My Idea for a Psychopath:
Douglas McLaren
Douglas is 26 years old and wears a black leather jacket and blue jean block boots, resembling a stereotypical criminal. He has a scruffy moustache and beard with long brown hair reaching his neck. He uses a machete and a handgun in each hand as weapons.
Douglas is first seen by the protagonist chasing a screaming child outside a jail room, before catching her and dragging her back inside. The prot follows him inside and hears loud screams from multiple children in a cell wing, but Douglas turns up and stops him in his tracks. The prot continues hearing the kids and assumes the worst, but Douglas threatens him and tells him that he won't let him past.
When defeated, the prot calls him a kidnapper and a sicko, but then Douglas explains that he thought the same of the prot. Douglas leads him through the cell wing and shows all of the kids to the prot, all the kids having gone insane from the outbreak. Douglas explains that he found them all by chance and brought them here for safety, but is running out of food to feed them. The prot is then given a choice whether to try and lead the children back to the safehouse or use the jail as a second safe house, the bonus for the former being some of the children reunite with their parents hiding in the original Safehouse. Douglas will be a commandable ally from there.
Cool idea, shows that not all people you fight are bad.
Then again so does Cliff, Slappy, Ted who is not slow, Snowflake the tiger bitch, Bibi Love kinda but also is kinda evil considering the kidnapping thing and tying explosives to people, and that one nerd from dead rising one who gives you free Molotov cocktails if you save him from fatal crotch burn wounds

Name: Cooper Shipley
Time you face him: Mid-Game
Story Boss
Occupation: Cinema Janitor. Obsessed with 1980's Horror Flicks
Reason for Insanity: Before the outbreak, Cooper was sick & tired of his life, with a family who always walked all over him & a boring job with an extremely annoying boss. The only thing that made him happy was watching the countless amounts of horror flicks the theater kept showing. He loved watching the bloody deaths & chilling fight scenes & the day the outbreak occurred, he SNAPPED. Watching his family & coworkers get mauled by the zombies made him into a relentless, bloody killer who kidnaps anyone who either gets in his way or mocks him & slaughters them in the theater which he calls home.
Moves:
Cutting Edge: Swings his machete at you 3 times.
Seismic Toss: Grabs you & throws you across the battlefield.
Boom Blades: Throws 5 knife bombs at you that explode after 3 seconds.
Blood Rush: Charges at you with his machete while screaming like a maniac.
Battle Quotes:
"I'll rip open your chest & play Musetta's Waltz on your rib cage!!"
"Splatters up, bitches!!"
"Don't run! I just wanna add your head to my collection!!"
"You're just like that one annoying hunter in Swamp Snatcher 2: Back for Dessert!!"
Easy way to beat him: Dress up in a biker jacket, red head band & ripped jeans. He assume you're the sole survivor of his favorite horror movie & ease up on the knife bomb attack.
Intro Cut-scene:
The player enters a theater ridden with corpses, where he/she sees Cooper dragging a screaming & crying girl to a table while another is seen tied up by the camera. Cooper then recites one of his favorite lines & chops off the girls head, laughing loudly. The player then trips on another body, knocking over a popcorn bucket, which catches Cooper's attention. He asks who the player is, in which the player tries to calm him down by explaining to him that zombies are trying to get in. Cooper mistakes it as a taunt, pulls out his machete & says "Coming soon: ME, killing another asshole who thinks he can spoil my FUN!!"
Optional Saving Cut-scene:
If you can get Cooper to charge into the camera during his rush attack 3 times, the camera will fall & break. Cooper then screams in agony at the sight of the last remaining theater camera getting destroyed. He then starts backing up, sobbing & apologizing for everything he's done, when he suddenly slips on an old soda, falls over the upper railing & breaks his neck upon impact.
Ending Cut-scene:
Cooper, horribly injured & bleeding all over, limps over to the stage, pleading for mercy. He then trips on a corpse & falls over on the stage, dying. Silence, then he jump scares the player as he snaps his head up with a creepy grin & says "See ya in hell, (player's name)!" before finally slumping in defeat, just as the movie's credits roll on the theater's screen.
Bonus: Not only do you recruit Cooper's hostage, but he gives you the key you needed in the story & the key to the theater's storage closet, which holds a few combo items.

Occupation: Senator of the (fictive) island of "Corbeau",where the game happen, and hind in the town hill.
Reason of going insane: some people become paranoid survivors (like Tyker Dicecher),others escape the horror in a imaginary world to not driven into horror (like Arénine chayton) and some are just in denial (like Mirion Coby)...but Senator Augustus Helmore? he wasn't a fragile man or at least he not look like a fragile man,strong leader,very social and protective character are the three words who describe him,he's also the adoptive father of five teenagers girls, he always do his best and was the perfect man according to many but when apocalypse begin, he became the opposite of what he was : powerless to contain the hordes of zombies ,he try to made people United but bandits groups wasn't that open-minded and survivors begin to snapped one by one or killing each-other, and finally his Protective side hasn't enough to protect two of his daughters...at the end, he snapped, held captive his own daughters against hers will and murder every thing who wasn't him or his daughters.
Weapons :Milkor MGL and glove of vlad (a combo weapon ,who replace his lost right hand, with a golden glove and wood stakes)
Physical description: 2M85,white skin,wears a black raincoat above his grey suit and tie,a military boot,a spike helmet,a black patch on his missing left eye,a grey pants and military protections ,with spikes on it ,on the legs,the arms and the shoulders ; he also possess a white moustache and his right eyes is orange.
Movies :
"Die,bandit!" : a single but mortal shot of grenade launcher, can burn the character and is a AOE.
"Get lost,Heretic!" : multiples shots of grenades launchers, deal more damage then "die,bandit" but the AOE is less bigger and don't burn the player.
"Tyrant favourite attack" : The senator rush you with his spiky shoulder ,if you get hit, you will to a QTE to while he set down on you to bet the shit out of your face with both hands.
"Flee or perish" : a rotative attack with the glove of vlad,the senator do three turns on himself to push the player if he is too much near of him,project the player a little bit.
"Never approach my girls!" : Helmore kick your face with his grenade launcher which make your character fall and to kick him violently in the face, consider as a grab attack.
"Don't fuck with this senator!" : if you close ,Helmore shot you a grenade in the face,making you fall,then he grab your leg and smash you three times on the ground or on the walls before finishing by throw you on the ground and kick you face, *A INSTA-KILL ATTACK IF BELOW 35% OF YOUR HP, also disarm the weapon you got on your arms*
Difficult: high (he possess three entire HP bars like harjit singht)
Cinematic introduction:
(The player character *(a novelist called Charlotte Becker)* enter the town hall to found a doctor who call her to say that he way to her heal for her bite, but when she arrive ,she only found a four bandits who looting the waiting room, one of them call the others and show the character)
Bandit 1 : So,it seems that you lost your way on the city, you shouldn't be here...they have bad guys who stalking around you know (mad laugh)
(Bandit 2 looking around with a scared while Bandit 3 ,bandit 4 and bandit 1 point they pistol on the player)
Bandit 4 : yeah,bads guys,the type who didn't spare lost women.
Bandit 2 : guys? We should move faster (Look back multiples times with the same scared face)
Bandit 3 : shut up idiot !
Bandit 4 : also the seem type who ask you to give all your fucking money!
Bandit 1 : (approach the player character and point his gun on the face of charlotte) yeah,your money,your weapon and if you don't ,we take your life, right,guys?
*(silence,Charlotte look behind the bandit with a scared face)*
Bandit 1 : guys?
(The bandits turn back but get impaled by the glove of the senator,the corpse of the bandit fall and the senator stun the character, Charlotte wake up on a chair in a room who look like the oval office of the White House and she see the senator on his office and begin to talk)

