    Great video and tips. I will also add to make sure to read description before buying specific EZX Sound expansions and the Midi pack. There are few that the midi is exactly the same in the EZX and the midi pack. Ex. If i remember right is the Hard Rock pack.
    Thanks again Shootie!

      There's many of them. For onlookers, there is an article in the description on this exact subject.

    Thanks for clarifying that SD midi can be used with EZD3. It seems obvious now, but I wasn't sure.

    With your voice you could easily gain a fortune with narrating trailers or teasers for blockbusters 😁 Or maybe for the next Toontrack Product Launch.

    Hey bro, did you see that Toontrack just released Mastering 3 for EZM2? It looks like they are moving in a different path with the zones feature....I think I will probably pick it up. Honestly I own more EZX's for EZM2 than EZD2 lol

      I'm going to grab it once I have some time to play with it. The mastering packs are my favorites.

      @@ShootieSchool sweet!, the Jamtracks EZX is pretty cool too, i have been using it as my favorite guitar presets for a while now. Just picked up an MXR Echoplex pedal and am diggin that too. Having options is great, I can use in the box presets, my pedal board into my interface or mic up my Mesa Mark Five 35. But the Jamtrack presets are so good and simple to use i tend to start there for guitar presets

      I’ve been toying with Neural DSP for guitar. I’m not sure what I want at this point. Good product though.

    Hi, love your vids. The tap to find and bandmat functions are so much better in ez drummer 3 than superior 3. All it has is tracker....not good enough. I'm thinking of buying ez3 for the search function and playing the results un sd3. Do they offer a $99 offer if I own superior 3?

    • @ShootieSchool
      @ShootieSchool  10 месяцев назад

      There is no discount like that. If you're patient, my assumption is SD4 will have Bandmate. But when it comes out, who knows.
      Thanks!!

      @@ShootieSchool I'm sure you're correct. I'm going to write to them nonetheless and ask. My problem is that I isolate a great drum groove with Spectral Layers and put that audio into sd3 tracker and the midi that comes out is really poor and isn't usable to find a similar groove. Sd4? You're right who knows.

      @@bobbydolan Yeah, the Tracker is meant for triggering samples for mixing I believe. I assume you're using the Audition Trick? It's my preference over Bandmate... ruclips.net/video/7qGE20_Q9BQ/видео.htmlsi=Erfo30rAth_cZnBp

    I have a question, I'm new to EZ Drummer 3, Dec 25th last year I bought it for my x-mas present. I've loaded it as a plugin in Reaper running 12 channels but when recording all I get is the overhead mics, I can't level it well, do you have a vid on how to record?

    • @ShootieSchool
      @ShootieSchool  7 месяцев назад +1

      This is speculation without witnessing your session. Make sure you’re recording midi onto the track that has easy drummer on it. Or record directly into easy drummer instead. Hit me up on Facebook or Discord so you can share some screen caps and we can go further if you wish. Thanks for being a member!
