I had my Everflo for almost a year with heavy use. If it wasn't for my transfer pump, I don't think that 12v would have lasted that long. Transferring 12.5% mix is definitely decreasing it's lifespan.

Nice setup. Try flojet 12v pumps. Had bad luck with everflo and Delavan as well. Flojet has been great 6gpm. How long do you get out of the US solid valves? I just set some up

One lasted about 6 months, the one that I didn't flush, it corroded completely on the inside and started leaking. Now that I'm flashing it after each use, it's been working good for me 8-10 months.

I use the regular metal gp hose reels also and I like them a lot but I’m surprised you don’t run a stainless or aluminum reel for your gas roof pump how long has that reel lasted you.
