What a blessing Tara is. I have listened for 15 minutes and I realized that the owners of the art supply store are doing the best they can , and that I want to support their business. And I did reflect on my own unfolding, which of course is still going on, and the potential of each of us to unfold: at our own pace. And I relaxed and let go of my fear , not all of my fear, but enough to reflect on my really wanting to communicate my support to my local businesses so that they may feel a part of and not abandoned. Thank you Tara for always 'showing up' on my computer with the perfect message I need at the time. Tonight you were here with that message of Spiritual Hope. Through your love and grace I'm learning how to open my heart more to myself and all beings.
I’ve been struggling really struggling with severe anxiety. Among other things . I’ve always had anxiety ... but .. since COVID-19. My anxiety has become 10 times worse . Unfortunately. Amd I know people are struggling to , my heart goes out to you all . Bless you ✨🙏🏻 I’m getting some support virtually . But I really like Tara . I’ve listened to her calm reassuring voice . I like her podcast on Anxiety . I haven’t heard session 2 yet on anxiety but I will . She really explains and understands how to explain Anxiety. I’m feeling so exhausted from the last 7 months of this . I know I’m lucky I have my health physically.. but mentally .. I’m struggling. I feel worn out . I practice yoga daily and mindfulness and ballet ,, I Go for a little walks . And am mindful where I go . I hardly go anywhere . I’m very careful . I’m not working right now . I wish Tara was my Doctor . I really do . Tara reminds me of some women I used to know . She’s so smart so kind . Yesterday when I was listening to her on RUclips .. I started crying ..... just to have some warm gentle voice to listen to feels like I’m not so alone . Bless everyone Please take care Tara .. 💟✨🙏🏻🇨🇦

Isn't it funny how things come into your life at a time when you need them and without request. I needed to learn about spiritual hope and how to manifest it in myself and how to allow it to ripple out to others. thank you for teaching me so much Tara. I am just starting my journey to an awakened heart. Your talk, stories and reflections have been inspiring and up lifting. Thank you from my heart.
Thank you Tara for this enlightening session. I was in a verbally abusive marriage for 30 years. I was controlled and made to feel small. I hated this person who did this to me. Forward 10 years. Not only have i learned to forgive, I’ve opened my heart . I now can speak to him and wish him well. My heart is light and I feel no contempt. I pray the rest of the world will learn this lesson. There is hope . Namaste 😌

2020 is like no year I’ve ever experienced. Yet as challenging as it seems, I also see so many blessings. The Ying & Yang. The darkness & the light. Witnessing changes that may not have happened. Seen so many with time for reflection, when they might have been to busy otherwise. How quickly Mother Nature healed, when beings paused.....

I came to hear and remember spiritual truths and to remind myself that I have no control. This overriding cultural shift into fear is pervasive. I had an experience with a local business that I have been going to for almost 20 years. The owners are terrified of getting the virus..no one is allowed in their store and they want you to stand outside with masks on and they will get the items you want. It took several tries before they were able to local the supplies I wanted. They carefully wiped down my credit card before using it I informed them that when they were able to be open to the public so that I could select my own art supplies I would be back. Our local businesses are going under because of the "guidelines" of the State Health Department which are treated as laws. People in my community are bypassing farmer's markets and ordering groceries on line. Amazon and Walmart are making a killing and my neighbor, who works for FedEX, is working 7 days a week to make deliveries. This is a big shift from typical routines and I walked around my beautiful little town in tears today with my puppy. I looked at the redwoods and my heart burst with love for nature and I just cried at the consciousness level of myself and the people around me. Namaste'
