There is this guy our family knew and someone said they had a job working three days on and three days off and then this guy who is not a family member by blood said, but there’s only seven days in a week how can you work three days on and three days off ? LOL
Also, if you inject testosterone, you don’t take it every day because it lasts typically seven days maybe 10 days on the outside. I know because 25 years ago I tried a cycles of sustanon 250.
So when you ask a stupid question, like why doesn’t Joe Rogan take nootropics every day?
This a much more complex and personal thing you are seeking to simplify in a box.
Why doesn’t Russia simply nuke the Donbass region at the border with 100 Mt nuclear bomb?
Because it would nuke Russia too, duh.
Why doesn’t Joe Rogan boost on Nootropics every single day? Because he doesn’t need to.
There are other associative, supplements and food that supports some of the same things natural Nootropics also do. It’s always better not to overdose on any medication‘s or any vitamins or minerals or herbs. If nootropics Alpha brain works good taking it once a day why doesn’t Joe Rogan take it five times a day? I mean, if it works, Joe should take it 10 times a day, right?
If some alcohol makes you feel good why not drink gallons of alcohol every day ?
If coffee with caffeine makes you feel good why not drink 100 cups of coffee a day ?
If 1000 mcg of vitamin B 12 gives you a boost why not take 1,000,000 mcg every day?
One a day multivitamin is designed like others every day. What if you took it every three days instead? Would that be bad? What if Joe took Alpha Brain once a week and on special days?
What if one week he took it three times and then another week he only took it once?
Because he feels good. Would that be bad?
If sustanon 250 works good, Why not try injecting sustanon 1 million?
You have to consider the food that you’re eating and the minerals and vitamins you’re supplementing. For this reason, sometimes delaying and spacing supplements prevents things like overdosing a mineral that causes diarrhea. Many things you overconsume say like obviously alcohol feel good initially, but overconsumption damages the liver gives you a hangover, and turns many into a dark demon. With Nootropics you want to take enough that you get good benefits and then see how far you can space it requiring another dose. Also, eat a healthy diet. Is that OK?
I’ve known some people to drink one or two glasses of alcohol, and they go absolutely freak insane.
Then I seen another guy I knew he did eight shots of tequila and walked out of the bar like nothing. 240 pound, 6 foot Mexican guy showing off pounding tequila walked to his Corvette.
I thought that was impressive cause most people wouldn’t be able to walk.
Everybody is not the same size and everybody does not have the same exact body chemistry.

That’s a pretty big claim. Which ones? Literally nothing did anything at all? That can’t be true, this is like in Workaholics when Adam claims he can drink ipecac without vomiting. “Yes, you will. Scientists made this.”
Nootropics and supplements are different for everyone and most of them require taking them daily for a while to really see the results. It’s not like a drug, where you take one and feel a very strong effect right away with often a ton of bad side effects. That’s part of why these are safer than pharms, it’s not such a drastic and immediate effect. It’s a slow build, which is far more natural. Pretty much any positive health changes that will actually last in the long run are minor things that add up over time, you can’t just take pill and have a better heart or bigger muscles or less fat 10min from now. Why would the brain work any differently?
