This shit is amazing! I played guitar in death/grind bands for years. Then started a project studio for the last 10. I Have done tons of trigger work and sampling. I moved and now I set my studio up to just do my own music again. Since all the time has passed SD and EZ have improved leaps and bounds. I’m freaking blown away at the capabilities. Thank you for all your hard work on these videos! You have been a tremendous help! 🤘
Great to hear, and thank you for commenting!
Very cool. I like that they talked about the process of making the pack.
For sure!
As a older cat myself an home studio owner I enjoy these interviews 👍 always good to see it through someone elses perspective. Specifically on the level these guys are on 🤘✊ good stuff bro !
Thank you, Floyd!
Great stuff Shootie, very interesting to hear how it's made. Appreciate it.
Thank you for commenting, Rocky!
I'm days away from getting this one in a bundle , along with Duality 2 which might be the best I've heard so far (for what I like) D1 is great also, although this B stage is a different thing with that theater sound ,looking forward to check out the mixer in the big stage with all those ambient mics. . also Ill be getting that 80s synth wave one and the Dark industrial, the metal and rock EZXs are the most important for my music but it's nice to be able to produce the other genres . I have a lot of the kits from the past and many of the midi packs all the ones that Darby played on Thanks dude ! lol . do I really need all these kits probably not have great ones already with having some SDXs as well but it's addicting and inspiring , sometimes we need that to keep going !!
I guess we could all just live with one single guitar or bass too!!! lol!
Hey shootie, sorry to ask about this on this vid but I’m looking to uninstall the latest update because of the warning that keeps appearing-audio engine inactive, it was working like a dream before this update .. any insight much appreciated.. cheers
In Product Manager, if you didn't delete your temp files, you should still have it. "File>OpenDownloadsFolder". Otherwise, I'd ask Toontrack Support directly, I don't see why they wouldn't link you to it.
@@ShootieSchool great stuff cheers
On the one hits. I'm surprised they had to record the different velocities. Can't we as ezdrummer users change the velocity of a one hit. Ie I could choose a soft one hit and up the velocity if I wanted to.those are alot of very subtle differences
You can via velocity. The point is to avoid the machine gun effect. For example, if you did a fast roll at the same velocity, you wouldn't want every hit to sound obviously cloned. The process is called Round-Robin. Meaning, when you ask for a sample, it will randomly pull from a pool of similar samples, not the same one every time.