Charlotte becker: where i-
Senator Augustus Helmore: welcome in the town hall,miss...I finally meet you,charlotte, I hear about you,you save people and defeat many bandits and mad people.
Charlotte Becker: uuh...thanks? You-
(she look around and notice many corpse on the ground and hear something smashing a door with a little window on her left, The senator get up and walk around the protagonist)
Senator Augustus Helmore: you are a hero like that frank west,you want the best for innocents,like me...but I failed to protect just one person... (he begins to cry) not a single soul,violence breeds violence, but then I realise that your just like me ,trying to making history, as a hero.
Charlotte Becker: like you!? And those corpses?
Senator Augustus Helmore: (ignoring the question) I realise that you can be the only one I can trust,others are infected ,not by bites or virus but by greed and twisted envy, together we can heal those infected and save the city.
Charlotte Becker: you are the one who call me,you found a cure?
Senator Augustus Helmore: yes,it's around us!
(Charlotte look again the corpses and understand that the senator want to mean,she then see the bodies of the four bandits who try to steal her and she see someone on the window door,a 18 years olds teenage girl with black skin and long hair named amber Helmore who smash the door in panic)
Amber Helmore: help us! Free us!
Charlotte Becker : (approach the door and try to open it,but the door is closed) what happen to you,girl!?
Amber Helmore : please free us, we begin to starve here,father imprisoned us here by pretending to protect me and the others to the psycho...Hermione is dying!
Senator Augustus Helmore : a father do what is best for his child,I'm not gonna loss a another of my daughters.
Amber Helmore: your gonna loss ALL OF US, if you don't free us RIGHT NOW!
Charlotte Becker: (look back that the senator) you are their father!? You can't do that to them! Your a awful parent to sequester you own childrens and you aren't a hero,some of those corpses are probably innocent survivors who just want help and protection here...I'm ever sure that you would kill me ,like all those corpses!
Senator Augustus Helmore: (begin angry and smash his office) A AWFUL FATHER,ME!? HOW DARES YOU! NOBODY UNDERSTANDS WHAT THIS IS TO PROTECT WHAT IT REMAINS TO YOUR FAMILLY FROM ASSHOLES!
(Then he calm down a bit and approach his office,then he pulls out a grenade launcher and look the player character with a hateful look)
Senator Augustus Helmore: It was to be this way,it ALWAYS was to be THIS DAMN way,but listen good,miss, NOBODY MESS WITH MY DAUGHTERS!
Death cinematic:
Charlotte Becker: stop mister,you gonna regret it.
(Senator Augustus try a finale shot of grenade thrower but the protagonist dodge and the grenade explode the door but which also made enough noise to attract some zombies)
Senator Augustus Helmore : (see zombies approach the room) get back,monsters!
(He approaches by staggering the zombies and kill three zombies before falling on the ground almost dead while the protagonist approach the daughters)
Amber Helmore: Father!
Charlotte Becker: we need to go ,now-
(Senator augustus Helmore throw his golden glove on Charlotte and the glove land on the ground,the spikes to the top)
Senator augustus Helmore : get out now...or...you're gonna drop dead.
(Accidentally,he walk on the corpse of one of the bandits and fall into his glove and impaled himself by accident on the eyes and almost die immediately; after this, Amber cry the death of her father while zombies approach the group)

meh. the reason is original, yes, but I think that the idea of a guy who just kidnaps people is something we already saw hundreds of times. You can make a more original character with that idea

Name: Joseph Miles
Time you face him: Late Game
Optional Boss
Occupation: Worker at Museum. Fan of the 18th-19th centuries
Reason for going Insane: After the outbreak, Joseph thought that the entire U.S. had fallen, giving him the power to create his own Empire. He built up an "Empire" that stretched from a local hunting goods store to a restaurant, with the Museum as the capital. His soldiers, dressed in Tricorn hats and wielding hunting rifles, are at odds with the regular soldiers. After hearing of the soldiers, Joseph assumed that the U.S. had regained power, and was trying to crush his "Empire". Joseph later went mad with power, and had a plan to take over the world, and eradicate all the zombies.
Moves:
Hunting Rifle Shot: His soldiers fire at you with their rifles in a firing line.
Sword Swipe: Slashes with a sword
Cannon Barrage: Gets his men to shoot you with a cannon
Revolver shot: Shoots you with his Revolver
Battle Quotes:
"I will take your head as a trophy!"
"You think you can beat me??"
"My Empire will crush you!"
"Glory to my Empire!"
Easy Way of beating him:
If you equip a sword, Joseph will assume this is a duel, and will only use his sword. He will also call off his soldiers.
Intro Cutscene: Joseph sees you enter his, "Throne Room", and demands to know why you are here. The Protagonist, having the charisma of a rock, says that Joseph is crazy, and calls him a tyrant. Joseph, furious, then challenges him to a fight. Joseph then takes The Protaganist to the main courtyard, and the battle begins
Optional Saving Cutscene: If you deliver the final blow against Joseph with a punch, he will be knocked out, and you can claim his empire, while also having Joseph as either a safe house survivor, or as an advisor.
Ending Cutscene: Joseph, horribly wounded, will fall to his knees, and give up his Empire to the player. Here, you can either choose to accept it, or refuse it. (Both in equally snarky ways). Feeling grief and shame at having lost a duel, he will then take out his Revolver, and shoot himself in the head.
Bonus: You gain control Joseph's "Empire", if you choose to accept it.. You can change their outfits and weapons, change how they act, and even gain more territory for them. Or, just disband the empire. This will change the ending.

