Nice video, thanks for sharing. I like how it's "real", as in how it shows the real process, unlike some of these other videos that make everything look like cake when they actually struggled with certain parts. I also have a suggestion for an even better shifter feel. You probably won't believe this, but it's true. The M Performance shift knob is worth every cent. It's probably past $300 now, but the difference is massive. If someone had told me that it'd be that much of a difference I would have laughed. It's a knob. But it's really a massive improvement, and together with the Turner shifter bushing and free CDV delete it's an entirely different experience.
@@andrewthompson6893 excellent than you. I try to show that the struggle is real 🤣. I was thinking about putting a few fishing weights in the knob or securing them to the upper part of the leaver, under the Alcantara boot.
@@TheEddysGarage The knob is the problem. It's meant to dumb down the experience. Changing to the MP knob is a complete game changer. I will say that it takes a bit of getting used to because it's much smaller than the OE knob, but the shift action difference is massive.
@@TheEddysGarage Fair enough but feel is pretty much the same for me. I only hear a little bit of an audible difference shifting into fourth. Other than a different shifter, do you know of anything else that could improve engagement or feel?

Hard driving shifting from 2nd to third was very noticeable for me.

@@Nickodarius there are 2 bushings at the front you can change as well but I didn’t feel that it needed it.
