This video just proves that if you have a wishlist plant and its out of budget. Just wait a year. The price will definitely come down to be much more affordable! Love watching your videos while im working at home!
Hi Ashley, Fantastic tour of these plants! Many thanks. So many gorgeous plants and reasonably priced as well. Love this video and all the plants you picked up. Great job! 👌🪴🥰
I found a massive Philodendron mottled dragon mother plant for $75 at the market last year! Growin Green has a huge greenhouse that’s open to the public about an hour from there that you have to visit! It’s the most magical place for plant lovers. It’s rare plant heaven lol I’ll be making the 4 hour trip next weekend to visit again. The super pretty plant that didn’t have a name is a Monstera Lechlariana :) I love love love videos like this!
I went to the NC state farmers market in Raleigh and came home with 12 plants I believe. Best 4.5 hour trip ever. Plus I spent time with family. This might be one of the places I always stop by when going to NC. I wanted a monkey tail and I got one. 😊
I wish we had such a great Farmer's Market that sells indoor 😕 plants in our area..only have outdoor plants..is that one available only in spring-summer...great tour of a great resource for indoor plants!
Good finds, Ashley. I LOVE the Alocasia in particular. I just went plant shopping myself today. I got a Syngonium with pink dots, som cacti, a Bluestar Fern, and two different unlabeled Philodendrons, both with velvety leaves. One had reddish stems, and could actually look like the Goriosum in your video. I’m very happy with mine too.
Thank you for this tour! I live near Raleigh and have no clue where to find great plants. You should go to Winterville to plant and see nursery the next time you head east.
That variegated Alocasia was beautiful love the variegated Hindu Rope I have one in an 8 inch pot I bought several 4 inch pots made my own basket thank you for sharing
I have a couple variegated compacta ( got 1 from my go to plant seller on etsy) its huge and long, and I got a big long 8inch one in 2020. They grow really well for me. I also do the dawn bath and make a spray with Castille soap and Maintain that 3x a yr. They both bloomed this yr. #1 rule for me. Water 2x a month. & last yr I started using orchid spray for fertilizer and that was game changing
So many gorgeous plants 😮😮 I would have gotten that variegated Hoya Compacta, the $9 Cebu Blue, and a variegated Maranta!! Did you figure out the name of the philodendron at 25:38? I thought it was so cool!
Hi ashley you are crazy and your videos makes me crazy too. I am glad you got the compacta my favorite, I would have been broke when I leave the market the monkey tail cacti the varigated kerrii and soooo much more😢 I just love your videos❤ it's my first time hearing about sent bird .
Love your variegated plants especially the hoya compacta and the alocasia. I would have thought about that stingray and micky mouse even though I have both. When your alocasia’s go dormant do you still water them only less?
The plant you called "philodendron peru"... I have a plant that's literally almost identical, except it vines, and I THOUGHT I had found a name for it (something Dragon Scale) but now I look up what I thought I had found and it's growth habit doesn't look to be vining, even though the leaves are exactly the same. And now I'm so confused. Is it philodendron peru? The plant identification app I have calls it something totally different.
I get a kick out of you when you see plants that make you crazy , I do that to my wife when we go out looking for goodies, will your deal with scentbird work for men colognes? I'm interested in joining that site, again I enjoy your videos, very informative god bless you
Is this the North Carolina Sate Public Farmers Market? May I have the address. How many months are they open? Do they always have plants. I'm in Maryland, but your video is making me plan a trip. I want a monkey's tail. I'm making a wish list now.

The Alocasia that you said looks like a Maharani is a Melo.
Thank you!
I would have purchased a rick rack cactus and the alocasia stingray. Lots of nice plants without the store prices. Take care.
Great choices!
Wonderful picks
Thank you!!
I found a stingray alocasia at sams club in 2021 and bought it and it died not long after I've been wanting to give it another try
I haven’t had luck with them either, but they are so cool!
Love your variegated plants especially the hoya compacta and the alocasia. I would have thought about that stingray and micky mouse even though I have both. When your alocasia’s go dormant do you still water them only less?

Jealous of the hindu rope 💗🍀

Hope you don’t mealybugs on your Hindu rope. All 3 of my Hindu rope gets mealybugs except my variegated one. Every weekend I’m killing them.
Hmm thanks for letting me know!