I actually really like Ted because he's one of the few "Psychopaths" where he isn't exactly insane, he's just upset and scared because of what has happened and Snowflake is pretty much the only person he is close with. He was obviously bullied and teased throughout his life and a social outcast, only able to get along with an animal like Snowflake who wouldn't exactly judge him for being a bit slow, he seems rather child like in his reaction rather than being selfish or insane like the other psychopaths, hell as awesome as it is you're able to save Snowflake I honestly think it would have been nice if you had the option to save Ted too since the poor guy has been through a lot even before the zombie outbreak.
Another character I like a lot is Slappy though maybe that's just because I love the performance by Brad Swaile, aka the voice of Light Yagami from Death Note. He sounds very similar to Light when he starts screaming, in fact me and my friends used to joke that it actually was Light driven insane living in a world where a Death Note would only create more Zombies and his power would be meaningless V:

Name: Arthur Watson
Encounter: Early
Optional yet likely the first psycho you will face
Occupation: Hamburger Fiefdom employee
Age: Late 20's - early 30's
Reason of Insanity: Was teased at an early age for his love of fantasy, chivalry, magic, etcetera. The resultant teasing causing him to be ever more reclusive in the stories of magic and knights, favorite among them was the tale of King Arthur. He soon begins to believe that due to his name and downtrodden life, he is the reincarnated visage of King Arthur. When the zombie outbreak occurs, he believes they are the armies of darkness on a war path to destroy the kingdom, and that he must rise as king to halt their destruction. Making the Hamburger Fiefdom he worked at into a pseudo castle with scrap metal, food trucks, and other material, he arms himself in the Hamburger Fiefdom knight outfit, complete with a sword and shield, the sword he dubs as "Excalibur".
Encounter (Assuming no genders): The player cautiously enters the Hamburger Fiefdom in search of food, scanning for signs of zombies, but finding none. "Halt nave!" calls Arthur suddenly, causing the player to freeze in place, "Be ye Human or Gremlin?". "Uh, Human?" calls the player. Arthur then steps out from around corner regally. "Ah, a fellow knight! Welcome ye to the Kingdom of Arthur!" says Arthur, while brandishing his sword around to signify his "kingdom". "Uh, thanks." says the player, "Are you alright?". Arthur heartily laughs, "Your concern for me is kind, brave knight, but I, King Arthur, will never fall to the armies of darkness! I ask of thee to assist in a matter most important, I have captured a missionary of the dark armies and request of thee to assist in discovering their villainous secrets.". Arthur then turns and walks back around the corner he emerged from, the player following to find a survivor tied to the ceiling by their hands bound above their heads, a gag binding their mouth shut, and their shirt is torn from evident whip marks. "Whoa, whoa, what are you doing to 'them'?" says the player in shock. Arthur points his sword at the survivor, "This fiend was found scavenging in my castle, learning all of humanity's mightiest stronghold, I ask of thee to torture this agent of darkness until it's blood waters the stones of my castle and spills it's heinous secrets!". The player turns on Arthur, "You're crazy! I'm not going to do that!". Arthur looks at the player aggravated, "Why dost thou oppose the orders of your king?! Ah, ye be not Human, but a vial assassin of the dark armies!". Arthur then readies his sword and shield to attack.
Moves:
Standard sword attacks, nothing much to say, expect what you would of a sword.
Mighty Slash, a large sweeping attack of Excalibur, causing the player to stagger on hit.
Shield Bash, presenting his shield to the player, Arthur charges causing the player to fall on hit.
Flaming Arrow, readying a one-handed crossbow he keeps on his hip, he aims and fires a flaming arrow at the player.
"Squire, a song!", taking a seat on his pseudo throne, the Hamburger Fiefdom jingle plays and he regains health. Can be countered by hitting him.
Quotes:
"Have at thee nave!"
"Ye shalt be slain by the might Excalibur!"
"The kingdom of humanity shalt never fall!"
"Die, ye vicious monster!"
Stun mechanic, equipping a broadsword found in the Hamburger Fiefdom will cause Arthur to stand still and ready his sword in a dueling posture, allowing the player to grapple and attack. (Unequipping and reequipping will not work, only when the sword used for stun is broken will the mechanic reset).
Death: Arthur staggers to his throne, gripping at a wound on his body, yet still tightly holding Excalibur. He then falls heavily into his throne, breathing heavily, he looks up at the player. "Thou . . . are not of darkness, ye be . . . the mightiest knight. . . and. . . the true king of the land.". Arthur then presents Excalibur to the player. "I beseech thee. . . as my last act. . . as king. Protect thy kingdom." The player takes the sword from Arthur, who peacefully slumps dead on his throne.
Rewards: Sword and shield weapon, recruitable survivor, and key to the Hamburger Fiefdom kitchens.

Capcom should fuck with fans in the next game and have a psychopath who is a Mega Man fan and has become insane because of the lack of Mega Man games. He would appropriately be wearing a Mega Man suit.
And then Mega Man fans around the internet would weep..... probably including me.

Psychopath idea:
Name: Kumo "Spider" Kuyaboshi.
Formerly: Arachnid Researcher and father of three.
Reason for going insane: During the outbreak, the spiders were infected with the zombie virus, which caused a horrible mutation that made their venom acidic and corrosive. After his children were eaten by the spiders, Kumo became convinced that the spiders were actually his kids, and thus has designed his overall lair to be based on Arachnid typology.
Moves:
Pit-Pound: Kumo will slip in and out of pits all over the stage, and if he finds you too close (there is a sign to know when he is getting close to the pit) he will drag you in and inject a poison that slowly drains health over time.
Web: While not a true web, he has made a special sticky glue and rope combination that he calls his "web". Getting trapped inside it, is a bad thing, as you must struggle to get free, unable to move otherwise.
"Come on, kids!" : Here he summons his "children", tiny spiders that go en mass toward you. The only way to really hurt him, as he will open a pit to watch you suffer. Lead the spiders into the pit and watch him get bitten. However, he only takes a square of damage, since he is mostly immune to the toxin, but he will accidently kill some of the spiders in his panic.
Ending if beaten: As he jumps out of the pit, we flash to his vison and see blood everywhere, as well as his three kids looking at him in sadness. As he cries and begs forgiveness, he begins to inject himself over and over with venom, eventually killing himself over the guilt.
Notes: If you die to Kumo, you will get a small bonus scene where the spiders seem to look at Doctor Kumo, before covering the main chairacter and, possibly, eating him to the bone.

Name: Teddie
Backstory: he was a doomsday prepper waiting for the moment when the world went to shit. Luckily for him, it did. Now armed with a Bowie knife, a crossbow and 7 years worth of baked beans, he believes that to survive in this world, you gotta kill before someone kills you.
Weapons: Bowie knife, crossbow (poison,regular)
Special Moves:
Explosive exit (uses an explosive round that deals heavy splash damage, can be avoided by hiding when you see a laser beam and him shouting "get the hell of my goddam property!"
Surprise!: he lays down a trap that either entangles, stuns, or deals damage
CanRun: he legs it back to his safe haven where he heals by eating beans, can be easily prevented by hitting him once as he runs.
Intro: protagonist walks into his area, spotting tent full of supplies, as he walks over to it he trips a tripwire with empty cans, which clank. A crossbow head pops out of the tent before teddie reveals himself, "you YOU THERE!" He scrambles to his feet pointing his crossbow "DROP ALL OF YER STUFF BEFORE I CUT YOU DOWN" (of course you refuse as the edgy protagonist would which initiates the fight)
Death: he stumbles backwards knocking over a tower of bean cans which crush him all you can see is his arms still holding the crossbow (now a pickupable weapon) and his feet.

