I have been watching you for some time and you helped my fps. I played minecraft 1.18 on a core 2 duo with intel q43/45 graphics and it couldn’t even run OpenGL past 2.1 so I had to put the OpenGL inside the java myself and it lagged a lot and I had to play with the lowest settings and 640x400 but the performance mods you showed me allowed me to play with smooth lighting animated textures smart trees and 32 chunks for render distance when before I had to play with 2. Thank you
You add all mods with optifine or without btw 32 chunkss are insane i too play on 2 chunks lol

Even I have core 2 duo and had to add opengl to the Java myself, so can you pls tell the mods which you use or atleast the video link which you watched, it would really help a lot plss, even I use 2 chunks and minimal resolution
@@gruffy007 there are 2 ways to get the mods the first way is to install curseforge then select Minecraft and search boosted and you will see boostedfps for 1.16, 1.17, 1.18, 1.19 and than select it and install it and then after you wait for it to install and press play in curseforge then when the play button opens the launcher you go to installation and edit the boostedfps installation and if you have 4gb ram put the thing to Xmx=3000 and for 2gb put 1000 and for 8gb put 4000 and than save and press play in the minecraft launcher and it will launch boostedfps and you can put all the settings to minimum but some that will help is always deter chunk updates and turn of light updates and put fog to 1 chunks and it will give you playable fps, it will have drops sometimes but after a while it stays stable.
My potato cant run 1.16 - 1.17 without Optifine, 1.18 without Sodium, and 1.19… at all. Now i can finally enjoy frogs, and the Jojo New World Datapack! Thank you kind lord!

Hey the video was very helpfull but is there a way to make the caves brighter? I've tried putting the gamma to 100 in the options but it didn't work.
Hey mate, I suggest you use Gamma Utils, it works like a charm with sodium and other fps mods.

Hi, I think journeymap is ok but Xaero's is better for fps. also note that both minimaps will cause fps drop. But yeah use Xaero's

Hi, both are ok, the performance mods were made on Fabric so you can try that first ;)
Howdy there, recently saw this modpack and started using it, suffice to say I now have 60fps fluid, however I was meaning to ask if there would be any lag added if I put mods like lambdynamiclights (I am aware this one can cause lag) and most importantly all the replacement of optifine features (only those involved with texture packs like custom entities, items and textures, etc). Is it worthwhile to add them? or would they worsen my fps?
hi, yes they will impact your fps, dymaniclights will have a hit on fps.. texture packs and shaders etc can also affect fps. if you are having fps issues, I would suggest to just use this pack and stay close to vanilla as possible. Also be sure to get the new update which adds FerriteCore as well

Hi, if you get the serverpack you just need to copy the mods and config folder, then from the main modpack file copy the options.txt

it is used for fps boost
hi, the server pack has all the mods included in it, so you can use that if you are on another client that does not accept curseforge modpacks. Also the serverpack can be used to upload to a server and run on there if needed.

hi, I have uploaded a serverpack on curseforge now. Get the modpack zip file for 0.7b and then get the serverpack file for 0.7b, then on whatever app you use to run the game, copy the 'mods' and 'config' folder from the serverpack file into the game directory (making sure mods folder in there is deleted). Then from the modpack zip file copy over the 'options.txt' file. That way you will have all the mods and pre-configured settings :)

Hey, its most of the Fabric performance mods - Sodium, Lithium, Ferritecore, Starlight, Sodium Extra, its configured to give better fps than vanilla with the settings too

hi you need a custom launcher like CurseForge app to run the modpack, if you want to run on the default launcher then you can get the serverpack and use the 'mods' and 'config' folders and pasted them into your game directory, then from the main modpack zip file use the 'options.txt' file. You will need Fabric installed for 1.19 for this version
