It all looked very well organised and socially distanced. Well done to both you and Lee for fantastic PBs, especially on a course that wasn't flat. YESSS!! There's a new mode: sleep deprived beast mode! Turns out it's pretty effective! Huge congrats Andy, and to you Lee, they be some INSANE 10k times!! Baby should be sleeping better by next year mate, then you can return and go with Lee under that 34 mark!
And of course Andy, huge thank you for the inspiration to head out and try a 5k time trial last night, and bag me a sub 22! That sub 35 gave me a good mental kick up the arse! 👍👍
Another milestone smashed. Must feel amazing. Didn't realise Lee was so fast! Be interesting to know what shoes you saw others racing in. Doubt it's just the Nike shoes anymore. Make sure to get some quality rest before pushing on with the Beacons training. Well done.

He definitely floats, he’s super relaxed, that’s why he’s so good! I end up tensing up after a while and things usually go tits up and that point 😂
The FOD Runner I know what you mean! I keep catching myself tensing up and try and relax but it’s not natural