Very nice list. I feel like this is a topic that more people should do, because there's so many good psychopaths, there could be a lot of candidates for different favorites.
Anyways, as for psychopath ideas, I actually have like 28 or so in my head, but I'm only gonna post 5 of my proudest ones.
Jake Locklear - An ordinary,yet reserved boy in his late teens, things took a turn for the absolute worst when the outbreak happened and his entire family was zombified in front of him. The poor boy couldn't take this trauma and quickly snapped,shutting himself in the basement of his home and killing anyone who stumbled upon him, determined to make them "feel his pain".
The hero gets a call of people stumbling upon Jake's house only to disappear, and goes to investigate. When they get there, they find several zombies dead,each with multiple lacerations, and hear sobbing coming from a basement. They sees Jake,covered in fresh scars and wearing a hoodie that he keeps over his face as well as jeans with several tears in them, standing over a similarly scarred woman. The woman cries for help, but Jake has none of it, shouting to her that she "hasn't felt enough yet", and he slices across her arm, which kills her instantly. The hero calls Jake out on this, with him justifying himself by saying he needs to share his pain, or else he can't be at peace. The hero tries to negotiate with him,saying he can have peace if he goes to the safehouse. Jake says that he doesn't need safety and proclaims to the hero that they will feel his pain, grabbing a combination of scissors and a razor blade known as the Agony Slicer to attack.
During the fight, Jake has several basic slashing and stabbing attacks, which does more damage then you'd think due to the triple blades, and along with this, he can pin the hero to the ground and slice across their arm, which will cause them to bleed for a bit and lose health blocks. After defeating him, Jake starts sobbing and seems to come back to reality,reminiscing about his loss. The hero once again offers him a chance, but he refuses. Saying there's one way to end his pain, he cuts across his arm with the agony slicer and quickly bleeding to death. The hero pities him, but the boy dies with a slight smile on his face.
Eon the Annihilator (No clue for a real name) - An actor who was set to star in a superhero movie as the villain, with a costume of rubber boots, a muscle shirt made to look like body armor, a black mask that exposes his mouth and jaw and a purple cape, after the outbreak happened, his way of coping was to believe that he truly was this villain, and set out to "conquer the world", keeping the actors who were to play the heroes in his movie hostage and using the zombies as his "minions".
The hero sneaks into the movie theater and sees Eon with his hands on his hips, laughing at his fellow cast mates who are stuck in cages suspended over the ground. He tells them to beg for their lives, which they end up doing, pleading to him to stop and trying to tell him that he can't really take over or destroy Earth. He scoffs at them, and the hero decides to echo this statement, asking how he plans on destroying the planet, partially since he himself is on it. Eon notices the hero, seeing them as a "foolish civilian who thinks they can save the heroes", and attacks, along with his "minions".
Eon attacks with an Electric Crusher combo weapon, and is more of a powerful, slow, tank fighter type. He's really slow and his attacks are fairly simple to avoid, but they can easily destroy the player if they land. His moveset consists of slow battering swings as well as the Electric Crusher's alternate attack of slamming the ground and creating electricity on the ground. Along with this, his "minions" are a bit of an annoyance, but nothing too bad. Your best bet is to take the time after he goes for a hit and wail on him with quicker weapons, like the Spiked Bat. After his defeat, Eon falls to the ground and refuses to accept defeat, still determined to destroy the planet, and tries to sick his "minions" on the hero. Instead they converge on him, and refusing to die slowly, Eon takes out a remote in his pocket that says "self destruct" and presses the button, blowing himself and the zombies up. Afterwards, the hero finds another button that conveniently says "release", saving the other actors and letting them be taken back to the safehouse, with the added bonus of unlocking the "Superhero costume", which is a version of Eon's outfit but with brighter colors such as red, green and orange.
Maria Valentina - A beautiful tall, red-haired, pale snake charmer/ seductress with purple lipstick, a green long sleeved leotard and matching high heels, at a traveling circus, she and her pet yellow-scaled python Eduardo were one of their most iconic acts, with her bond to her snake being unnaturally close. Sadly, her troupe arrived in the city just in time for the outbreak to hit, and the stress of everything including her colleagues's deaths freed her darkest urges, as well as dialing up her desire to keep her only friend alive, by seducing any unsuspecting men and feeding them to him.
The hero finds the circus tent and hears Eduardo's slithering. Curious, they go inside and see Maria next to Eduardo, who happens to be right over some bones that are obviously not prop. The hero quickly runs over to Maria, thinking her to be in danger, and she sees this as a good opportunity. Maria tries to seduce the hero, but they don't fall for it, instead trying to take her to safety. Maria agrees, and tries to go back over to where they were, but the hero points out that that's where Eduardo is, referring to him as "ugly and creepy". Maria is angered by this insult to her companion and instantly turns hostile, claiming she had hopes for the hero, but now they are just food, sicking Eduardo on them.
Both Maria and Eduardo attack together. Maria darts around the circus arena, occasionally stopping to take swipes at the hero with her poisoned nails, as well as blowing poison dust at them. Maria can also grab the hero and try to kiss them, which, due to her venomous lipstick, causes them to double over as if they're low on health, vulnerable, unless they can complete a small qte and push Maria away. Eduardo attacks as you can expect a snake to, biting at the hero as well as constricting around them to crush them. The fight can go one of two ways, depending on who is killed first. If you kill Maria first, the fight with Eduardo continues like normal, and after he's defeated as well, Eduardo weakly slithers over to his mistress's corpse and wraps around her, as if out of love. But if Eduardo dies first, Maria will suddenly convulse in anger and become much faster, stronger, and more aggressive in her attacks, until being defeated,which ends with Maria trying to crawl over to Eduardo and offering herself as nourishment, similarly to Ted with Snowflake... only for Eduardo to actually take the offer and swallow her whole, as the hero can only gulp in disgust.

*(Please Note: I have not played any of the **_Dead Rising_** games and have instead seen my brother play **_DR2_** and Smosh Games play part of **_DR3_**, so if this guy exists, sorry. I didn't know)*
My Psychopath would be Jackson Smith a.k.a. Split. He has split-personality disorder, with one side being just a normal guy, but then the other half is a craze killer. The first time whoever you play as (which just for the sake of time I'll just use Chuck as he's the one I'm most familiar with) meets him, he's just a normal guy looking for supplies, wondering why no one wants to be in his group.
The next time you meet him, however, it's his crazy side (Split) and he's killing someone for their supplies. He then sees Chuck, and attempts to kill him.
He fights use a katana, pistol, and glass bottles. He only has a limited amount of bullets, but they are devastating to Chuck, as is his katana. The glass bottles, however, aren't as strong.
Once you defeat him, he runs off.
The 3rd time and final time you meet him, he's a normal guy again, wondering how his group was killed. Chuck tells him he did it, to which Split takes over again and tries to kill Chuck again, but this time, Jackson keeps coming back, screaming for it to stop.
This fight involves Chuck and Split fighting, and when Jackson comes back (which is getting faster because he's slowly slipping further into madness), he starts running away, yelling at Chuck to stay away.
At the end of the fight, Jackson is standing on a balcony, with a horde of zombies below. Chuck comes walking towards him, while Jackson screams to get back because he doesn't want to hurt him. Chuck says he can help, to which Jackson says he can't be helped. He looks over the ledge and says "I'm not letting us hurt anyone else!" and jumps into the horde of zombies, letting them devour him. Chuck then looks down, saddened at how Jackson didn't want to kill anyone.
That would be my Psychopath.

