i rode the trail in its entirety (from F5800 down to the start) as part of a loop last friday 8/19. it is one of my all time favorites and I am surprised how fast the whole area has recovered. you can tell people have been starting to filter thru and clean up here and there, we did our part and moved some logs and cleaned some brush. Loved seeing this video after being there so recently.
As far as burn areas go, that one isn't bad, it should recover nicely. Some of the 2020 burn areas in northern Colorado burned to the point where the forest will never recover, they will become scrubland much like the area around Spirit Lake at Loowit. I drove through the East Troublesome burn area yesterday and they're struggling to even keep the road open from all the mudslides due to the wet summer out here.
Thanks for the video! I'd like to get up there and explore this area. Do you recommend doing an OAB on Siouxon? Before the fire I had wanted to do a loop with Huffman Peak trail (showcased in one of your earlier vids), but I don't think that's an option for now, right?

Huffman hasn’t been logged out yet. I’d recommend an out and back up to the burned bridge.

is this a re-upload of ruclips.net/video/6nxWlMzmyng/видео.html
It's weirder than that. I didn't reupload it but somehow RUclips republished it. I don't understand how. Unless I was sleepwalking...
