I made these for Christmas dinner, and they were super delicious. My guests raved, saying they wanted to come to dinner (and have these chops) once a week! I'm a decent baker, but definitely NOT an accomplished cook; yet this was an easy method with readily available ingredients, well demonstrated, and easy to be successful! Thank you, April!
I really like your video recipe. I have pork chops, I have apples. Just looking for a way to use them and I ran across your video. I'll be making this tonight! You have great camera presence. I'll be viewing more of your videos.
Hi April. New to your videos. I made these pork chops for Sunday night dinner and wowed my hubby! These were so good and they make such a great presentation! I added dried cranberries to the stuffing (soaked them first) and must say that this was one of the best meals I've made this year. So good! Looking forward to watching more of your videos and making more healthy meals. :-) The Mrs.
For a very young lady, you sure do have the confidence and know how to make those stuffed chops. Not much different from my own, and I have been cooking for 50 years. YOU GO GIRL.
Awesome receipe...I am going to make this on the weekend! You are a Fabtabulous teacher and I enjoyed learning from you! I have been cooking for years but haven't made stuffed chops...so it was nice being able to go on the Internet to discover this tasty receipe...thanks for sharing!☺😊😄
This was very helpful! I normally make shake n' back for me and my husband and was looking for something new to try. I have most of the ingredients in my kitchen already and it looks supper easy to make! I can't wait to try them! Thank you from making this video!
thank you very much..you just help me in orientation, tomorrow I'm gonna do a presentation in my culinary class of this, and it's look the I'm gonna do good :)
When I make the stuffed pork chops, I use the seasoning Sage which just makes a very nice taste, too; so that's just another suggestion ..Thanks for lovely recipe; it looks really, really good!
Great Recipe Thanks for posting. I like to add in some chopped Sweet Italian Sausages,? Into my stuffing also.Nothing like cooking in a Good Seasoned Cast Iron skillet?
That looks scrumptious! Will definitely try them. My question is, do you have any issues using a cast iron skillet on a (delicate) ceramic cooktop? Do you have to be super careful? Thanks.
My mother maid last name is McKinney then she married my dad his last name is Farmer, this was in 1969, they been married only 15 years. She got her family inheritance in 1981 after her dad died first her mom in 1980 then her dad 1981. That just how thangs go. My dad never got anything. His side of the family kinda sucks.
Try making a two or three inch opening and use the knife to make a pocket instead of the big opening that makes it sort of a sandwich . Your opening is way too large. (thanks to my sister and culinary school )
I saw these done in a pressure cooker. Horrible looking. These look very appetizing to the eye and I am sure they tasted much better cooked in the oven. All these new short cuts do not equal good food in my opinion.
What a shame! Between the bounce off the kitchen walls, and the nature of her voice, it renders the video unwatchable~ A few tweaks and this could have really blown up~ But 10 years is 10 years, isn't it? Coulda, shoulda, woulda~ Too bad she didn't have an honest opinion from an observer~~

April, you have pork chops deep in your bag, we are making them tonight!
This looks really good but my husband is allergic to mustard seed is there something else I can substitute in the glaze?
She's so pretty I had to watch this 3 times before I figured out she was making stuffed pork chops
What kind of apples are you using for this?
Instead of celery do you think that fresh olives and feta would be good in this?

You had me at Apple Stuffed Pork Chop....
Subscribing. What type of apple do you suggest.
Use the Fuji apple or a gala
These can be done on your Bar B Q grill also comes out great also
I can lend you a knife sharpener free of charge. ;) jk It does look amazing. Going to give it a try.
White raisins!
This looks good, but I would still rather go with my own recipe for Italian Apple Stuffed Pork Chops.

Never ever leave a rubber spatula in a cast iron skillet!!
Looks like it’s silicone

The breadcrumbs need to be seasoned to add flavor to the pork chop my God
You need to take a hammer to the pork chop so you can get more stuffing in it
I think you should use a microphone.
Need to get a better mike too much echo.
Work on your audio, otherwise - the video was very good.
Herb begins with H
Verbal recipes are frustrating. Subtitles!

Sorry you lost me when you started trimming off the fat.