Age: 43
Occupation: Dishwasher at a Japanese-themed Restaurant
Optional Boss
Encountered: Mid-game, near the half-way point
Bio: Takahashi was born in Japan, but migrated to the United States with his family just one month before the zombie outbreak. He's not very fluent in English, only being able to speak primarily in Japanese, and the only job he could land is being the dishwasher at a Japanese-themed Restaurant.
Reason for going crazy: Takahashi was doing his job when the zombies started crowding the streets, and the staff at the restaurant, recognizing the danger, locked themselves up inside, not wanting anything to come in, which included Takahashi's wife and child. He tried to open up the doors for them, but everyone else held him back, and he watched in horror as his family were mercilessly devoured by the zombies. Losing the one thing he cared for in his life, Takahashi went mad and grabbed one of the katanas that the restaurant had on display, and killed everyone inside. At that moment, he started to confuse ancient history with reality, believing himself to be Oda Nobunaga, and that all the zombies and survivors were all samurai, led by his traitorous right-hand man, Akechi Mistuhide. Donning samurai armor that the restaurant had on display, he removed the locks on the doors, stays inside, and awaits any and all who dare come across him.
Intro cutscene: The Protagonist enters the restaurant through the front doors, walking slowly and looking around, seeing various bodies around the place, chopped up by a sharp weapon. As they look forward, they see a man in samurai armor, holding a bloody katana. The following conversation takes place:
Takahashi: *in Japanese* Akechi....you've finally come....
Protagonist: Huh? What was that?
Takahashi: *in Japanese* You've sent countless men after me, and all have died! *points to the bodies*
Protagonist: D-dude, I have NO idea what you're saying!!
Takahashi: *in Japanese* And now you've come to take my head yourself, yes?
Protagonist: Speak English, man!! I don't know what you're saying!
Takahashi: *in Japanese* You shall not get in my way of conquering Japan!!
Takahashi then swings at the Protagonist, but the Protagonist dodges, and seeing the danger he possesses, the Protagonist has no choice but to fight him.
Battle Tactics:
Takahashi, using only a katana, will more often than not charge at you and try to cut you up. In the instance you use any kind of gun on him, or if you're at a long distance from him, he'll grab some sort of kitchen utensil and throw it at you like a throwing knife. When he gets at half-health, he enters a "rage state," where he'll do more damage, is faster with everything, and will not stop chasing you down, only stopping every once in a while to catch his breath.

Takahashi: *broken English* You no apologize.... *pulls out his wallet, which has a picture of himself, his wife and his son, and a key* You no do this.....
Takahashi grabs the katana and points it at himself
Protagonist: No, don't do-!!
Takahashi then stabs himself in the heart, instantly killing himself and he falls over, dead
Protagonist: Oh god.... *stands up* I...I'm sorry for your loss....rest in peace.... *sees the wallet and grabs it* Hopefully, you'll be in a happier place... *he looks at the body, then walks off*

I like how when you kill the psychopaths you react like any normal human would killing someone instead of acting like a badass.
My idea for a psychopath boss in my opinion would be something quite interesting. Imagine roaming through a building and seeing a small Girl Scout crying in a puddle of blood. You go to help her and she explains that zombies got her parents. You take her to the safe house where she appears to be totally innocent... That is until she finds your weapon supply and decides that she is the only one fit for survival in the outbreak. She begins to pick off survivors and you must get to them before she deceives them into her trap. Or another possible way is that she is shown crying and out of pity you go to help her, she leads you to the camping store and takes you to the back. In which she revels all her other hostages who fell for her trap and her troop.
Psychopath:
Name: Whitney York
Age: 24
Bio: Whitney used to work as a librarian, always keeping to herself. She always felt lonely and unloved, and during the zombie outbreak, the fear of being alone and surrounded by death turned her insane. Now she keeps young men trapped in the library, sexually torturing them in vast, kinky ways.
Battle: The library Whitney worked at is a very large and open building, so most of the challenge will come from finding her, especially since she knows all the secret passages between the two floors. She throws various objects (mostly books and magazines) from afar, and in melee range, she attempts to slice you up with a box cutter and some scissors.
Death: After defeat, Whitney stumbles backwards and stares angrily at you, attempting to kill you one last time for by throwing the key to her prisoners in your eye. When you catch it, fear overcomes her eyes and, realizing she's no match, runs out of the library... right into a hungry group of zombies.

His intro cutscene will be him screaming "I'm a sexy boy!" After the protagonist enters. His death will be when he accidentally kills himself by activating a live grenade out of curiosity (also a weapon concept, Tom Green grenade)

Description: Stanley is a mall santa whose boss level is decked out in christmas decorations. there is fake snow, fake pine trees, and wrapped gifts all around. he sits on a throne in the center and invites the protagonist to come sit on his lap and tell him what he wants for christmas. He Goes nuts when the protagoinist tries to tell him"it's the middle of april, though" and tries to kill him.
Battle: The level has zombies that Stanley has captured and forced to dress in elf costumes that hinder our player. Stanley runs around with a Fire axe attacking the player while shouting "you've been very naughty" and "you're getting coal this year buster". he'll also kick up clouds of the fake snow that will obscure small parts of the area making it harder to land hits.
Death: after soaking up enough damage. he will stumble over and cradle one of the gifts. "this was supposed to be your present, but you don't get a present this year" as he tries to flee, he bumps into the tallest christmas tree which causes the star on top to fall off. it lands point first onto stanley's head killing him. the player walks over and opens the present, which contains a key, zombrex, or some other important item.

I know I'm pretty late, but here's my psychopath:
Name: Norman Hall.
Job: Single Father
Scene: Your character gets told of a theme park's rides going on and off for no reason, and that Zombies are avoiding there because of the noise (If Adam was right, which he probably was). You go there and see a ride in use, as you walk up to it a cut scene starts, Norman gets off the ride along with two dolls, ignoring you, he walks to a carnival stands and tries to win a prize, while asking the dolls if he's a 'fun dad' now. You try to tell him to leave, and he refuses, telling you he'll go when his 'children' says that he's fun. After a few more failed attempts of winning a prize he turns to you, and he decides to attack you, thinking that killing you will show his 'children' that he's fun.
Fight: Not too sure, he'd probably use a lot of the theme park, and weapons themed to a theme park. If you can insult Psychopaths in this as well, I think it'd make sense that you taunt him by calling him boring etc.
Death: As he stumbles away from you, he tries to crawl to a ride, mumbling to his dolls that he'll be fun, but as he stands up, one of the rides that was left on hits him, like the rides in The Uranus Zone.
If you're interested in knowing where he came from, it was when I dressed Frank up in souvenir clothing I found in The Uranus Zone, and he sot of looked like a Dad on a holiday. Thanks for reading and goodbye, enjoy killing many zombies.

