I had fragrances I purchased from the department store. I made my first purchase buying those fragrances from FragranceNet. They smelled and looked identical to what I bought from the department stores. I then bought minis to try fragrances and went to the department store to smell the fragrances. They smell and look identical. I believe they are legit. I had one shipping issue, but other than that, I haven't had problems. I feel safe buying from them.

I bought Angel Muse from that site last year and had a good experience. Previously bought Angel Muse from Macy's and from the Mugler site, and the products I received from Fragrancenet is exactly the same / smells the same. Seems legit from the 2 times I've bought from the site.

i jave used fragrance net for the past 16yrs now, sometimes i even save more on tested bottles. I use to biy amd sell while back in nigeria before moving to the US

I placed my first order 4 days ago (on a Friday afternoon), and qualified for free shipping to Canada. I am assuming it might take at least 2 weeks for it to get delivered based on my experience with other US-based vendors. I did not do any research before purchasing from them, but then read a few negative comments about the company, and that is how I ended up watching your video. Thanks for sharing.

They're good for prices most of the time and the product is legit. They're slow as hell getting to Canada, though. Takes 3 weeks or more most of the time.
Honestly, I’ve had my fair amount of delays here in the U.S
I just bought 2 gift sets of Ariana Grande sweet like candy & her Ari perfume gift set from them. Still waiting for my package & it's been a week. They shipped it out but, it's been in transit for almost a damn week it sucks like I want my gift sets before Christmas😢
Big oof. This’ll be my first time ordering during the holiday season since I just got into fragrances this past year. Also, an annoying part is, I don’t think they count the weekend on those “3-5” business days so sometimes when I order Friday night I don’t get it until the next Friday 🙃 the price to pay for not paying full retail haha. I get impatient waiting for my fragrances to finally get to me, I always have the tracking number open 😂 I feel your pain

I like FragranceNet. They’ve never failed me and while the cologne is clearly grey market and a bit older it depends on what the scent is as to whether it’s old or not. My Aventus is from England and from 2022. That’s acceptable for me. Still less than a year old.
Yeah! You’ll never know how they were cared for, even at retail, so saving a lot of money helps !
@@fragrancejoe The bottle of aventus I bought is $350 retail and was $120 off on FragranceNet. Still not cheap but way cheaper than direct from creed. I might try a legit full price bottle to see what the difference is sometime.
Shipping for me was quick to FedEx then sat at the local distribution center for a couple days before coming from there to my house. Total about 4 days.

From what I’ve heard they’re a bit different, I personally love the toffee and cardamom in the most wanted intense!

I'm super nervous to buy from them. Juliette Has A Gun Not A Perfume is my scent and Im just so worried it won't be the same. Do they gave a money-back guarantee?
I don’t believe they do, I also believe their language around returns states that you would be responsible for shipping costs so you’d still end up coming out of pocket.
I’ve bought from them and as well for me I love Juliette has a gun and I’ve purchased it and it sooo worth it, and stays all day! Worth the money

I checked our frangrancenet for the first time and I was surprised to see that they have an option for tester I’m curious to know if it is heavily tested or slightly used do you know?
From my understanding testers are brand new, they’re just made by the brand to be displayed in store. So often times they might have a sticker that says tester and has some info or they might come without a cap. They’re not used. They might come in a plain box that says tester, or it might just come in a plain white box.

I've bought alot of testers and none of them were used at all
it just happened again . I ordered Aramis Adventurer they had 6 bottles on Friday the first by Sunday the third they had 3 left . So I pull the trigger Sunday 5 am before work mind you its labor day weekend I get it the delay order was received on Tuesday the 5th .It still hasn't arrived and paid the fee for 2 day delivery here we are and it is her fault because they take the money the order process is taking your money from your account when they don't have these items available

Really disappointed in fragrancenet because they won’t cancel my order, answer emails, or calls. I really like that for some people it works well. But for me they dont really help me.

I've ordered from them for years, and I've never had any issues... until today!
Ist, before I placed my ordered, the order form said was $57, which included free shipping. After I placed my order I was charged $14 more than I agreed to! Don't try calling bc you'll NEVER get to talk with anyone. After I spent 45mins waiting for someone to answer after being on hold, I had 2 other ppl calling for me too! Even being told by the recording to hold on and someone would be with me shortly bc I was a "valued costumer" we spend a total of 3hrs and 34mins hold. Noone ever answered any of our calls after being put on hold!! It wasn't about the money to being with bc errors can be made and I thought it would be made right asap! Since this wasn't the case, now I am beyond mad🤬🤬 Just wondering, has anyone else had a situation similar to mine??
That’s odd for sure! In my experience, it’s better to email them than to call them. It’s so hard to get a rep on the phone unless you call during business hours. I hope your issue gets resolved! The only thing I could think of that would make the price go up $14 is if you chose any form of expedited shipping.
Yes I have. Ordered ombre rose. As soon as I placed order they charged ten dollars more. No on answers phone. Ordered eu de parfum from perry ellis. They sent Edt. No one answered phone ever. Fragrances is pure alcohol. Emailed and told them. They asked if I received my eu de toilette . They do no have English language mastered.emailed 3 times, same response. I will never order again. Out of almost two hundred dollars.😢
Hi i just had a question I purchased a fragrance from them four days ago the expected delivery date was yesterday and I still haven’t gotten it I’ve also been tracking it it hasn’t moved since the first day it got shipped should I be worried?
I’ve had that happen on my first order. Given I ordered like over 15 minis and 5 big bottles. I would shoot their customer service an email and maybe they can compensate you, but I’ve had some of my orders come up to a week late from originally promised.

