josh , top notch review helped me make a good decision which I struggled with before.

I really don’t feel like it’s worth spending a grand on the jacket in the UK. I’m not sure our weather is extreme enough to require a Canada goose. Indoors it would be far too hot.

Saying “Not sponsored” then saying “a friend” gave me “multiple(!)” jackets and “I can give you a discount” seems super bias. Adding that no other jacket been given that attention!

A friend had the badge stolen off his Canada Goose jacket - they very skilfully unpicked the stitching and took off with it. My friend now claims his £1,000 jacket is now worthless and refuses to wear it!!!. 🤣🤣🤣
I would get the badge removed if I bought a Canada goose. Much better jackets out there for what I need though, don’t care about the price on something I need.
