i did a silver one and it came out black shiny still looks ok but not silver, is that coz i printed in black laser? should i use yellow or something im on a normal laser printer?
Can you do a multi color print? Could you in theory do color separation and get a full color print? Like you would for screen printing? This may save a lot of time for small numbers of prints... Also, I assume it doesn't work in a regular laser (I have a Brother)? Any info is greatly appreciated.
Hi Leslie, this process works will work with most regular laser printers that have a straight-through path but not with photocopier style laser printers. We recommend laser/LED printers from OKI for the best results: gjs.co/supplies/s75/oki You can layer the artwork and use up to 5 colours on one garment but you wouldn’t be able to do separations printing as it would be almost impossible to align that perfectly. Hope this helps!
The longevity of the design will really all depend on your artwork and how you create it. FOREVER advise that you should be able to get between 20-45 washes from the product based on these variables. Check out our Subli-Flex 202 video for details on how to sublimate onto dark fabric and cotton garments: ruclips.net/video/7wG8A0o-JyE/видео.html

Hi Delva, not quite sure what you mean with your question, but you can use Flex-Soft and the transparent paper (Laser-Dark) on the same shirt but you can’t press Laser-Dark directly over the top.
Respect! One of the best videos i have seen on youtube in all this years! Awesome videocutting and editing! Awesome usefull content!!! Thanks for sharing!
Hi pigpicker, there's several advantages of using FOREVER. The first is that it is self-weeding, if you've ever used heat transfer vinyl you'll understand the time required to weed complex designs. With FOREVER there's no weeding, so you can produce intricate designs without the need to weed the excess. The second is that you can create these designs using your existing laser/LED printer. So if you have one of these, there's no need to invest in additional printing equipment, all you need is the media (and a heat press). Hope this is helpful...
Hi Marx, yes you can apply multiple colours/layouts using the FOREVER media. You can even mix and match the FOREVER Flex-Soft and FOREVER Laser-Dark products.

Hi Ruan, Flex-Soft works with most laser printers but we would recommend the use of OKI. All laser printers require the fusing unit to fuse the toner to the media. Hope this helps!
Hi there, the Flex-Soft media will work with laser printers. Different manufacturers use different types of toner which may require slightly different times and temperatures in the heat press. Thanks
@@GJSAustralia Also the size of the foil is a factor right?🤔 Isn't their a formule for calculating the correct temperature and time⌚ based on the desired size?🤔
Hi Nathalie, indeed, you can use FOREVER Media with most laser/LED toner drum printers. We recommend the use of OKI LED printers: gjs.co/supplies/s75/oki
I bought a heat press machine and a normal paper printing hp but but the ink it uses cant work with the heat press machine please advise on what i can do
Hi Cling Cling, you will need to ensure that you are using a laser/LED toner printer with the FOREVER media (not an inkjet). We recommend the use of an OKI LED printer with the FOREVER media system for the best possible results.
The product being shown here is FOREVER No-Cut (Soft) laser heat transfer paper: gjs.co/supplies/p3875/forever-flex-soft-no-cut-laser-heat-transfer-paper-a-film It can be used with your existing laser/LED printing solution, or we also sell a range of printers from OKI that are suitable for this application: gjs.co/supplies/s75/oki

The washing of the garment doesn't crack the design, if the garment shrinks it can cause the image to crack but you need to ensure that the design has negative space and if you're working with a stretchy garment you would need to incorporate a distressed look or a 'rasterised' image which will allow the media to stretch with the garment and prevent the cracking

