Hey I have a 15 cts I sent module to safety restore I’m ready to put the airbags back and the module how do I go about doing it just unhook battery and make sure everything is hooked up crash sensors etc? Thanks for the help drop more videos very helpful
I changed the steering wheel on my 2012 G37 & now the air bag light is on. The horn would stay on constantly when I connected my battery, so I disconnected the ground (inside the steering wheel) & the sound went away, but now I can't push in my horn! Maybe because the ground isn't connected?? ... Any suggestions? I think I just need to take it off & reinstall it again. If that doesn't work ill take it to the shop but It drives just fine.
Was wondering. My passenger airbag didn’t go off but I’m wanting to buy a different oem dash piece with a new passenger air bag just to make the install easier because removing the airbag from the plastic dash piece is a huge pain. If I buy this brand new airbag will I have to program it or can I just plug it in and all is good? Again my airbags never went off I would just be installing a brand new airbag. Thanks
my airbag deployed at like 5 mph. It’s an old 99 saturn wagon and I just need to drive it. Can you tell me how to stick it back in? Will my car be drivable if I cut the stinking bag off so I can drive it
This plug in for my air bag was melted into the airbag and I couldn’t disconnect I tried just pulling them off but the orange and black cable pulled out of them so now idk wtf to do :)
@@lifeofmario9137 i discinnnected the battery then tried just using the t30s on both sides of the wheel so the bag would come out but it won’t , is it because the wrench also needs to be used ?
i had hit a metal plate in the road and it set off my air bag and now my seatbelts dont work, they panels where the seatbelts are kind of popped out, i hear you have to reset the seatbelts or buy new ones not sure. you know anything about that
Damn going back to this makes me realize it’s been 7 months and I still ain’t fix it 😂, but I been riding around with no front seat belts or driver airbag, just haven’t been able to fix it yet, in a couple months I’m gonna end up fixing it , not sure how yet , what happened to yours

You have to cut them now and replace them the connecters are like 3 dollars

Yes always disconnect the battery first when you’re disconnecting electronics.

The wrench is used to remove the screw in using a t30 and a small extension with the wrench to take them out.

Do you have to sent moudle in right after new air bag install or can you drive it around for a while b4 you sent moudle in
You can drive it around. But know if you crash that airbag won’t go off