Careful with this company I place a order for almost $300 and fed ex lost the package and I could not get a hold of them to make them file a claim since fed ex said they the ones that need to do it so now my only option now is to go to my bank and file a claim sucks that their customer service suck they won’t even answer at all good luck if you order from them
I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Yeah, I notice that there can be shipping issues. I've had more luck reaching out to them via email, when I try and call I hardly reach anyone so I've given up trying to call them and I just email them instead. I hope your problem gets resolved!
@@fragrancejoe went online today and checked Out the fed ex facility where my package was lost and oh boy there was way too many people complaining how there package got stolen there I guess that fed ex location is known for that Tracy Ca. Location I don’t think they had more room to put one more 1 ⭐️ review lol
That’s interesting, I didn’t think about the shipping facilities themselves, could also be a factor for sure it sounds like.
Than that FedEx problem. FedEx is so shady. They're seasonal workers are infamous for stealing packages.

Did you sign up for the subscription? If so, can you explain how it works? I saw their video about it but I'm not exactly sure how many you want sent and how it is charged. If you can explain that I'd appreciate it. Maybe make a video about it.

I used to buy all my fragrances from fragrancenet about 10 -12 years ago and at that time they were absolutely legit . Not sure about now
Do you mean fragrancenet isn’t legit anymore or the fragrances themselves? I’ve heard people talk about how fragrancenet used to be much better back in the day, but I haven’t had issues with their fragrances.

Amex BCE, but im sure any amex card could get the offer. Under amex offers there’s the “spend 125 and get 25 back at fragrancenet”. So that’s mostly what I had been using.
I bought an expensive perfume from frangrancenet and it didn't smell the same. I had already smelled it at Neimanmarcus before buying it from fragrancenet, so i knew i liked it. When it arrived, I smelled it, something didn't seem quite right, so a week later I went to neimanmarcus again to compare the scents 1 more time and yea, there was a pretty big difference. The bottle, the presentation, everything was legit, idk why it smelled different. Maybe too old or was exposed to heat, idk...
Yeah that can def happen, and it’s one of the drawbacks, you don’t know how old the bottle is or if it was exposed to too much sun or humidity. Im sorry that happened to you, never fun, especially when you spend a good chunk of change.

I actually had the same experience but in my case both bottles were bought at Neiman I suspect it has something to do with the way they store it.
How long does it take for it to come in ??
It varies. They offer 3 methods of shipping I’m aware of. Normal ground shipping (3-5 business days). Express shipping (2-3 business days).And 1-day shipping (1 business day). I believe you get free ground shipping if you spend over $59 USD. And you’re paying extra for the express or one day shipping. In my experience if you get a lot of fragrances there can be delays, let me know if you have any other questions!

You're not guaranteed the fast shipping, it will tell you that in the small print, thats the reality, that goes for anything you order online

Hey I just recently purchased something from fragrance net for my fiancé and was wondering how long is shipping ? Did your orders always come in a timely manner? Atleast a month ?
Congrats! I’ve received most of my orders in a timely fashion, the only time I didn’t was when I made my first huge order, but even then I received it within the month. Especially if you pay for expedited shipping, I always receive my orders on time. I’m not sure how the holidays will effect this! Wishing you luck and I hope your fiancé enjoys what you picked out!

I don’t own it but a lot of people like Gucci guilty black! It has a bit of a sharper more masculine opening than the original EDT. It’s def a great masculine, sharp and sexy fragrance! I’m sure he’ll enjoy it
No, tester just means that it was meant to be used by retail stores as a tester. They can come in a blank white or brown box that says tester. Sometimes the bottle might come without a cap.
They need to change their shipping company. I had a fragrance undelivered, I.e. stolen. The shipping company has been unresponsive but Fragrancenet did refund my money.
How long does shipping take?
Depends on what option you choose after checkout. Keep in mind their "shipping" is only after your order is fulfilled at the warehouse. So in my experience it's been "we've received your order" -a day or two (depending on if during business hours) - "your order is in our warehouse"- this ranges and depends on how much you order but I've had small orders take a few days and large orders take one so idrk - "your order has shipped" - from here it usually takes the time I paid for during the shopping option.

@chaoskage5195 oh yeah another weird thing is that they don’t consider the weekend on deliveries so it could take 5-7 business days M-F and for anyone in the U.S. Tuesday is 4th to July so it might take longer.
I live in Canada so it would probably take around 5 to 7 business days

As far as I can tell they do. On their FAQ they have a shipping segment on Canada. Looks like free shipping on orders over $59 and a $6.95 charge for orders under $59. Also note that the order is subject to the applicable VAT(value added tax) at the rate for your country. And the $59 total is calculated AFTER discounts and coupons. Let me know if that helps!

Check your email…. You can’t even place an order without that. The confirmation has the link to track.
You’re supposed to get a confirmation email or even a message since you most likely typed in your email/gmail and phone number to order the fragrance. Then after you get another message and email days later when it ships and delivers

No it’s not original, I bought Britney and euphoria, the accent is less the original but is similar , but the big red flag is u can feel more Alcohol than the accent , I put the originam I have in my house and the from them is ridiculous the difference, the original is strong and u can fell all day , from them just couple minutes

You need to get outside the box more. In my years of buying, Fragrancenet has always been, by far, the absolute WORST!!! They were always the last option for me. Now, I don't even consider them anymore. You are way better off to pay 10 or 20 dollars more and get what you want from somewhere else. Once they have your money, they do not give a F*** about you.

I live in Merida, Yucatan, Mexico. The selection of perfumes in the high end malls here are disappointing. Through Fragrancenet I have to order $100 of perfume for free shipping. That's no problem and it gets here in about two weeks. Since it's perfume, they can't ship by air. Ground only. I've been using them for about 3 years now without any problems. I do a lot of blind buying, but I pour over reviews carefully. Still...I get a bad surprise once in a while.
