Would be awesome to see Chop and Brew do more road trips, showing homebreweries in cities and towns across the country. Great episode - keep 'em coming!

Good video as always. Good job Chip ..
I have for 2 years in a row held something I have called Brewcamp for homebrewers in Denmark.
The first year we were 10 people, last year we were 23 people, so if we could get 40 people this year could be cool ..
We meet and brew on our own brewing system, sharing our homemade beer and partying in the evening. There are people who have brewed for 10 years. and pros and people who have never brewed before ..
You're invited Chip .. It is in August .. ;-)

You should come do a European homebrew tour. Could be interesting as many of us have gear which differs from those orange coolers in America.

That was an AMAZING episode! Very cool to see homebrew in NYC, and you really captured the day. Is there anything like this in Mpls-St. Paul?

Not that I know of. But there are certainly enough brewers in all of the neighborhoods of MSP to pull this off!

Chip your works gets better and better at every episode( didn't think it was possible btw). Fantastic content and editing. The guitar rift is hypnotizing. I need to start something like that in LA, no walking though:) Cheers.

Great episode, Chip! Unfortunately I wasn't homebrewing when I lived in NYC a few years ago so I missed a good opportunity. I toured Six Point (and saw Steve Buscemi downstairs drinking!) but really didn't know what was going on then. Glad to see the scene in NYC is growing!

That was awesome. I'd love that in Minneapolis St. Paul. Would love to go to something like that, even in NY! Those guys rocked.

I'm just glad I have a garage. Even the apartments I've had have had either a deck, were on the ground floor with a back yard, or a garage. It would suck to have such limited space. Cheers to those who brew who don't.

I would be interested to know if Joshua shares his profits with the home brewers that he visits.

He certainly does. He doesn't buy their beer (which would be frowned upon, legally, obviously), but he does reimburse them for their time and effort promoting beer and homebrewing to the masses.

I think that is a great business model! We have a limo services that goes to craft breweries in and around Austin: however, it is rather expensive!
