This must be an problem with this model!!! Had the same issue 4 months after I bought it and the warranty covered the repair, today I just sent it for repair for the same damn issue - this time NOT under warranty!!! I haven’t had the robot Vac three (3) years and in the shop twice!!! Works great - when it works - but totally upset with the ECOVACS Brand!!!!
Any follow up on what the fix was?