Now when he finds a survivor he throws them in his truck and trash compacts them. When the player finds him he's making doughnuts and laugh maniacally when he notices the player he stops and gets out stating, "YOU ARE TRASH AND GUESS WHAT I DO WITH TRASH?" And after the player says his job is the least of his worries he gets really really REALLY mad and gets out a pistol and drives in his truck
Battle strategy: it's best to make him crash into things cause that's when he gets out crash him three times he's out but be warned in this phase he is super agile with an assault rifle

Outfit: A onesie that clearly doesn't fit him at all. It's torn into two pieces with his gut spilling out of the middle. The sleeves and legs barely reach past his shoulders and hips.
Backstory: Billy lives at home with his elderly mother. Even before the outbreak, his mother had lost her mind. Her husband left her soon after Billy was born, which broke her. Needing a crutch in her life, Billy's mother never let him grow up. Her constant babying left Billy with the mindset of a spoiled 4 year old. While his mind never grew, his body certainly did, leaving him with the body of a gigantic 7 foot giant. When the zombie outbreak happens, Billy's mom is quick to go, leaving her spoiled child wandering in search of her, armed with his favorite pogo stick. When the main character finds him, he's playing with the toys in a toy store. The main character tries to get him to go to afety, but Billy throws a hissy fit and screams "I. DON'T. WANNA!"
Battle Tactics: Billy constantly bounces around the toy store on his pogo stick. This allows him to jump between aisles. He will constantly try to land on the main character. If he does, he'll bounce on them several times before hopping off. After hopping around several times, Billy will slip and fall, leaving him open. Occasionally, he will also hop several times at the end of the aisle that the main character is currently in before hopping off and charging down at full speed.

Psychopath idea :
Name : Jeremy Fitzgerald
Occupation : pet store owner
Backstory: every day Jeremy would come to work he brought his dog Lucy to the back of the pet store but when the outbreak happens his dog and him get separated from eachother and he thinks his dog is dead this drives him to be over protective of all of the pets in the store.
How the fight starts: when the protagonist finds the store they walk inside and find some of the animals out of their cages so they start petting the animals or something and then Jeremy shows up and tells the protagonist that he failed to protect Lucy but he won't fail to protect his pets from the store
Attacks he has a metal bat with batteries attached to it ( doesn't really have anything to do with the boss just thought that would be a cool weapon ) he can hit the protagonist with it and hit electricity charged baseballs as a long ranged attack .
Ending cutscene : stumbling around while dying Jeremy hands the protagonist the key to the cages and ask the protagonist to get the pets to safety the protagonist accepts his dying wish and takes the animals outside and as the protagonist leaves with the animals Jeremy's dog walks into the store to Jeremy who is still alive and licks Jeremy's face and Jeremy ask you to take his Lucy with him . Lucy reluctantly follows you as Jeremy says goodbye to her and dies .

Ok so here's my psychopath.
Name: Anthony Quintero
Background: Texas man turned marine who was released after his 4 year work.
Occupation: Ex-Marine
Age: 34
Place of fight: A gun store of some kind.
So you walk into the store while noticing the many bodies (some zombie and some human) filled with bullet holes. As you walk deeper into the store, a bullet hits right beside you followed by Anthony yelling "dammit!" As he reloads the rifle he's holding, you try to convince him not to shoot and that you can take him somewhere safe. Sadly this doesn't work and he begins aiming at you, starting the fight.
Attacks: He carries a hunting style rifle (pick one) and obviously, shoots you with the rifle. At close range he will fight with his fists unless you carry in a close range weapon; he will disarm you of your weapon (ex-marine), and after a few swings will throw it away. (Note: I don't know if he should disarm you of weapons like that crazy blade staff that dude from deadrising 3 had, since it gives you a whole new attack style.) He will also throw an occasional grenade or two.
Defeat: after defeating Anthony, he will pull a pistol and aim it at you, only for a rifle to fall and the butt of said rifle, hits Anthony on the head. He then snaps out of his suppressed trauma, remembering everything that happened, from the dead family, to killing people who walked in looking for weapons and safety.

Anyway, he wasn't actually crazy, he was just on vacation with family when suddenly the outbreak happens. His family (Father, mother, brother, and his baby sister.) gets devoured and he then suppresses this memory out of sheer fear, sending him into a psychotic craze. Once he snaps out of it he runs away with his pistol in hand.
Here you have a decision; get what you want and leave, or you can go talk to Anthony.
If you talk to him then a cutscenes starts where Anthony is panicking and then puts his gun in his mouth. You stop him and take the gun and throw it away. He says to just let him die because there is no living with what he has done. You tell him that it doesn't have to end like this, that he can escape this and start over. After some dialogue trying to convince him, he accepts and joins you.
If you take what you want and leave the same scenario will happen but you won't be able to stop his suicide attempt and he will shoot himself.
There you go, like if you want.

Battle: Tommy will have hostages, calling them his "Gang members" occasionally, he'll order them to attack the player, which they do out of fear. It's advised to not kill them, as they're just hostages. They'll retreat in one hit. Tommy himself would use a tommy gun as a ranged weapon, but uses a sledgehammer as a melee weapon.
Death: Tommy, seriously injured, throws his gun to a hostage, in order to "prove their loyality", they'd had to kill you. But instead, the hostage picks up the gun and shoots down Tommy.
Tommy's last words would be a monologue about being betrayed, before dying, due to his wounds

My psychopath is "Clifford".You find him in the movie theater of Willamete Mall. He takes survivors, and makes them watch people being murder on the movie theater screen. Clifford makes survivors go insane, and bloodthirsty.So when Frank stops the party, not only will he have to fight Clifford, but four crazy survivors. One survivor has a weed whacker, second survivor has lawnmower blade, the third survivor has a human tooth (in which he stabs the tooth in Frank's eye), finally fourth survivor has a zombie leg (in which he chokes Frank with the leg). The main boss "Clifford", has leaf blower that blows out blades and bleach ( so if Frank gets hit by a blade, the bleach is going to infect his scar, and poison Frank). That is my psychopath.

As she was desperate to become famous and have a better life she diluted herself into thinking that chuck/Frank are her enemy and it plays out like a game show but she maintains her teacher characteristics.

Takes place: partly in the casnio and the other half takes place in TKs arena.

My psychopath: Parl sedater, age 17, he was in high school when the outbreak happened, and went insane after seeing the death of his mom, the only one he cared for out of everyone. now he wanted big revenge, and got a motorcycle with chainsaws on the handles (he stole it from the terror is reality place), and added 2 long-reaching flamethrowers facing in a cross-X shape with a spear in the middle of the front on the bike, and biked around till he got to the runway of a airport, where he ran over millions of zombies. and there was also a couple of terrorist there, destroying everything, so parl killed them, then when the main character of dead rising 4 (if it comes out) go`s to investigate, parl thinks he is a terrorist. Parl attacks by trying to run you over, he can do circles in place while firing his flamethrowers. and he can pull out slappys weapon (homemade flamethrower) from his backpack to shoot at you if you dodge him to many times when he trys to run you over, or are to close to him. And he also has a can of spray oil that he spray at the ground while riding then shoot it with his flamethrower to ignite a long-lasting line of fire, and if your unlucky, he can trap you in a circle of spray-oil fire. As projectiles he can pull out sawblades from his backpack to throw at you, and rarely a large wrench. in his death cutseen he trys to spray oil on the main character while activating his flamethrowers, but missis the main character with the oil and falls off his bike onto the oil, he`s bike goes out of controll with the fire still active and hits the oil, burning parl, but before he dies from the burning, his bike tips over, and the chainsaw lands on parl, ripping him apart (similer to adams death). After his death you get his bike called the burning motoslicer, the homemade flamethrower, the can of spary oil (which while using it last 12 full second b4 the oil is used up), 3 sawblades, and a combo card to make a fiery syringe gun. the bike can last up to 30 head-on collitions with solid objects (not humans or zombies) before breaking, it will always respon at the airport parking lot and a bike store if there is one. The burning motoslicer flamethrowers last 4ever. What do you think? Also my favorite psycho in the DR series is chef antoine and my most hated is leon bell (tho he has the best music IMO)

