I would of liked to see you use this punch card and make the sweater. I am in the US and just bought a Brother KH840 and waiting for it to arrive from Canada. I specifically wanted one with a punch card but I had no idea my cricut would help me create my own patterns. I am a hand knitter so I am hoping the learning curve won't be to hard.
Hi thanks for the feedback. I did use the punch card whilst hosting a festive make along with our association on zoom a few years back. You might be able to find the image on my local clubs Instagram Dunfermline.Machine.Knitting
I bought it from amazon, although I found a4 a waste. using a 12x12 allowed me to place 2 24st punchcards side by side only limitation is the row to allow the length to fit the 12 inches.
@@knit1924 I would imagine you would have to create the deco card using the generator software. I was explaining the limitation on the cutting area relevant to the media sheet I used.
You would create a .txt file to upload to the punchcard generator software. Once the generator software has created your punchcard it will be in .svg file format. You take the .svg file and load it into your design space and select to cut I guess..... I am not 100% as I do not own a Cricut but if you google how to load and cut out an .svg that should help you?
I've just found your RUclips videos - absolutely brilliant. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and skills.
