Yes, there are quite a few steps but a shirt like this will sell quickly for Beach lovers AND draw repeat business because this is a unique shirt. It's not always, minimal work = max profit b/c a $20 profit shirt that never sells is a waste. But make 20, $5 profit shirts and bank easily. Granted, it's not fit for survival, but it is fit for, "hey, lets go check out TRW, their things are so cool and so different." I know for sure that one of a kind work draws repeat customers, I am that customer. Great work, let no one's words discourage you. Keep up the good work!

We used Farenheit, being in the States. Yes, you can do this same thing on paper. We have tutorials showing how to use the Easyweed Adhesive on cardstock then apply the foil over the top. Another option is to print with a laserjet printer onto paper then press the foil on top. -TRW Pilar
As long as you apply the foil correctly and follow our specific wash instructions, it should hold up just fine! We recommend washing inside out with no fabric softener. We do not recommend drying the foil, hang-dry only. Alexis @ TRW

As far as creating them yourself, the best way to do that is to use your line tool, convert outline to object (this is what it is called in Corel), then trim the line into the object. TRW Nick
Using a cameo 3, auto blade, 28cm converts to what speed and 60gf converts to what force? Also blade settings? Example: blade 2, speed 8 and force 4. I didn't see the setting for adhesive heat transfer vinyl on your website. I'll so a TEST cut I suppose.

Forgive me if this has been discussed elsewhere and I have missed it, but what if any difference is there between your magic foil and the Thermoweb Deco Foil one can purchase at the craft store? I do own some deco foil I use in my other crafting. I want the foil designs to last as long as possible, as everyone does I am sure. Thanks in advance.

The two different transfers would be better off pressed separately rather than trying to press both adhesive transfers at one time and both pieces of foil at one time. Doing this will dull your first layer of foil a bit from pressing it a second time, but this is really the only way of pressing an interlocking foil design where you don't want the colors to mix together. They have their own. The adhesive you press first, remove the carrier. Then lay down the foil sheet which has a crazy thin carrier of it's own. Press again which activates the adhesive against the foil, cool down, peel the foil away and it leaves behind only the pieces the adhesive grabbed onto. -TRW Crystal
Depends on the cost of the shirt itself. :) However, if it is a wholesale shirt, you can probably sell it for about $30 each, and give bulk discounts to your customers. TRW Nick

For the foil we generally don't use a cover sheet as it will dull the overall look if pressed a second time or with a cover sheet.

Or how did the color foils not all stick together ?
The foil itself has no adhesive. So it will only stick to the adhesive that was pressed on the shirt.
Because the magic foil sticks to the foil, the foil doesn't stick to the magic foil

The adhesive is technically easyweed, so you use the same settings as the easyweed!

However, if it is a wholesale shirt, you can probably sell it for about $30 each, and give bulk discounts to your customers.

We have not tried to use TRW Magic Foil with direct to garment printing.
I would do a test on a spare garment or scrap of fabric.

Bro i have a question how about the blade of your cutter plotter your using adhesive so the blade will have adhesive also is it your cutter plotter affected because of the adhesive

Wash inside out in cold water with gentle detergent on a gentle cycle. Hang-drying is best!

Hello! We haven't tried the magic foil on a mug yet, but we will look into it. We would recommend our Easyweed heat transfer vinyl for right now because we know that works. Just make sure you have a mug press! - TRW Richard

Polyester is considered very difficult to print on. We recommend cotton!
