Frizy drink,white rice, fried thing, parratha, suger, chips, sweets bnd krdy sb sy phyly ghr m jo normal khana bnny wo khaya lkn apny portion ko half krdy or khanna khany sy phyly 1 full glass water pilye ussy ye hoga k khana zyada khanny m nhi aye ga. Subha uth kr sb sy phyly garam pani m grounded flax seed with lime mix kr k pena h daily. Ye bht effective h. Phr 1 ghnty baad nashta, duppair m nhi khaye bhally sham m fruits or green tea, dinner 7pm pr phr k bad green tea, or phr walk 30 min ki daily and at the end zeera or cinemon stick ka kheewa before goung to bed thats it jb ap krny lgye gy na to craving khud khtm hojati h hr chez ki i hope ap ko smjh m aye😂 best of luck.

      First of all say no to sugar and frizzy drinks.
      Take warm water and 10 seeds of klonji(black seeds) early morning. Than take breakfast. Take half paratha with salan and tea.
      At 11am take a snak or milk shake( no sugar) or any fruit.
      In lunch what ever u eat bring it half firstly.
      In dinner take half roti and salad.
      Take green tea before sleeping.
      I also walk which helped me alot. Try to take as much steps. Start from minimum 3000 and gradually increase it.
      I also followed Alex ren ab workout for 2 weeks.
      Don't get hard on urself. Try to lose one pound but be consistent and motivated.
      Hope it will help you.
      I was 65kg and now 55kg Alhamdulillah. It takes time but don't lose hope.
      Drink normal water and atleast take one glass of water in every hour at day time.

    I had starting working like the way you said...
    I am sharing my comment because i want that everyone should know that this actually works or not
    I had started this diet plan and i had added some more exercises
    And i am writing it here
    Morning:
    Hot water or cinnamon hot water
    It can be normal(room temperature)
    Exercise (20 minute walk)
    Dodh(malai ky baigair) and sath me hatili jitni roti
    If u dont want to take this
    Then take
    Boil egg with veg kabab
    Then i had added some exercises
    *stairs
    *jumping jacks
    *hand exercises
    *squats
    Lunch
    Any 2 fruits
    Or chana chat
    Dinner
    10 spoon boiled rice(namak and zeera) and sath me koi bhi salan
    Then walk 20 minute
    And before sleeping drink green tea or cinnamon hot water or normal water
    I will tell about my weight loss after every 15 days

    Its my experience
    if you wake up early, sleep early, have your meals on time instead of skipping meals, reduce Caffeine nd drink enough water, you wont gain but your weight will be maintained.
    There is a physcological trick, eat in a quater plate! U wont be able to fill it like a dinner plate. If you are very hungry just divide your portion and eat that later.
    I was 57 kg before my marriage and now im 55 kg after having a baby girl. I haven't done any diet not even for a single day. Maybe breast feeding also played its part.

    Very glad someone postes a video that is actually very do-able and simple. I would like to add something, correct rather, that white sugar, brown sugar, gurh shakar and honey, are not much different in calories. In fact, gurh shakar and honey contain more calories than the other two. Only thing is that brown sugar, gurh shakar and honey contain some minerals that white sugar doesn’t have. Also, gurh can spike your glycemic index so no good for diabetics. Anyways, thank you for providing an easy and practical routine plan for people to follow ❤️

      Aur waist and hips is too big and I m only 25
      I eat only 1 roti little rice in noon and night and daily do 1 hour excercise now what I eat and do after excercise and low food I got dark circles I m in pain pls tell anything
