I wanted to film this video so I can show you how I make this cookie recipe and also my tips and tricks for taking it to the next level.
Please note that I add A LOT less salt to these cookies as I really, really, don't like slightly salty cookies.

Hi Alexandra, those cookies look absolutely delicious, your kitchen is great you have lots of room. I met my Cookie about 32 years ago we have been married for 31 years and how I knew he was my forever Cookie was I could not stand being away from him, every time he went home I couldn't wait to see him again. So 31 one years later we have a houseful/yard of cats and one dog, that is the children we have they are our Furry 4 legged babies, I love them all. Oh my goodness I love your cookie philosophy!! 10 years with my favourite cookie, and when we found a lovely rented house that came with a dishwasher it was possibly the happiest moment of my life... besides obviously wedding day and birth of my daughter!!

Honestly love seeing the new house this kitchen is beautiful and I'm excited to see you cook in the space again. Don't worry about decor for now I think it has a beautiful clean look and when you can personalize it it'll be even better but it's great as is. I love hearing you talk about your marriage and to clearly see you excited after 12 years whenever you talk about him, it renews my hope and faith. I have not found my cookie but given where I am right now at 23 I feel it will take a while till we find each other and that's ok. But I love the good cookie analogy and how you just wanted to do something to make your daughter happy. You've definitely passed on a lot of good vibes for me to start my day. He was (and still is), the sweetest thing about my life, we’ve parented two amazing humans and he’s always had my back. Hello sweety. I 🤎(chocolate heart) your new kitchen with the big window, it make it a very bright kitchen. It's exciting to sew you cook with that much of energy. My sister use to do those kind of cookies when we where visiting her. It's a very long time ago and I still remember the taste. In Québec almost everyone has a dishwasher. I do have one but I prefer do the dishes, it make me feel in peace in my sweet home. It's the same when I cut vegetable, I prefer to do it manually instead of using a robot. I then appreciate every part of the recipe. Don't rush for decorating, take time to feel the space. Bye till next video. xxx

Mhmm these cookies look gooood!!! I found my cookie recipe too - it's a sourdough choc chip! I store some in the freezer and so I can pop some straight in the oven for when there's a cookie emergency!
