Visualization has always been a powerful memory technique for myself and many of my clients, but I have never considered how gesturing can help. Great tips - I will definitely try them out!

      Sweet!
Gesturing can explain so much about what is going on inside. Often I am one step ahead of my client, because they are giving me so much information with their gestures. Once you start moving things around in the mental space, you also bring the kinesthetic learning style into play and you will get a better adoption rate in the mind because you span several learning styles.

I do excatly as you eksplain in this video, it´s like a pussle where the pieces visually Fall in to shape and the mening and concept of a task creates in my mind. I actually se it inside my mind, when the pieces puts together. Great video. 😊👍

That's awesome, Rikke. Thank you for sharing that. It was a complete surprise for me, when I first realized this way of thinking about internal processes. But it is so visual and elegant. 🙏

It’s definitely great when using examples someone is familiar with like what goes where in a room but it’s much tougher to apply to work. I do this for every job. When I go home at the end of the day I recall work and where everything goes so that the next day I will remember oh yeah this thing goes here but it won’t help short term like if “sometimes this goes here” and if you get into a routine of putting a particular item in a certain spot you may end up putting the item that “sometimes” goes in that spot and next thing you know your handing someone the wrong order

those who have adhd are great listeners. that's why normal speed seems slower to them.
my default playback speed is 1.8x

Def not unique to adhd. I’ve noticed most of the shorts I’ve seen are “sped up” to 1.75-2x speed. Shorts are the mainstream thing, so just about everyone can pay attention and prices are this speed like normal.
