  • TransformingADH... - TransformingADHD.com founder Anders Ronnau gives insights into how to Transform ADHD from the Inside Out. ☀️
In this video you'll learn why you are constantly having a negative inner dialogue, and you'll go through an exercise where you transform your own negative inner dialogue into a more supportive inner dialogue.
In order for you to transform your ADHD from the inside out, you need to be ready and able to create transformations inside your mind. Most people with the ADHD diagnosis have a lot of powerful negative inner dialogue that prevents them from believing in themselves, releasing their naturally high self worth, and creating the changes necessary to transform inner patterns that stand in their way of being successful with their ADHD instead of despite their ADHD.
Please give the video a 👍, if you liked it. And subscribe to make sure you get many more videos on how to Transform ADHD From The Inside Out! ☀️
Also, YOU are welcome to visit www.Transformin... for more videos, articles and courses on how to transform ADHD from the inside out.
From more than 10 years of experience coaching and working with children, teens and adults with the ADHD diagnosis, I can confirm that people with the ADHD diagnosis are not broken. They are fine, and they have problems. Problems we can work with, and when we work with their cognition, we Transform ADHD From The Inside Out. Come join the revolution at TransformingADHD.com ❤️

I have always had two inner voices. One (my mother) telling me that I cannot..., am lazy, look terrible, etc. The other voice argues and says, “I can do..., not lazy, etc.” And I go about proving myself right. It’s a constant inner battle!
I closed my eyes and pictured my mother, as she looked when I was young, coming up behind me while I am in front of the mirror. She says, “you are so beautiful!” (The way I feel about my children). A huge weight has been lifted.
Crying now. Thank you so much! What an awesome tool. 🥰

My negative inner thoughts were bolstered massively by violent, abusive parents and an all-around negative homelife. I quickly took on board all the insults and as a kid, I'd always talk myself down but I'd never, ever give up. But I cripple myself through repeating old patterns and I'm so sick and tired of beating myself up all the time.

I couldn't help but add that I feel that you are a true healer. I'm weeping. Your presence exudes a calmness that is inviting. It is clear that you deeply know and understand this disorder. These together can reach many. This is so important. It could help and heal so many. Thank you so much. I'm so glad I found you. I teach. I'll share far and wide.

i'm going to try to get my helper to say "we" with the positive supporting dialogue, since i've noticed my negative self-talk says "you" and feels kind of like it's being condescending rather than "hey, you and i are in this together". i'll report back in 6 weeks or so to see how that works.

Most of the negative thoughts continue because of stress also, we can't put the stress out from our daily lives. Can u explain some stress tolerance techniques. Your explanations are simply excellent!

      Thank you, Eyre! 😃
Stress tolerance techniques from the inside out. Often, when my clients explore how they stress themselves, they realize that there are several different things at play inside of them.
#1 Parts of their personality devalue themselves compared to others. Aligning those parts with a persons real worth makes it a lot easier to value yourself higher.
#2 There's a tendency to spend far too much time in "other peoples' perspective" and not being in good contact with yourself. When you come back to yourself, so you can really feel your own emotions and values, you are better at saying no, at finding quiet, etc.
#3 There's very harsh negative inner critics at play, making it hard to be fully present in the situation because you are hard at work inside your own mind. Turning that inner critic inside out, so it becomes a friend and ally, gives you more options and energy in whatever you do.
#4 There are (typically old) beliefs about who you are and what you can/cannot do, which makes it hard to address the problems you have properly. Pulling those beliefs into the open and aligning them with who you are today makes them support your choices and stabilizes you in the face of outside pressure.
      Hope that makes sense. 😉

I'm glad I found you. I don't often feel good about myself, so I buy things that make me feel good or so I think, only to find out that it's only temporary. Soon as the delivery person leaves the driveway my feeling reappear. If you could recommend any other suggestions. Thanks Y.T.B.

Omg I never realised, you've opened my eyes. Gosh I can be so mean to myself but and I say "but" I have achieved so much more in my life than I though I could and its because of the voices, when I says you can't or would be able I say, huh, il show you. Its just the voice is not nice. I do need more on techniques please. This is a wonderful day, thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️

Thank you for sharing this info. My husband and I have both struggled all our lives with ADHD issues (we have been together 36 years) and not realised what has been the problem until recently. I can find lots of info on children's ADHD and a reasonable amount on adult ADHD (although this usually slants more from a stereo typical male perspective). I have found some info on dealing with one partner with ADHD, but there is very little info/help on older women's ADHD and nothing as a couple who BOTH have ADHD!

      You are welcome, Eliza.
I see your point. Have you seen the channel "How To ADHD". It is featuring a younger couple where only she has ADHD, but the challenges they face are universal for couples with ADHD, - and how they approach each other is just beautiful.
I like Dr. Hallowell's podcast because he has the older man's perspective. Very deep (and personal) understanding of people with ADHD.
I can't say I have any other inspiration to add at this point.

I agree with the recommendations, if you watch How to ADHD and it is helpful, you can support their RUclips channel...for $5 a month you get access to Jessica & her husband Edward's daily vlog...they BOTH have ADHD, he was diagnosed after he met her. I have found a couple of podcasts by women, one is See in ADHD...I am 52 & was just diagnosed last month.

Thank you, I like the app analogy. I had an issue yesterday & my mind went straight into, 'See, you are a loser, a failure,' trying to battle the inner talk..I know it doesn't make the situation any better... would you write out the You Ares & below them write the I ams?

    • @TransformingADHD
      @TransformingADHD  6 лет назад +4

Thank you for the comment and questions, Nancy.
I would write out the You Ares. If they all come from the same inner voice/part of your personality, - I would stop after a few. Then write out everything you can about the part of your personality that has this inner voice: Is it like it's a version of yourself or like it's someone else? How old is she/it? What are the characteristics of the voice (evil/mean/degrading/etc.)? Volume in your head? Everything that comes to mind. Get it "out of your head" and onto paper.
Then imagine what would happen to this part of your personality if you changes every thing about it. If it was like someone else's voice, imagine that it is your own. What does it say then? If it was a version of you, imagine that it changes it's attitude towards you to (caring/loving/uplifting/supporting/etc.) and imagine how that feels. If it's a younger version of you, imagine that she grows to be your age. How does she communicate then?
      Let us know! 😃

Hi, I believe how to do it is going through the steps; acknowledge voice is a helper with good intentions but it's doing a poor job. What would it say now if updated to present day/what you want it to say. How it would change daily life. Now imagine it has after all this time, finally been updated, imagine you now have the better designed version of the app/self tak program to be with you in your day. I presume the more you perform these steps the stronger the pathways build in your brain.

All the greatest people have adhd, we have solutions to problems nobody has. It’s tough sometimes but truly let yourself and mind wander and trust and believe you’ll find answers to things you never thought possible. I have adhd inattentive and I thought the same way but after coping and realizing my strengths and weaknesses I found what’s comfortable for me 💯