Cory Fortuna - True to his last name, he always had almost supernaturally good success with slots, lotteries, and every other game of chance you can think of, but as he got older, he seemed ready to stop pressing his luck, retire and make the rest of his life a good one with his savings. However, when the outbreak happened, he became completely obsessed with gambling and holed up in the Fortune City Memorial Casino, his now warped perception of reality making him think that he was still as good as ever, while his luck had really dropped as he gambled away his life's savings.
The hero goes to the casino and sees Cory, sporting a beard and decked out in an ensemble of a trench coat, a cowboy hat, and jeans,and next to a pile of only 10 $50 bills, a small money bag, and some dimes. He has some men tied up to a roulette board and tries a slot machine. The slots line up on on a cherry, a skull, and a 7, with the machine saying "you lose". Cory, in his insanity and denial, ignores this and thinks he's just hit the jackpot. However, one of the men at the roulette board points this out, telling Cory that he lost. Cory takes offense to this and spins the roulette board, with the revolver ending up in front of that man and Cory using it to blow his brains out, saying that he was just dealing with an idiot who doubted him, and going to increase his winnings "even more". The hero points out his dwindling supply of money and thinks he should quit while he's ahead, and Cory has had it. He takes the revolver he used to kill the man as well as some dice out of his pocket, shaking them and telling the hero his luck's run out.
Cory's almost exclusively a long-range fighter. He plays keep-away by running from the hero, pelting him with shots from his revolver. Along with the gun, Cory can toss overtly-sharp darts at the hero, as well as dice that are rigged to explode with C4. Cory can also use the casino to his advantage with environmental attacks, such as picking up a pool cue if the hero's close to a pool table and whacking them with it, or tripping them with his foot and sending them in a roulette board full of automatic revolvers. After defeat, Cory clutches his bleeding shoulder and seems convinced that he would be dead if not for his "luck", and once again goes over to the slot machine. However, this time, he sees reality, and in utter shock, he stumbles over to the roulette board with automatic revolvers and falls to his knees, as each of the revolvers fire in succession and fill him with holes.After this, the hero unlocks the blueprint for his dice by combining Dice with C4.
Angela Stone - A true rock goddess stereotype, she did the lead guitar and vocals for her band Rock Heaven, with an attitude that can be compared to the likes of Joan Jett and Avril Lavigne. However, like so many rockers, she eventually fell out of the spotlight and took to getting high, going to the city in hopes of making a comeback and dragging her bandmates with her. She arrived just in time for the outbreak, with her irrational behavior having less to do with any insanity and more to do with the drugs taking their toll on her mind.
The protagonist walks into the concert hall and sees Angela shredding onstage in a classic rocker getup of a leather jacket, leather pants, and black leather boots, along with black hair that she keeps over one eye and eyeshadow, but the one eye that can be seen being still noticeably bloodshot,with several people, including her bandmates and a stoned guy with a thick beard and sunglasses who's headbanging rapidly, in chairs. Angela notices the hero and gives him a smile, stopping to greet him and ask if he's come to see the comeback of a lifetime. The hero says they aren't, and questions the timing of a rock concert. Angela then takes a puff off a cigarette and tries again to persuade them,but the hero replies that too much loud rock music gives them a headache. The rest of the crowd gasps, with Angela's bandmates saying that she hates criticism. The stoner who was enjoying her music is especially irked by this and suggests to Angela that she show the hero the "real music of the soul". She agrees to this, and tells the hero to get ready to rock, shredding on her guitar.
Angela fights, fittingly, with a Power Guitar combo weapon. She can strum along it once to create a shockwave that can be avoided or strum along it rapidly, which stuns the hero and makes them vomit if they stay in the radius for too long. If all else fails, Angela can also run up and just beat the hero with her guitar. However,making matters worse is the stoner, who will stop to knee the hero below the belt or simply hold them so they can't move. After defeat, Angela drops her power guitar and picks it back up, saying that she's never thought so clearly,and everything is pure. She falls on her back... only to suddenly rise up in a final Slappy/Steven Chapman like jumpscare to play one last solo on her guitar before dying for good. The stoner then starts to cry, saying that the music's dead. But the protagonist does the iconic metal hand sign, assuring him that Rock N Roll will never die before taking everyone to safety. After that, the hero unlocks the "Rocker outfit", which is the outfit and face makeup worn by Gene Simmons from KISS in all but name.

Personally, I love Albert Contiello's battle the best. It feels very unique, and also has some development back story as to why he is the only "sin" psychopath that you must battle. Also, if you look around his arena, you can find some interesting things.

Name: Sgt. John nathan Adams
Occupation: Sergeant of the Green Berets
Backstory: Haunted by nightmares from horrific events that he witnessed in the war and the death of his girlfriend and baby daughter around the time of the outbreak, he goes on a full blown rampage in the golf course killing zombies and any survivor unfortunate to cross his path.
Intro: the main character walks into the golf course with a lot of dead bodies scattered all over the show, the main character spots a man tied to a tree bleeding to death and in the man's last words he says "he's gone mad" the character turns around to see John aiming a gun at you and goes into a speech about how much he loves killing and how happy he is doing it all over again. John fires at the character but the character hides behind a tree taking cover. and then the battle begins
location: the golf course because the woodland area gives him an advantage.
Battle tactics: uses jungle warfare tactics such as hiding in bushes and in tree tops, he also plants landmines around the golf course, he would also shoot you from a distance with a fully modified M4 assault rifle and even hack and stab you with the bayonet attachment.
weapons: custom M4 Assault Rifle/w bayonet and acog sights, Landmines.
Death: he falls back, coughs up blood, struggles for breath and gives a long speech about how sorry he feels for not saving his family even though nothing could have been done to help them, as well as showing sorrow for killing innocent survivors and concludes that he is happy that he has died valiantly and is now going to see his girlfriend and baby daughter in heaven and would like to be buried next to them, the death concludes with the main character burying John next to his girlfriend and daughter. he uses the M4 as a tombstone, placing his helmet on the stock, wrapping John's Dog Tags and a silver locket containing a picture of him and his family around the gun and finally saluting him and saying "De Oppresso Liber" (the motto of the green berets)
Mr and ms Winstead. A couple that was supposed to be married on the most romantic of days Valentine's Day. However the zombies come and ruin their plans but they decide to get married anyway. How? By taking hostages and forcing them to marry them. If they say no they are either killed, mauled by zombies, or raped(insert cheating husband/wife here) when they are found the player fights the husband first. Once his hp is low he fights the wife, then both and once both are dead pictures fall from both their pockets revealing (shocker) that they both cheated on each other and they try to kill each other but in the chaos of doing this they fall off a ledge, when the players character sees their bodies the blood takes the shape of a heart and they are holding each other's hands.

