There's such a delicate balance between attractive variegation, and sickly looking variegation personally my limit on what I'm willing to spend for a plant has basically stayed around 30 US dollars . Of course all rules are meant to be broken and I spent about $60 on a nicely variegated Thai constellation in July of last year🎉
Actually… you said whats on my mind but its not exactly something i can say out loud at the time of filming out of respect for the owner. Not all variegation look healthy and nice 😅 but somewhere out there, someones into that - which is why I kept some of these thoughts to myself
10 minutes of viewing and I have already fainted in front of so many fascinating variations ! Hahaha ! In Belgium these plants are sold very, very expensive ! €40 for 20 centimeter plants ! But sometimes €200! Is it the same with you, Sean ? Bisous, merci to share your passion with us 🤩😍🥰😘
I think the plant prices are much lower in Thailand and Indonesia, because there are more supply here and also growers. But they become expensive when exported because of shipping risks and export regulations. Thank you for watching by the way! I appreciate it
A little correction the welwitschia mirabilis is from namib desert and Angola. One of my favorites. And my head was spinning from all the beautiful plants in this episode. 1:05
Thank you for showing us all the outstanding beauties of this exhibitions plus their producers. Paired with your expertise and personal touch, this is really fabulous information for plant lovers. ❤
Gorgeous video as usual. You are my favorite plant channel. You are very consistent with showing us the results of propagation in the same video and I really appreciate that. Your knowledge is great, but like every other plant person you continue to learn and I am learning along with you.
Absolutely stunning!!!! Wish I could have it :) Thank you for such a beautiful video, something absolutely stunning for me! Here in Europe it is not possible to see such beauty and variety. Thank you very much for the mediation!!!
Oh my goodness! I want them all. I just added onto my house to include a room dedicated to my plants, but it's still too small which tells me that I have a plant hoarding problem.
This is my first video I watched from you, because I was interested in the up-and-coming and it was recommended to me by youtube. I listened to it while making and having dinner, and it was really interesting. I even followed a couple of the vendors! It was very informative, but also just lovely to see all these beautiful plants and your voice is very calming to listen to. Thank you for the tour!!
🤣 But like everything else, too much passion can become poison…but I know from your wonderful videos like this one you have just enough passion and sense to not have to worry about that! I personally love your balanced attitude 😊🌱 and the fact these plants are not in your budget like most of us 💰
Thank you for sharing this amazing tour! For 1 hour and 13 minutes I forgot that I live in the snowy northern Utah and had that fairy tale adventure with you. I will definitely order some plants from Thailand when our weather will be more forgiving.
Whoaaa Im glad to be able to bring some warmth and escape for you. Us tropical people dream of visiting snowy mountains! I guess the grass is greener on the other side
This was an amazing plant show and a well executed tour. The Plumeria Variegata and that mystery Obliqua/Adansoni?!! I hope that you are able to order some of your favorite specimens💚
One of the best plant videos ever! Beautiful plantporn!!! Please make more videos like this! Also, I love all of your videos, especially your home plant tour!
Wow ❤ loved this. Thanks again, Sean. You really have some of the best vids. One of these days I hope I'll be able to compensate you for the travel expenses and your time to record all of this and your wonderful narration. For now please accept my gratitude.
I'm so excited to see what will hit the USA from these beautiful variants. I live very close to a rare plant nursery, and so far, I haven't seen many of these there, but I will be looking out for them. I love that florida beauty × tortum. Something about those jagged toothy leaves just checks all the boxes for me.
Omg I thoroughly enjoyed this show! Thank you so much! I'd love to see a few more scindapsus though. I know they aren't rare all over the world, but they are not common in Australia so they're exotic for us Aussies! ❤
This event is definitely on my bucket list! And thank you for introducing me to other nurseries overseas! Have been purchasing plants from them because of you :)
Hi Sean, I am a new member from France! You are a great teacher : I saw only a few of your videos but I learned so much about plants. I am very pleased to discover new plants. A lot of thanks.
love watching your movies. long films are a super good idea then you have time to do things in the house and watch TV in the kitchen 🥰🥰 When is the second part of the film coming out! hope to be able to visit you when I return to Indonesia in the fall. do you know when is the plant exhibition in jakarta the one in october? can't remember what it's called. but wish to come to Indonesia at that time to be able to bring it with me ☺️🥰🌻☀️
👍🏾Video. I like your content videos because you do not follow the crowd (RUclipsrs) Big Box Store Shopping. Your videos are different and interesting. 🪴June in The Junegle, Virginia USA🌿

Oh my goodness! I want them all. I just added onto my house to include a room dedicated to my plants, but it's still too small which tells me that I have a plant hoarding problem.

I wish i was your neighbor!

It takes a few years sometimes for stores to have them. Most of the buyers in these shows are growers who plan to propagate them for the market.
u really go to the next level. your videos are just something unbelievable!!! keep up good work. Thank you
Thank you so much, this is so encouraging.
Спасибо огромное за это путешествие на выставку! Я подпишусь на Вас!
