I have only seen the trilogy one time, probably 15 years ago. You're making me wanna rewatch to see what Aragorn is all about.
Highly recommend! It’s a film masterpiece. They don’t make them like that anymore. The acting is superb, the cinematography is breathtaking and the music…! ☺️ These are by far, my most favorite films.
I was young when the films came out, 14 - 17 ish, even in the first film at that young age, I recognized Aragorn was peak positive masculinity, and even though he is fictional, he has been my number one role model ever since.
Side note, Aragorn may not be real, but Viggo Mortensen IS real, and he's literally Aragorn incarnate.
You are so right about Viggo. I try not to fawn over celebrities, but he doesn’t act like one which makes it really easy to like him lol.
I was the same age when these came out and I completely agree. There’s many characters that I felt close to and wanted to emulate and learn from. Wish more movies and characters like this were more common in popular movies of today.
@@empathictimes I agree about Viggo not acting like a celebrity. The man is so humble it's literally inspiring. And along the same lines as you wanting to emulate and learn from characters, I learned a lot about life and being a real man from watching Viggo. He's been an amazing role model.
