Fear and Loaming is located on Highway 6 just outside of Banks, Oregon. It's a great option for folks seeking out a downhill shuttle experience who live on the West side of the Portland metropolitan area.

Is it comparable to anything at Sandy Ridge , Black Rock, or Cold Creek, etc. ?

for my money it's the second-best trail in the greater Portland area, coming close to as good as Cold Creek

Parts of it are comparable to Johnny Royale, but it’s generally not as gappy. There just isn’t anything else quite like it built on Coast Range loam. It’s just steep, loamy goodness.
