i think this has got to be the best video tutorial on parking I've ever seen and i'm dyslexic by the way so information goes in one ear and out the other but with you I really appreciate your visuals and the steering technique too! thank you x
Thank you a clear explanation of what to do, many other videos beat around the bush telling you to find your own point you explained what type of vehicle you have how to judge and where to start to turn
I tried this last time I went to Costco. I moved two parking slots ahead, matched the side mirror, turned steering wheel fully, before starting to reverse. Meanwhile the guy behind me quickly and simply forward parked his car and left.
That's when you use the 45 degree parking method. The 90 degree is only good in small car parks where you haven't got much room, example when you have a space just as you enter the car park.
Quite helpful bro....specially stopping the left mirror on the first line of third parking...and turning the wheel on full lock.....and straightening back the wheel once car is straight 👌 Can't thankyou enough dude thumbs-up Wish me luck bcoz I'm working on this these days lol
I'm practicing by putting plastic garden chairs on my drive 2.5 meters apart (The width of a parking space). If i hit them, no harm done to either chair or car and I know immediately if I've got it wrong. The challenge is, i need to find something to replace the 1st line of the 3rd parking space to line up my mirror with. Will figure that out tomorrow. My neighbours think I'm crazy, but better to hit a chair than another car!
@liamanderson4992 hahaaa your neighbours are right... But I like your enthusiasm and determination. Me too is a person like that bro. So don't take your neighbours serious. Good day 🥳
Clearer with this technique in empty parking slots. I tried thw 45 degree technique but it only works between cars. When there's no car around, i see too many lines in side mirror and end up reversing when i see the wrong line so i never end up in the correct slot
Erm I guess it depends on car turning circle but if you start reverse on full lock that early I cannot believe you won't hit/brush against the cars parked on your left side before you get to your spot.

Thanks for the tutorial but what is the purpose of backing up in a parking lot. Wish the lot is full of parked cars. Some pathways between rows of parked cars are tight.
Just a reminder, if you're a newbie like me, always learn from real footage, not the animation. 2:33 When you reverse after full lock left, looks like the front body will stay in a straight line. In reality, it will go from 7:05 to 7:10, so make sure there is nothing on the right side...I learn this the hard way 🥲

Ive watched too many video tutorials but this is the only video that simply helped me understand! Clear explanation and concise with steps!thank you!

Ur just such a good instructor God bless you
Best teacher on driving
Its all easy when its empty. It gets impossible when there are other cars parked and two people are looking at you😅
😂
Its gets easier ♡
Indeed
Only two....???? Lol
😂😂😂😂😂😂
One of the best videos - thank you 🙏🏽
One of the best vedeo I have ever seen

My brother in law's advice: "Never park next to an expensive car, that way, if you do mess up, it won't be quite so expensive!".

Good day 🥳
Where i am from, if you go ahead three spots like that to reverse into a spot, it's pretty much guaranteed the guy behind you is gonna take that spot.
Very well understood 👍
Thanks a million
Thank you! I finally found a video with instructions that worked for me. Finally.
Clear Instructions.Thank you
Have learnt a lot from it keep the good job 👏 thanks
So easy to understand
left light on, drive 2 spaces on front, turn steering wheel to left, reverse
By the time I have reached the second parking spot, someone would have parked their car using the forward parking method or 45° parking method..
😂😂😂😂😂
Thank so much for this video God bless u
Love this explanation
So far the best video of Reverse bay parking....❤congratulations 👌
Thank you ❤
Thank you for such clear instuction. 😂i appreciat

Maybe your angle is too small or too big but I am sure with practise, you will be able to get into your target parking spot
Thanks ❤
Thank you very much sir❤❤ for this video
Thanks a lot!!!

Is it covered by AETNA insurance
Very impormative!
This is helpfull bt wen there is competition to park,u cant pass the target point,a pro will park immediately u pass😢
😅 yup
What the position for the side mirror ?
Thanks! Is the video showing how you do it if there’s parked cars up yet?
This manuever is easy if you have a 360 camera built in with predictor guidelines.
Yes, except that most vehicles don't have this technology
Thank you
Plz can u do a video for what to watch out for when going for driving test. I’m going for my driving test on Monday

Am liking how much time you take to explain🙌Very clear! Thank you sir
You passed it ?
@@krayzietj ofc I passed on first try in February 6
How do it in tight space, the space to maneuver is just about a car length 😢
Thank you❤
Thanks for the tutorial but what is the purpose of backing up in a parking lot. Wish the lot is full of parked cars. Some pathways between rows of parked cars are tight.
Fine.
Effective Vedio
Thanks
I used this.
Try doing this when theres a car behind flashing lights and waits for you to finish your parking drama so he can move on 😂
That's ok we are all in the same situation looking for a space and reversing into one. The 45 degree is best though.
I wish they would show what they see on the rearview mirror
Parallel parking video pls
I have never succeeded in that method. I better look at side mirrors and the wheel then do the reverse. I practice like this.
Wow
wow, easy if the other bays are also empty. You would have hit any parked cars
This parking technique is only useful for your driving test, won't work in real life
Pronunciation is vague. 😶😶
Just a reminder, if you're a newbie like me, always learn from real footage, not the animation.
