- Hey guys, in this video, we're going to take a look at just over 20 client side mods available for Minecraft 1.16.5 on Forge and Fabric. These are mods that you need on the client only, and not the server, meaning that you can also use them on other multiplayer servers! Although there's no guarantee you won't be banned, as each server has their own rules.

Note: auto fish, auto tool swap, inventory tweaks, voxelmap (or any map mod), and easier villager trading could be van able on servers. Some of them could be considered macros, and entity radar and cave maps could be unfair advantages. So just double check the rules of the server you’re on.

Suggestion: Music Player mod, It allows you to play music with URL links, its such a simple and amazing mod.
Better Foliage supoports 1.16 and i didn't know about it.
Last year i downloaded some mods and i was always mad that this mod only supports 1.12
I'm happy to see that the mod owner updated this mod.

Quick Tip: I would rather use Xearo's Minimap and Xearo's World map. It gives the game a more Vanilla feel, and has all and more features that Voxelmap does. It's super easy to configure, and looks a lot less messy.
Journey Map is my favorite. Think it is the best out of all
@@mattswank Same, i don't really like Xearo's World Map, but his minimap mod is a banger.
@@darkorgbg It worked on my friends server, as a client side mod, and server had no mods nor plugins installed.
Same, I use Xaeros for my mc servers rather than Journeymap.

Client Side mods are my favourite mods!
My favourite ones are the optimisation mods
i cant get any of them to work, as soon as i add one of them to the mods folder the game crashes when i try to start it

JEI & REI both support fabric & forge now and i'm wondering which one of these 2 is generally better or what the differences are. i can't seem to find much on the web

Ok so I love this guy and the fact he gives nice mods, but uh one quick question does the natural surroundings or whatever mod (on mobile can't check the vid) work with optifine shaders? Also I love client side mods cuz they improve your experience but if you wanna host a server then you don't have the force the same mods on their computer especially if they are lower-end

Just to note, as of today one cannot run all of the forge mods together. optifine currently does not support forge 38.0.17. Also enchantment Descriptions and controlling need javafml39 to run.

Guys don't use inventory tweaks on server because it will send a lot of packet very quick so the anticheat will probably kick you off the server !
Im gonna use (some of them if they wont lag my pc) on my server + vanilla tweaks texture pack

im getting some weird sound issues that i think is caused by Dynamic Surroundings, like all the eerie sounds will play at the same time in one little area
