Guided Meditation: A Kind and Allowing Presence
Dharma Talk: Fear of Aging: Finding Freedom in This Impermanent World, Part 1
While it’s natural to have fears of what’s ahead, when we learn to face the inevitability of change and loss without resistance, we discover true peace and freedom in the midst. In a very direct way, our awareness of impermanence awakens unconditional loving. These two talks explore the ways we habitually deny or resist reality and the three interrelated pathways that liberate us: refuge in the present moment, love, and awareness.

Yes Tara. Thank you for words of wisdom. At age 80 I shall "Keep on Keeping On." Each decade has brought strength and weakness. It's all about attitude in Life and living to the fullest. 💖

I just ordered two of your books, I have fear of the future and my body failing me. I have grown a lot spiritually through my journey outside the palace and I feel it is a continuous journey of self love and acceptance. Thank you so much for your teaching and sharing your experience.

My jaw just dropped far enough that I had to come get my phone to make a comment. Tara, you look AMAZING! If I hadta guess your age, I'd put you in your early 50's, max. You're a beautiful soul, m'lady. Or should I say that a vibrant soul beams through this temporary mortal encasement that you're here with us in/through

I thought I was afraid of looking old but I just realized , I lived my whole life afraid of every aspect of aging and… everything else ! I have to laugh.
    Who knew?! 🤷‍♀️
Thank you for opening my eyes to this. 🌻
There has been many many shocking crossovers in 2020 and 2021 including my hubby, pandemic, war , social system as a whole. I’ve been on survivor mode since (changed diet, running races, going off grid etc)
I think I’m ready for a good old fashioned burnout. I’m turning 44 soon!!!
