It’s an anti inflammatory that also acts as a good muscle warmer… it’s water based so you apply it half an hour to an hour before your run… I’ve been using this before every session and long run during this block, magic stuff, along with the muscle balm afterwards… kept my legs feeling ace throughout 💪
Congrats to you Andy! 3rd place is awesome
I saw me at 3:25 on the left, went from 1:43 PB in Swansea to a 1:36 here.
Slowed down at the same part of the race (4th hill) because it got tougher there.
We can't wait to see what you can accomplish in London 😲
Oh wow super well done, that’s fantastic progress! That last hill back Over was a killer wasn’t it 🥵 thanks!
Whats that roll-on?
It’s puresport freeze roll on, it’s water based and absorbs into the muscles to get them fresh and ready to run, it’s wonderful stuff!
That bloke at 3:20 has funny hands movement :) But he is fast.
He’s mega quick!
My best mile is 5.49 you just crushed that mile after mile 😅
It’s all relative isn’t it, we are all out there doing our best 💪 keep up the good work!
Why does that guy run with out his arms? He’s rapid though haha
He’s super quick, he’s a top bloke, I’ve raced with him a few times and we always stop at the end for a good chat
