I choose not to use chicken bouillon due to potential uncertainties about its long-term effects. Additionally, immersing myself in cooking makes bouillon feel overly artificial. Not using it fosters mindfulness and creativity in my kitchen. Hope this sums it up 😊
Nice recipe. We use something very similar but use Hatch green chiles instead of poblanos and serve the same way except with quartered and pan fried corn tortillas.
