That Gold Barbarian skin is kind of a letdown. I like the Skullface skin, it looks like the Slayer killed so many Marauders, he decided to take the skull of one and make armor out of it!

in my opinion these Golden skins should be a reward for completing other master levels that will be comming in the future. They are extremely easy to get and that makes it less of an achievement to get them. That's why golden combat shotgun is a great reward, only those willing to complete the harshest chellenges get it, you cant just endlessly play the level on nightmare and just get it, you gotta work hard. edit: typo

It’s sad that there are no unmakyr skins, yeah people could have been spoiled just by looking at weapon skins but maybe unmakyr skin options only appear after you unlock it, imagine a gold unmakyr, that would be sick to me.

I literally beat both Reclaimed Earth (twice) and Immora on Nightmare with all escalation events and collecting all codex pages, and I got nothing. Any idea why? Is this shitty game still this glitchy almost 3 years after release or am I doing something wrong?
I’ve been stuck on the final fight with the doom hunter and the hell knight on level 2 for 2 days now. I get past them then I can usually get past the baron, cursed prowler, second doom hunter, and enable my ad blocker for the carcass but it’s that fucking possessed mancubus that keeps whopping my ass. I can usually kill the pain elemental and the hell knight but it’s that possessed mancubus. I’ve beaten him once AND THEN I HAVE TO DEAL WITH A ARCHVILE!!! UGH!!! WHY DO ALL THE WEAPON SKINS HAVE TO BE LOCKED BEHIND NIGHTMARE!!! I put myself through this torture because I collect weapon skins.
You have to start a new save file and select Ultra-Nightmare difficulty, it's like a "gamemode", it sets the difficulty to Nightmare, you can't change it, and if you die it erases your save file (just the Ultra-Nightmare save file, the others are safe), so beat the DLC on Ultra-Nightmare without dying and you'll get the skin.
Kind of a let down like all the lack of customization compared to 2016, each skin has something cool but you cant swap parts like colors or helmets at least. I just want the repaired classic doom armor from Quake Champions in a sage green.
If you want the golden weapon skins and the Escalation Encounters skins i think you can replay the levels with cheats, the Gold Barbarian and Skullface can't be acquired like that.
How so? does the milestone appear with ?s or something else? if it's just the name then it's no big deal, most milestones appear as that for you to discover what they are about.
Did you go back into your previous save and just set the difficulty to Nightmare? I think you have to start a new save on nightmare. I learned this the hard way with TAG 1.
From what i know it has to be in Nightmare, you can't change it at the start of the mission, start a new game and breeze it through on Nightmare and skip the optional stuff, it's not like the DLC is way too hard.

For the Inmoran Altar kill the Dark Lord on Nightmare difficulty, it has to be a Nightmare save file, you can't change the difficulty on another save file you have so careful with that.

Imma be honest. The gold gun skins are kinda ugly. They look more yellow then gold. Also the handle on the ssg with the yellow bandage looks ugly. Wish they made a better design or used a similar design that looks like the podium you get for bearing nightmare or something that looks like the UN skin
They could had made a dark lord armor like skin, we got the skullface but something more akin to his armor would be epic.

Hellforged Slayer Skin is kinda similar with Blood Slayer but it had crackling effect with gold colour. I expect something like Dark Lord armour skin.

The gold is a bit much, maybe a bit more detail would’ve been cooler especially for beating it on Nightmare. That’s just my opinion though.
