My favorite movie of all time! I watch it constantly and quote it almost everyday! Just brilliant writing acting directing it’s a total masterpiece! ❤️
Love these actors and the movie. Such a cozy and fun experience to watch during autumn. Great to see some new BTS footage. Eileen and Madeline are goddesses.
Love and miss Madeline Kahn!!! Like she said she can act without even saying anything❤️❤️… gone to soon and it’s amazing that she improved the whole flames on the side of my face performance.🥰🥰
This is the first time I’ve seen interviews with all of them. They should release an updated DVD of the film like a Directors cut version with bonus interviews and behind the scenes stuff.
Love this movie, great actors who are all having fun and that shows. So sad that some are no longer among us and the tragedy for Tim Curry. Time can be cruel 😕
I miss the days when movies meant something. This movie was funny, suspenseful, starred Tim Curry. I wish I could meet him. Hes come to some conventions I go to. But I never got the chance.
My family's favorite movie! I am from a large family, and when we were growing up we would regularly re-enact the dinner scene during meals. Wherever you sat was who you played.
She plays Dusty Trails in "Smokey and the Bandit" Part 3. That is her actual voice, and she also uses it in "Police Academy 2". She sounds completely out of character when she plays Yvette in "Clue".
This is still one of my favorite movies. Great to see how the cast seemed to have such a great time making it. Sadly because of the different endings, and not being able to see them all at once fewer people were interested in watching it. There is even a new "Who Done It? The Clue Documentary", which interviews many of the cast, and even gives an animated version of ending 4, which was deleted from the final movie. I like this movie so much I made my own 1 person recreation/Review of the entire movie. Wadsworth: "I'm the butler. I like to keep the kitchen tidy... With my tighty whities." ;)
LOL after Clue, the mansion set was used as the hotel in the tv show Dynasty & i am going to as soon as i win the lottery! i have been to the mansion that was used for the opening scene, with the gate, driveway & entrance when i was on vacation to see my cousins in California 🙂
Am I wrong or Tim Curry at 1:04 mentioned indirectly Frank-N-Furter?. In an interview he had stated to be blamed by a journalist if Rocky Horror Picture Show typecasts him. Ten years had passed from RHPS to Clue and how bad that this brilliant actor is forced to clarify his exceptional career path. Any ashes, "how about that?"
Hmm. I like Ryan Reynolds but he's gonna have to hold himself back a lot if he expects to make something like this. He's all snark, whereas this movie is all snide. I can see him playing Mr Green, or even the Colonel, but not Wadsworth
Take note please, dear Americans... Tim Curry knows what he is.... so do I, but you do not, it seems. Wonderful Tim Curry is an English actor. Thats right, an English actor. Not British. Never do we call ourselves British. That is an invented term for a collection of three entirely different countries. People from England are English not British - it seems ludicrous to have to point that out to you, but you seem to forget the country who's language you are speaking and misnomer it with that ridiculous label. England is a country and people from there are English. Never refer to them as British as it is very insulting. Thanks 🏴 🏴 🏴 and that's the flag of England, by the way....
John Cleese was the one who came up with the idea, & wrote a script, & he was going to play the butler, but it was all re-written by Landis & Jonathan Lynn after Lynn came aboard, & Lynn & Tim Curry went to high school together!
You can tell they really enjoyed making this.
Goat of movies for me
Favorite movie of all time!
I loved Madeline Kahn (gone too soon). RIP 🌹❤
And here she looks so sofisticated, elegant, serene, unexpected, gosh she's so atractive
"Mr Green? He is a very special man"
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
he works for the state department, and hes a homosexual
@@agen_dior and he has to keep it a secret or else he'll lose his job on security grounds. he feels no personal shame or guilt about this.
thank u.
I absolutely love everything about this movie, the characters, the plot, the music, everything.
This had got to be the BEST, and so far, ONLY movie ever based on a board game! 😍🎥
The board game is amazing too
@@jamesw7970 My fave childhood game to play w/my family (even though my sis was a really poor loser, lol)!😊
Battleship was a movie, but it was trash 😂😂
@@timothybrown5999 & NObody saw it
Jumanji was an excellent movie that then *created* a board game after.
"I suggest we all move this into The Study"
"Why?"
"I'm the Butler, I like to keep the kitchen tidy"
And at the very end of the 3 part ending, we find out that Mr Green did it. In the bedroom. With his wife.
HAHAHAHA!!!
Dadun DUN dadadadun!
If, in fact, he really did have a wife
With his di-
😂😂😂😂
My favorite movie of all time! I watch it constantly and quote it almost everyday! Just brilliant writing acting directing it’s a total masterpiece! ❤️
So relatable though!😂
Saaaaame here ever since I was 10 it's been my fave film. Tomorrow for work I'm dressing up as Mrs White 😁
Love these actors and the movie. Such a cozy and fun experience to watch during autumn. Great to see some new BTS footage. Eileen and Madeline are goddesses.
No, I think it's the perfect movie to cozy up with on the typical dark and stormy night ☺️
"I butle sir"! hahahaha!
Love and miss Madeline Kahn!!! Like she said she can act without even saying anything❤️❤️… gone to soon and it’s amazing that she improved the whole flames on the side of my face performance.🥰🥰
Do you mean improvised?
This is the first time I’ve seen interviews with all of them. They should release an updated DVD of the film like a Directors cut version with bonus interviews and behind the scenes stuff.
I've been waiting for that for so long but every time it gets reissued there's never anything on it, so annoying 😔
I would buy that in a heartbeat!
Love this movie, great actors who are all having fun and that shows. So sad that some are no longer among us and the tragedy for Tim Curry. Time can be cruel 😕
Wadsworth is such a great character
2020 and 2021= "Two corpses, everything's fine."
I need a drink !!
@@uglybetty8747In the movie, she drinks an already used drink so… “MAYBE IT WAS POISONED!” today would be “MAYBE IT’S CONTAMINATED!”
Congratulations, you have the best comment in this thread.
I love this film
Me too, it's one of my favourite 80's flicks, and I love the three different endings to choose from! 😁
These interviews are as funny as the movie 😂. I feel like I should rewatch it now.
I miss the days when movies meant something. This movie was funny, suspenseful, starred Tim Curry. I wish I could meet him. Hes come to some conventions I go to. But I never got the chance.
Tim does video chats every other month you could meet him that way
Tbh Clue the movie didn't mean much when it came out. It only found cult success later.
Since I've seen the movie alot, it's weird hearing Coleen Camp's real voice.
also funny that most of the cast kept staring at her boobs
madeline is SO GORGEOUS
This is so cool! I'm still waiting for a special edition of the movie to be released, this shows right heres there's behind the scenes stuff filmed!
SAME HERE!!
Col. Mustard - "Just checking."
Ms. Peacock - "Everything alright?"
Col. Mustard - "Yep, 2 corpes everythings fine. "
My family's favorite movie! I am from a large family, and when we were growing up we would regularly re-enact the dinner scene during meals. Wherever you sat was who you played.
Right down to the monkey’s brains?
Martin Mull’s face during her rant was priceless.
"Then who did I kill?" "My butler" "Awe.. shucks.."
Not even 7k views and only 45 comments? Wow, I thought this would have been far more popular. It was huge in the 80's when I was a kid!
This is more cast interview/making of footage than we ever got on any home release.
I've watched this movive many times! Shame it is not nearly as famous as it should be! Such a good movie
It's a classic
The girl in the French maid outfit also played in die hard with a vengeance
I have loved this movie FOREVER (I was exactly 10yrs old when this was released)
I AMMM YOUR SINGINGGGGG TELEGRAM!
Was I the only one who found it so jarring to hear Yvette talking in a very American accent?
She plays Dusty Trails in "Smokey and the Bandit" Part 3. That is her actual voice, and she also uses it in "Police Academy 2". She sounds completely out of character when she plays Yvette in "Clue".
An underrated Masterpiece
Completely under-rated movie!
Tim is a baby doll
Watching this feels like meeting the characters
The first time I’ve seen Madeline Khan was on the Muppets.
“I hated her so much,it,it,the, flames,FLAMES,flames on the side of my face, breathing,th,breathless, heaving breathes
Madeline Kahn looked so much like Jane Fonda! Beautiful woman great big talent will always be missed
not by me

