I figured out while making this that the other answers lead to other "scenes". Bruh, I´ve been missing out.
For the Thhumbnail I just searched "Akiha and Kohaku", it was like the 5th result on Google images.

If you mean that it was all just a dream send fom Arcueid: I got that far. I wanted to see if something like that was the case before uploading this, But Boy, was I relieved to hear that.
