I think this is exactly what my car needs every time I stop or change to park or drive or reverse or any sort of change I can use some sort of jerking. Today I had somebody change to park and drive while I watch the engine from the front and sure enough the thing looks like wants to pop up everytime the gears changed.

I have a 2013 Honda Civic EX (automatic). I know a master mechanic that told me that I need a rear motor mount.
Any time I shift into reverse there’s a slight jolt, the engine seems to vibrate, also sometimes when I’m driving, or accelerate around 45-50mph, it’s like my car is trying to give it’s all, but it doesn’t.
Is this torque part the same as a rear motor mount?
