If you're going to make another video about mods combinations that work together very well, I really, really recommend fabric seasons + immersive weathering. Recently I was very surprised that when winter started in my save, I began to see icicles from immersive weathering hanging down from various objects like trees etc.
one of your older video links has a virus the video is 10 High Resolution Resource Packs That Make Minecraft Look Incredible the link is Pulchr texture pack :(
i love these videos and saw another comment that says something about a new complementary shader, so i’m really excited to try this out. it is really really helpful when you put the mods listed as fabric or forge, because it just makes it that much easier. love your videos
I was waiting for this video, just begun a new 1.19 world and this is just perfect. And have you seen the new shader from the complementary team? The "complementary reimagined" is absolutely stunning! The best shader I have seen.
@@AsianHalfSquat Ya I Nocied That, Ive Been Really Sad Because They "Nostaliga Pack" Doesnt Work With Irus, But Complemetrey Remagend Does, And Its Like 10, Times Better.
I will most definitely be using some of these mods. thanks for being my #1 supplier of mods, HalfSquat! I'll give you a shoutout if/when I make any content with these mods or any others I've found from your channel (spoiler alert: that's all of them)
The sodium + iris (and also starlight mod because I had some stuttering issues in mc and starlight fixed it almost 100%) combo is absolute crazy. It just takes your fps to some next level stuff. I know it's not really necessary to have 600 fps but ya know, bragging rights.
But it IS necessary! Having 600 FPS would make you able to enable V-Sync, get your 60 FPS and that would use only 10% of your videocard! You will save on electricity and produce less heat and fan noise!
There's no channel I'm as faithful as I'm with this one. I don't really have much time for youtube these days but I watch every single video. Thank you for being such a good youtuber ♡
Dude, every flipping video you change SOMETHING in Minecraft so it’s just not normal, but it’s so subtle it’s not readily noticeable. And you just start it with an otherwise typical ‘Minecraft RUclips video’ format, and I love it! 🤣
I said it once and I’ll say it again: You are the most underrated mod RUclipsr ever. Seriously your straight to the point videos save so much time when I’m reviewing mods it’s insane.
Amazing that there's been so many mods for minecraft even back when it was in beta. You should make some videos about legacy minecraft mods, from even back from alpha and beta versions of minecraft.
In my opinion, minecraft survival is a no-go without physics mod, just because of the ragdolls it adds. This should really make its way into the vanilla game!
I’m not sure if you’ve already seen but there’s been a group of people working on an add on mod for create called create aeronautics. (The mod isn’t out yet, they have videos on their channel) adds buildable vehicles like the archemides ship mod but the ships in this mod actually have physics, propellers and wings. It’s such a cool mod
I would love to see another shaders video! A lot of the shaders you’ve showcased in previous videos haven’t been maintained or aren’t Iris compatible, and I’m having trouble finding anything good other than BSL or Complementary. Just putting it out there…
Eeey dramatic doors shoutout! I have been using it ever since it came out. I play as an Enderman. This mod is very necessary fot preventing dumb gaps over my house doors.
Your videos are consistently concise and entertaining. The quality of your content is amazing and I hope to see the recognition you get for it match that level of quality :)
I joined my friends' BMC2 server VERY late, so they could easily craft Warden Armor & Weapons, but I loved competing with them in having stacks of Iron, Gold, and Copper blocks, from vein mining in Eden Ring. One of them planned to make excessively large and tower towers, in basically every dimension in the modpack. Sadly, they never finished any of them was closest to finishing the Overworld tower near our spawn. The modpack extended the build height and their horizontal size was like 40-50 chunks at most in length from one shore to the other in a very small ocean biome, and around 10-15 chunks wide. I found that out easily because of claimed chunks on our world map. I saw their Eden Ring tower being worked on with the first handful of stone bricks at the start of the tower's height. I built my own beach house out of the green witch hazel planks, and a bit of spruce logs (stripped later) with a spiral staircase (It was small and very compact but I'm proud of it) Another friend built castle walls around their base. Along with all of that, each of us helped a newer member than me set up their own "pit" base using 2 wide x 2 tall tunnels for floors, and the lowest being a crawl space for tunnels. I even found a bug that allows sugarcane to be placed under water and even stacked like as normal, as long as they are placed on the edge of underwater sand or dirt blocks (they essentially can be placed as usual like on land, but while submerged in water). With that idea, I placed sugarcane in water and on land, surrounding almost all of the island's portion that our overworld bases were on, to make a simple joke in reference to trench warfare's borders, their barbed wire, and "No Man's Land." The server kinda died due to inactivity, and so its owner gave up on running it, but I truly am grateful that I was able to join.
That dimension mod looks amazing, been a while since I've seen a dimension mod that cool-looking. And it's made by same mod creator as Better Nether and End? That explains a lot
THANK YOU for telling me about Eden Ring, I put it on my minecraft server and it turned out to be my favorite dimension mod. I hope it gets more popularity and becomes a legendary dimension mod, literally everything about it is awesome, even the soundtracks
I really hope once I'm nearly 25 or older I will get a custom PC and get mods like those I always wanted as a kid. Life is hard tough. Those mods are so epik It just reminded me.
You should check out Voidscape. This mod adds a void dimension. The method to get there is unique, as you need to be spending some time at bedrock levels. The void slowly covers the screen the longer you stay and eventually you'll get teleported into the dimension.
For the first mod, I'd personally recommend NOT using Rubidium and Occulus for Forge. I say go with Magnesium, Halogen, and Roadrunner. Went from around 60 fps to ~260 in Jungle-only world on max render distance and graphics. I've yet to test shaders but I'm guessing it'll work just as good.
3:22 YDM's Weapon Master - Can you join non modded servers with this like a client with your own pov, or is it like a mod that everyone has to have to same mod in order to play together?
Dramatic doors is what I ALWAYS wanted for my world of taller people. I used to play with Gulliver mod and yetis are bigger than humans, 3 blovks tall, the cannon race for my icy worlds. In the mod I'd create if I could, the dimension's doors and beds would be 3 blocks long.
You should take a look at fisk's superhero mod, it was recently updated and a lot of really cool stuff was added into it like web swinging that looks like it was taking right out of a triple a game to being able to scale buildings with doc oct's robot tentacle arms!
ngl auditory is one of the *better* sound mods (in the sense that it stays true to the minecraft style). most other sound mods will completely change minecraft into a different game, but auditory keeps things simple.
One of the coolest physics mods I've seen is called 'block physics overhaul'. While it's not as cinematic as the one featured in this video, it adds physics to blocks that are in the world rather than to things that are about to disappear. It's also made by the author of a water physics mod, which has already been featured on this channel. I think that physics mod deserves a mention :)
I think I'm terms of multiplayer/quality of life I can't run an SMP without our villager discounts. It shares gossip among villagers so that if you cure a zombie, everyone gets the discounted prices. It's really nice
I would also recommend Starlight, Dahsloader, and Ferrite Core as well. Starlight's lighting engine optimization is almost 97% better than vanilla in most tests, and about 78% better than Phosphor/Rubidium alone. Dashloader makes a cache of the entire mod installation, heavily improving load times on launch and on world load in. Ferrite Core has multiple smaller RAM improvements that in combination with DL makes it even faster for loading and normal play.