Hi Divyanshu. You can use a mono toner printer for doing single colour prints otherwise you can use a CMYK toner printer for multi coloured prints. The product is manufactured by FOREVER
You can do multi-colours by using two different coloured A-Film. Otherwise if you want to do full colour digital you'll need to look at LASER-DARK Clear A-Film gjs.co/supplies/p3879/forever-laser-dark-no-cut-laser-heat-transfer-paper-clear-a-film with an OKI white toner printer gjs.co/equipment/new/p3888/oki-pro7411wt-a4-white-toner-printer
FOREVER media requires the use of an LED/laser printer. We recommend OKI LED printers for this process. There is a FOREVER media for dye sublimation printers called SubliLight, which you can read more about here: gjs.co/supplies/p4178/forever-subli-light-no-cut-dye-sublimation-transfer-paper
Hi Erica, this product is available in the United States. Our recommendation for you would be to contact your local supplier of FOREVER media and they should either be able to supply it to you or point you in the right direction as to where to find it.

Hi GJS i'm a fresh starter in the t-shirt business from Port-au_Prince, Haiti. My question is what type of Printer should i consider using because i'm running on a low and restricted budget.

You would need to use the Multi-Trans media for closed/non-porous surfaces. More details on this product are on our website: gjs.co/supplies/p3920/forever-multi-trans-laser-heat-transfer-paper
Hi there, sorry to hear about this, I would recommend ensuring that you are printing with the recommended settings for your printer and pressing with the correct methods as shown in the video. If you need further assistance, I would recommend contacting your supplier of Forever media for technical support.
Hi Coette, the A-Foil and B-Paper is sold separately. You can see them on our website here: gjs.co/supplies/p3875/forever-flex-soft-no-cut-laser-heat-transfer-paper-a-film
Great video! Just curious, why do you remove the Teflon cover on the base, is it just on bare metal? I've been having trouble with the printer toner completely adhering to the foil, could this be the cause? My heat press has a carpet foam pad and a rubber one on top of the foam, but maybe needs to be on a more rigid surface? Thanks!
The Teflon is removed from the base for best results as this can cause excess heat and if it is creased will affect the print. On the base of the heat press is has the silicone rubber, this comes as standard on all the heat presses that we sell. If the toner is not adhering to the foil, then your print settings are probably incorrect, I would recommend contacting your supplier of the media for their recommend printing instructions.
Hi there Alice, Flex-Soft works best for solid-colour designs. For pictures and full colour printing we recommend FOREVER LaserDark: gjs.co/supplies/p4239/forever-laser-dark-no-cut-laser-heat-transfer-a-film-and-b-paper-bundle
Hi Kuldeep, if you are based in Australia, New Zealand or the Pacific Islands, feel free to email the team on: sales@gjs.co and we can tailor a package to suit your needs. If you are located outside of the above-mentioned countries, contact your local OKI or FOREVER media distributor and they will be able to assist you.
You can create multiple-coloured designs by layering the media, or you can create full-colour designs with FOREVER's other no-cut media, Laser Dark: gjs.co/supplies/p4239/forever-laser-dark-no-cut-laser-heat-transfer-a-film-and-b-paper-bundle

Video of a multicolored shirt being done?
It looks good but what if you have to do 200 shirts its took 6 minutes to do one
This process seems to take too long. Better off to screen print for 200 shirts or get a DTG printer if you're going to do many more in the future.
That’s 20 hours. If you only profit $2.00 a tee that’s a $20 per hour part-time job. Not bad.

