I've had pretty good luck with Jomashop. I've bought sunglasses, eyeglasses, watches and fragrances. For pricier things I do spend the extra $6 protection, but luckily haven't had to use them yet.
Ash, I do appreciate this video, especially because of something you said within the past couple of weeks which caused me to wonder which online fragrance stores you have been preferring lately.

In the beginning of my fragrance journey I first used FragranceX, and they used to be really good. The prices were pretty much on par or even better than Fragrancenet, and shipping was better as well. Then a year or so later, prices started becoming higher, much higher than frangrancenet was selling, so I stopped buying from them. I just stick with Fragrancenet and Fragrancebuy now.
If you’re in Canada and just starting your collection fragrancebuy has been perfect for me. Been collecting for 4 years and never got my order messed up or had to wait any longer than 4-5 days at most

Glad I’m not the only one to notice the slow shipping with fragrancenet. Looking at package tracking they seem to send the package to the most nonsensical places before you get it

I usually pull up the first three on your list and compare side by side when I am at my PC. I use Fragrancenet and Fragrantica using the 37% discount as a benchmark . If the item is within $5, I'll but it at the store. These websites are slow to load because they are not optimized for mobile viewing (too many pictures). I love FragBuy, their Spray point system has helped out a lot. I am Eau Collector. I need 3k more to get to Eau Addict.
I had the same exact problem with Labella...it was the first time I used them and the last! When I contacted them that they had sent the wrong item they came across like in order to get the right one I had to first send the other back...like it was my fault that they sent me the wrong item. Eventually it got worked out but I've sworn never to use them again and I haven't!
I've actually started exclusively buying Sunday night from FragBuy, seems they ship out to the USA on Monday/Tuesday. Always have it in hand by Thursday in Cleveland, Ohio.
Ordered this past Sunday, it's now end of day Thursday, and no email that it's even shipped (to PGH area). I'm getting worried
The Real Real (I know it isn't for perfume) is also a pain to deal with if you have issues. They sent the wrong item. Speaking to their customer service was like speaking to the wall. The level of frustration you feel, when someone answers as if they aren't understanding your simple request. Finally I get to send the item back, and they wanted to charge me a restocking fee. Nut why? They sent me the wrong item? It was enough for me to never come back. I never want to go through all that again.

After my last experience with Jomashop I will not be ordering from them again. Twice they sold me a bottle then failed to deliver it - following up with customer service was…unhelpful. Also, I don’t like that they seem to be sponsoring a lot of influencers lately (Not you Ash) who advertise “A Big Sale” for them. On one, the Armaf CDN bottles were discounted from the MSRP down to what the normal price was, everywhere. A few days ago they were hyped by an influencer for their great one-time-only deals on Mancera….at $20 over what I could get it from another discounter. It’s just not a good look for influencers, so I thank you for your integrity and this fine video, Ash. (Fragrancebuy rocks but I do always find myself buying more than I expected because of the great deals and wanting to get the free shipping.)
I use Golden scent since I live in the middle east! I bought Gucci oud intense for 130. They have good deals once in a while for example with this order I got a 50$ discount coupon.

In SEA , the only mentioned discounter that ships here is fragranceX and their prices are really bad now... they used to be quite cheap but now it's almost just a small discount off retail

I’m new to the game and have placed 3 orders with fragrancenet over the past 2 months - today was #3. Each time I have gotten tracking info the same day. The actual time in shipment was a little slow via DHL but they shipped out on their side super quick in my limited experience.
i've always been impressed by their speed.
They're usually pretty slow to ship with me... I started paying the $20 (because when you already spending a bit on frags, what's another 20?) for "next business day". I think they may have actually gotten it to me on time once, even though it says on their website and as you're checking out "Guaranteed Delivery Next Business Day if placed before 12 EST", which I do. My recent order says "Order is in warehouse", whatever that means...

Perfumeonline in Canada is great. Fast shipping, decent to great prices but fragrances tend to go fast because of that.

Fragrancebuy is the best. I'm in Canada and they ship faster than amazon. I ordered at 2am and it arrived at 2pm later that day. They always have rare and unique fragrances too. Customer service has been good and I never have issues. Their loyalty program saves me a ton of money too. Once you are a top member you pretty much always have $10 off and free shipping coupons. Best of all their prices are usually the cheapest even without discounts. I've ordered probably close to 150 fragrances from them and never have a complaint. Even their shipping packaging is really nice.

Jomashop came in so clutch for the Niche brands. I got Herod and Greenley from PDM for $170 each 125 ml bottles. And they also had Nishane Hacivat 100ml for $150 my wallet was obliterated

@brokeboijd6983 joma is legit, I've bought half my collection from them, all genuine bottles still sealed with legit batch codes.
The only downside is their shipping, something might not be in stock but they'll still sell it with the knowledge they'll get it in a few weeks but now it will tell you if it's immediately available. Also it's a gray market so if that isn't your cup of tea then stay away.
Fragrancenet has mostly been good although occasionally I’ll get a fragrance that doesn’t smell fresh
I've also had good experiences with Aura Fragrance, who are a Texas-based discounter.

Filthy fragrance is pretty good too from what I can gather from my online compare shopping. Based in Miami so I got my order quick.
Fragrancenet delivery service is a$$!!! It takes a week to 2 weeks to get your order. Fragrancex you get your order in 3 to 4 days.
Fragx is probably the fastest shipping of any discounter I've used.

Many of us don’t live in the US so only those that have international shipping can be used. I’m in Australia and I don’t think many ship here.