One of my favorite films of all time! I can recite it line by line.
One of my favorite movies
Rip mrs peock 1985 -2013
Mrs white 1985-1999
That’s Tim Curry? I almost didn’t recognise him with clothes on!
Is there a version of clue that features the actors faces? If not they’re damn sure out to be!! The cinematic edition!!!
Am I the only one who thinks Lesley Ann Warren is a carbon copy of Susan Sarandon?
Lesley's way sexier.
I thought that a few times watching the movie tonight.
i love this movie

Wish they would be a tv show of this every episode will be different who is the killer and more movies to who done it like scream
Now if we can get our hands on the deleted scenes I read about in the script.
What kind of scenes
Excellent 👍👏♥️ love it ♥️
I have to say Madeline Khan looked gorgeous in this film. She looks so good as a brunette.
Madeline Kahn..brilliant
The movie is genius ❤
Love the movie and I still want to know who done it.

LOVE this movie
No Lesley Ann-Warren in interview! : (
Colleen Camp was a super hottie, back then. Hollyweird has not benefitted itself by not gracing the screen with her, more often.
Rip Madeline :(( 🕊️🪦
Love this and the vcr game version something about who done it murder mysteries
Katya in UNHhhh, Episode 158
Warning: This comment contains a spoiler for one of the endings:
0:35: Well Chris, you are partly guilty in one ending.
The Ryan Reynolds remake won't be as good as this classic
Hmm. I like Ryan Reynolds but he's gonna have to hold himself back a lot if he expects to make something like this. He's all snark, whereas this movie is all snide. I can see him playing Mr Green, or even the Colonel, but not Wadsworth