Can you use the transparent paper A 4 hours after printing on what you would like to transfer on the t-shirt???
Hi Delva, not quite sure what you mean with your question, but you can use Flex-Soft and the transparent paper (Laser-Dark) on the same shirt but you can’t press Laser-Dark directly over the top.
This is just going and going. Very nice but what about to people who don't understand what's going on?
Do these papers have the ability to print on glass?
Does the B paper come with the no cut transfer paper or do i have to buy it separately??
Yes it is sold in bundles of equal parts a & b paper.
Looks good and detailed. Can this be applied to leather products, such as wallet, handbag etc?
Yes it can. It can be applied to any porous surface that won't melt in a heat transfer press.
you use a paper before printing directly to the shirt. what is your name of that paper thank you
Hi, finishing paper is used to protect the garment while pressing and also producing a gloss or matt finish.
Respect! One of the best videos i have seen on youtube in all this years! Awesome videocutting and editing! Awesome usefull content!!! Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for the feedback Tam! :)
Very nice idea working,, good job,,,
Nice work
What kind of that materials,,is it advisable to print in a pigment ink, what kind of paper is that
Hi Benjie, the paper requires the use of a LED/laser toner printer (not pigment ink). The transfers will only work with this type of paper.
What kind of paper did u place over the lazer paper before put the wax paper and close it???
Hi Kemar, this sheet is called the B-Paper it is the glue that bonds to the toner to create the transfer.
I don't get it. This product is quite expensive, and it seems like it takes forever to get a piece done. What is the advantage of using it?

As a promotional t-shirt product, the print on the shirt should last for approximately 40 washes.
GJS ok . . . how much is the cost of making it vs how much I can sell it???
and also can you do multi colors?
You can do multi-colours by using two different coloured A-Film. Hi there Melanie...you require a heat press in order to transfer the design to your substrate.
so what if you have one of the portable heat press, can that be used instead of the ones you used in your video? Also, what if you have an industrial iron can it be used instead?
You do require a swing away heat press. The pressure and temperature is important for the process to work correctly.

Does it work in every laser printer?
It works with 'most' laser printers, however for the best results we recommend the use of an OKI LED printer
Can you use any toner based copier? Or does it have to be the OKI?

Hi Ednilsom. You can contact the manufacturer at www.forever-ots.com
this product available in india sir..
Hi there, we recommend that you contact FOREVER directly and they should be able to give you the details of a local supplier in India 👍
hello sir is the laser colour printer or black and white.......is it sublimation ink?
Hi Meena. You can use a mono toner for doing single colour prints. Otherwise you can also use a CMYK printer to print multi coloured designs. The printers use a toner, so it isn't sublimation
hello sir is mono toner sublimation toner avilable in the market?
Hi Meena, sublimation ink is a dye and as such is not available as a toner. Thanks, Steve
I like your vedii soooooo much man from where we should buy this paper plz give info
If you are based in Australia you can buy it from us :-) If not, you can contact FOREVER in your local country and they will provide you with a list of places you can purchase.

Hi GJS i'm a fresh starter in the t-shirt business from Port-au_Prince, Haiti. My question is what type of Printer should i consider using because i'm running on a low and restricted budget.
The product being shown here is FOREVER No-Cut (Soft) laser heat transfer paper: gjs.co/supplies/p3875/forever-flex-soft-no-cut-laser-heat-transfer-paper-a-film It can be used with your existing laser/LED printing solution, or we also sell a range of printers from OKI that are suitable for this application: gjs.co/supplies/s75/oki
can the brother HL-3150CDN PRINTER WORK WITH FOREVER LASER PAPER? www.ebay.com/itm/122336484385 MY PURPOSE IS TO PRINT ON PENS
Hi Kascom Designers, the Brother HL-3150CDN will work with the Forever Flex-Soft, however, this media is suitable for open/porous surfaces. You would need to use the Multi-Trans media for closed/non-porous surfaces. More details on this product are on our website: gjs.co/supplies/p3920/forever-multi-trans-laser-heat-transfer-paper
Why is it when I'm peeling from the shirt the letters are coming apart and it looks nothing like how the video shows the example?
Hi there, sorry to hear about this, I would recommend ensuring that you are printing with the recommended settings for your printer and pressing with the correct methods as shown in the video. If you need further assistance, I would recommend contacting your supplier of Forever media for technical support.
How to buy this paper all color
i can see it missing parts of the letters the part in the center made in Germany and the circle around it
Hi Ray, the rough look of the "Made in Germany" seal is part of its design and is intended.
When you order the foil paper does the opaque B-Paper comes with the # sheets ordered