Only FragranceNet and FragranceX are able to ship to AU among the (kind of) well known sites.
Even though I haven't used them much, I've bought from PerfumeBox and FragranceShop and so far, they have sold me authentic products. However, my debit card was compromised twice this year and I think that it's possible that one of the vendors I've used this year might have fraudulently used my debit card info. and I noticed that: before each time I detected the fraudulent activity, I bought something from FragranceShop. However, they might not have anything to do with the fraudulent activity: maybe it was my local Pizza Hut for example. I do know that FragranceShop would sometimes say that they have a certain fragrance available, and I'd place an order for it, and then they'd tell me some time later that they don't have it in stock. They did, however, refund me the money in that kind of situation.
Just use your credit card. I'm too freaked out to link directly to my bank account via debit for online transactions. I've ordered from Fragranceshop a few times and haven't had any issues so far.

Ive used maxaroma quite a bit and they can have some good sales. But since they went authorized retailer youre basically paying full retail. I do like notjustperfumes as well. Their stock is hit or miss but they have some killer deals.

I have around 300 bottles and I find the two best places to get them are both Canadian, fragrancebuy and perfumeonline both are better than fragrancenet in my mind.
I know there are going to be people looking at this video in the future wondering if they can trust these discounters, and I'm here to say that there is absolutely nothing to worry about. These people are legit
They're all as legit as the grey market distributors they order from. Check the import bills of lading to see where all their goods are coming from.

@@brotherant7 If you're a re-seller with a state tax id and resale certificate and possible a federal ID# for a business, yes. It would depend on how much you order. Look at the bottom of all the larger discounter sites. They all sell wholesale as well and will drop ship. Many small Ebay "stores" you see are really just photos of fragrances and the seller is having them all dropshipped from other discounters. The same might be said for some of Mercari and Amazon's 3rd party stores.

I had a problem with my order from fragrancenet. FedEx destroyed the package in transit, they weren't very clear about what they're going to do to help me out, but hopefully they pull through and ship me some new bottles. We'll see.
Fragrancenet is good but in my experience the colognes they send are hit or miss. For example, I bought another bottle of D&G light blue intense and it smelled like wet cardboard. I figured it was stored improperly? Maybe it got too hot in transit? But sometimes the colognes are fine and smell as they should.

Is it a bad idea to order fragrance in the middle of the summer? Especially when the fragrance is going to be sitting in hot cars? It probably doesn’t damage the fragrance but this is a slight worry of mine
you should be good, i’ve never had any issues with ordering in the summer.
I would say yes, this should be addressed with the seller. The heat is your fragrance'$ worst enemy . I speak from experience where I would order a $300 order from fragrancenet just to have it sit out in the hundred degree weather being I live in a desert climate. By the time I unpackaged the fragrances all bottles inside the Box we're very hot thus killing future potential longevity and performance.

I agree with what Ash stated on fragrancebuyCA, but last week (08/04) I ordered the clone of Layton (Detour Noir) and supremacy not only intense ( clone of event is/hacivat) received the email confirmation stating expect shipping delays. As of today Monday 08/08 my order has not shipped. I've ordered before and pretty fast shipping until this time not sure what happened but just an FYI. 👍

They smelled kinda off. Everything was legit but the fragrances smelled dead

Serious question... why is the store based in Texas almost never mentioned in this topic? I've only seen one person talk about it in a video and they said they would get angry messages for mentioning it. Is the site shady or does the community just want to keep it to themselves? I agree, Aura Fragrance can have some great deals BUT I have had a few issues with a few orders, and the customer service is really hit or miss. Had one order missing an item and had three orders where at least one fragrance does NOT smell right. Either they are selling knockoffs or, what I think, the fragrances are not temperature controlled. Had two orders where the packages were actually hot, and all the bottles were warm to the touch. Almost like they were being heated / cooked. Customer service doesn't really care, unless you start leaving negative reviews on their site.

Yeah fragrancenet is junk. They do not update the website. Things in stock end up not shipping so you ask for info and suddenly it's delayed from the distributor.

I ordered from Jomashop for the first time after Ash gave the code for them a few times.
Jomashop has been nothing but issues, rudeness, and pulling teeth.
Sent me a leaky bottle of Amouage and wouldn't get back to me for over a week and expected me to have held onto all the trash that came with my order for that entire time.
If you can get them to answer the phone they are going to be very rude even if you are very polite.
I really regret buying from them.

I am having the same issue! I returned a bottle of Bond no 9 with no sprayer and a quarter empty. They refuse to refund me a 100$ gift card I used and just keep saying they already sent it

Real talk I bought a bottle of Explorer Mont blank at a beauty store in the city then I bought the same one from fragrancenet I noticed both packaging's were the same except for the barcode on fragrancenet had a sticker on it fragrance net does not smell as strong as the beauty store does but also that half price I have his senses so my smell is on point do you think it's a batch or the store or something as a tester I'm confused can you help I can't comprehend can you help me understand comment back

I bought from them too and i can tell you that if you have not had experience with many perfumes, you wont recognize a water down/fake/or damaged perfume. I returned the profumo i bought because it was clearly water downed, if not fake.Dont buy from them ever again, just learn from your mistake. If you can return do it.

Why is Mont Blanc like 110.00 USD at Dillards for the 3.3 and its 50.00 USD for the same size at Scent Decant website? Is the quality the same? Even at the Mont Blanc website, they sell Explorer at $100 + USD. It just doesn't make sense

@@ereh.yeager I actually did and arrived promptly and accurately. So no complaints!! But you do risk it because there is really no number or anything so if things had gone wrong, I guess I would just have to take the loss. That is the risk for discount prices, I guess
