Well that was fun! Thanks so much for sharing your dolls. You did a great job painting and fixing up those cases. Beautiful. Love the groupings. All your dolls are so pretty.
OMG Case Day!!! 😍 Been wanting to see in those cases 🧐! Great Job on the cases themselves, Wow Lot of Work, so Easy to SAY we'll just paint them... Nice groupings and Outfits, Dolls ❤️ seeing your dolls!!!! Fun to see you trying the dark shadow! Awesome on the windows, Yay!
Thanks so much!! Painting gets harder every year! Really want to update the black ones, but don't have the energy. lol They are not the quality of the older one though. Dark shadow, got to think about that one!! LOL
Oh wow, what a treat! I love the mirror backing I'm going to do that too!😊 the dolls look great dressed in fashions out of the box. I have my unboxed dolls lined up in those white after market fashion doll boxes, yours look so much better free standing, mine are coming out! Plus I will have more room LOL😁 Fabulous upload Sue, you look so glamorous today💟 Thankyou so much, this made my day!😊💖💖💖 PS: getting those bulbs!
Great collection in beautiful cases. Thanks for sharing them with us. 😊 One way I've read, though I've not tried it personally to protect vintage dolls from those awful brass posts on the vintage earrings. Is to buy nylon post protectors made for people who are sensitive to metals. The only problem with those is that they're wider than the original holes. So you have to use a pin to widen the holes in the ears. Otherwise the post protectors will just fold up on you as you try to put them in. Also they said to insert the earrings with the protectors immediately after removing the pins that were widening the holes. If not the doll's vinyl can go back to it's original size pretty quickly. Because it is such a shame when you actually have those great earrings, to not get to use them. If that sounds like too much trouble and if you're not too much of a doll collection purist. You could simply slip the dangling part off the brass posts and put them on stainless steel ones. I don't believe those will cause green ear.
What a awesome collection, i like the hair fair in the sunflower outfit, how cool. I won a hair fair, blonde head on eBay, in great condition. Then i had to find her a body, and I am sewing my own creations for my girls. I live in the middle of no where and cant wait to retire to a area closer to towns that have yard sales and estate sales. You are so funny with your make up. I’m not big on make up just a little goes a long way with me.
I have heard before that if you coat the earring posts with clear nail polish it will keep them from tarnishing and causing green ear but I cannot verify that. I have not done it. There is a person on ebay that makes repro jewelry for vintage fashions that will not cause green ear. There is also a reproduction hair fair Barbie that comes dressed in Sunflower and it comes with repro earrings and that would also be an option. Love your videos.
I heard that too , but never tried it. Also heard a few coats of superglue can protect. Someone suggested stainless posts. I really want to try something. I have a few pairs of originals I would love to use. Thanks for the suggestion. Will keep you up to date as I experiment. Thanks for watching. 😍😍
You have such a lovely Collection and set up. Sadly, my mother saved my Wigged Barbie, Ken, a Skipper that were in my case from childhood.....mold set in BAD! I had to burn them. I had some Lung problems from Black Mold, and could NOT take a chance. I have many of the dolls from my Childhood, a lot of Barbie & Family, Chatty Cathy, Patty Playpal, and more. ;-)
Wow ... love your cabinets and their contents! Really enjoyed seeing all your special dolls. You have SO MANY lol. The Malibu fireworks one is neat .... I have never seen her before! Question: what are your favorite Barbie stands, and where do you get them?
The only place I can find them is on ebay. I like the Kaiser brand. you can get the ones with small waist or a larger waist. I use a variety, depends on what the doll is wearing. Thanks for watching. Love your custom outfits
@@BarbieLove Thanks! I buy the Kaiser as well, but from Amazon, when the price is reasonable (sometimes I think it's a box of 12, but it's $$$ for ONE stand!). I never thought of looking on ebay. Also I think I need to switch to the smaller waist ones! Thanks Sue!
I love your doll cases! It’s challenging trying to find cases like that to hold loose dolls. Especially ones you can afford. I have two, but they aren’t as big as yours and they fill up so fast! Your doll collection is amazing, love your videos 🙂🙂!
of course, I have some tiny ones I bought a few weeks ago. I do not know much about them, Always on the look out. When I do find them they don't have any feet? What is up with that?
@@BarbieLove yes any Bratz feet will fit any Bratz doll however some of the feet are different skin tones so this will only match some of the dolls , boots , sneakers and anything that is a closed shoe with no skin color fits all dolls 💗✌ the lil Bratz have different shoe size so they won't fit the regular Bratz shoes
SUE! You are Beautiful inside and out and with or without makeup!!! Your Spirit is a Natural FUN Loving SOUL! Love Love your Videos!

Yes I would change out the post to stainless, if I can find them. Thanks!!!
Maybe try the jewelry making section of Hobby Lobby or Michael's?
Ok, I will
Yay on my lunch break watching you! You look so pretty with your smoky eye red lip 😘❤️
Thanks but I hated it. Lol you will see

Hair fairs are so pretty, love that short cut!!! I can’t see, great you can. A little dab will do ya. I never like too much on anyone. Glad you agree

Mold!! Sad but you did the right thing. I don't have any original dolls from my childhood. Glad you do still have some and some good ones!!!
Love your collection!!!!