He claims that all things are equal and should be treated as such, so he attacks the main character to redeem the dead bug's life.
Location: In a park filled with trees.
Environment: The player can use trees to hide behind to strike Ed as he passes by. In turn, Ed can use his bug swarm to summon termites that can eat trees away.

Cutscene Battle-start: The Protagonist walks into the 3rd level of the hospital.Then suddenly someone with a zombie in a wheelchair approaches.The protagonist argues that using a Zombie as a Specimen could be dangerous but then the Doctor says he's just trying to find another Cure. Then he gets angry and gets out his Syringe Gun
Attacks: He can shoot his syringe gun(His Syringes are filled with something that inflicts serious bleeding) three times before reloading. WHile he is reloading he will sometimes also fling some syringes manually when you are in range. He will also charge with his wheelchair. When he hits you with the Wheelchair you will fall on it and get mauled by the zombie(Then you need to mash the sh!t out of your buttons)
Cutscene if Zombie dies(Optional):The Zombie will fall down and the Doctor will kneel down and almost cry. Then he will flop the Zombie arm multiple times untill it falls off.He will stand up after that and will grab the wheelchair just to throw it at the Protagonist. THen the Battle continues.
Attacks(After Zombie died):He won't use his syringe gun often. But what he does use is his Wheelchair. He will pick it up and smash you when you come too close. He will still use his charge attack but when it hits he will strangle you with the ripped-off zombie arm.
Cutscene death:He will charge with his Wheelchair but then he hits the Wall.The Zombie falls out of his Wheelchair and bites the Doctor(Like i said, i am bad at Names. Sorry). Then he will take out Zombrex. The cam switches to the sight of him(He sees everything blurry). He looks up at the Protagonist and puts the Zombrex into his Syringe gun(Because he is confused)and shoots it at him. The Protagonist gets hit but does not care and throws away the Zombrex. Then the Doctor will take out one of his "special" Syringes and jabs it into his throat(Because of Confusion,again) Then he takes it out, realizing his mistake and falls down to the ground, bleeding to his Death.
Cutscene death(When Zombie is dead):He will fall over and land in his Wheelchair. The Wheelchair will roll behind and almost crash down an broken elevator door. The Doctor will take out his last Syringe and loads it into his Syringe gun. He shoots, but misses. The knockback causes the Wheelchair to roll back and the Doctor falling to his death.
Reward:You can have his Gun and Box of "Special" Syringes(Only on Zombie death)

I got an idea for a boss and it’s about at a later point in the game you come across Zephia the noble.
He was a nerd before the zombie apocalypse and his role model was a character called Noble Charley the knight.
After the apocalypse he goes to a Comic-Con building to hide and comes across a replica of the armor that charley whore and puts it on.
He then starts to go insane saying he is now the new hero of legends Zephia the noble and has taken three guys as hostage saying they’re no good bandits.
When you try to release them he says that you’re also a bandit and he must slay you while grabbing a sword.
Unfortunately for you he also recruited his friends and they start emerging from the darkness.These friends include: Rodney the archer and Mallon the fighter
Their attacks mainly include Rodney trying to shoot you with arrows, Mallon trying to punch and roundhouse kick you into next week and, Zephia trying to slice and stab you with his sword.
I should probably mention this takes place in one of those play places at stores but they decked it out with deadly booby traps.
If you beat them they snap out of their delusions and run away in fear but accidentally run into one of their booby traps and they fall to their deaths landing on spikes.
the battle with Chuck always made me think people killed his daughter and not the zombies. like the safe zone group killed her after they found out she was infected instead of letting Chuck give her Zombrex. i think Sean is based off of the Heaven Gate's cult leader Marshall Applegate. i created a few zombie apocalypse characters and the main psycho is an artist/painter who decides he needs fresh blood to complete his work since the zombie blood is too dark.
i would picture a homage to the classic dead rising first and have a disgruntled store manager but with a twist. he has to be defeated three times and each time is in a different section with each of them a select set of weapons traps and such as the first one be he has a modified mop wrapped in barb wire and broken Christmas lights and a sharp point on the end that doesn't have its cleaning utensil and the second stage is like the food aisle which he'd be using a weapon cart like dead rising ones and the final stage would be him driving an electric spewing kid kart attached to the weapon kart and using that mop like a jousting spear as his weapon kart he throws items from inside of it at you and so on. AND his death would be a tribute as he rolls off of the kart next to the check out aisle and yells into the mic CLEAN UP ON AISLE whatever and chucks quote would be something akin to de-ja-vu
Slappy should've been on the list or at least an honorable mention. He may be more vengeful than crazy in Dead Rising 2, but in Off the Record, he calls his dead girlfriend "His Toy" and he dies rather unsettlingly.
Adding chuck as a permanent role would make it more difficult to play cause you would need about 2 zombrex a day because frank and Katie needs it! And aside from buying it, zombrex is already hard to find!

Here is my idea for a Psycho
Name: Samuel "Sam"
Surname: Valentino
Age: 21 years old
Occupation: Gamer
Location: Video Game Store
Appearance: short black Messy hair, blue hoodie, black pants, blue shoes, eyes bags, round glasses, average height
Backstory: He used to work at the Video Game Store as the guy who keeps track of the Inventory, and he loved his job but when the zombie outbreak happened he went really paranoid and started gathering lots of stuff he would need "Just in case" like Zombrex, Weapons, Money Hackers, Computers he would use for his "Gaming Setup", also a Key that will be necessary to the story in order to progress (could be the Underground Access Key) , Frank, Chuck or Nick (you pick who :D) encounter him while he's playing with his gaming setup, after the protagonist tries to talk with him and mentions that they need the key but Sam thinks the protagonist is a mugger and get hostile on him.
Battle: The Video Game Store is pretty big and Sam will shoot the protagonist if he spots him (with an Uzi) if the Protagonist gets too close he will use a Katana , so the protagonist can be stealthy (sneak behind Sam and attack him), or use any powerful weapon agaisn't Sam (like the Six Shooter or Sniper), if the Protagonist is camping Sam will get angry and throw Molotovs at him to make him come out of his place
Death: Sam tries to escape from the protagonist after he realizes he ran out of ammo but due to his injuries he slips and is left vulnerable, The protagonist can either let Sam die or save him from the Zombies, if he dies his stash of Zombrex will be available and The protagonist has to locate the key in the store, if the Protagonist chooses to save him Sam realizes he was getting crazy and he will give the protagonist the Key he needs, Sam will pick up his back pack and give to the protagonist free Zombrex as a reward after taking him to the safehouse, then he opens up a store in the safehouse that sells Zombrex(only one per day), Shotguns, Katanas and Molotovs

BACKSTORY: Jacob Wright was a 19 year old professional race car driver who loved going really fast in his beloved muscle car (2012 Ford Mustang GT), which he turned into a war machine after the zombie outbreak. Jacob went crazy when his little sister, Ashley Wright, died in the initial outbreak.
OPENING: Chuck/Frank comes along and notices the mustang sitting outside the mall, while Jacob sees Chuck/Frank get close to it, he thinks they are going to destroy the last thing he has in this hellish world. He starts to shout at them and tells them to get away from his baby, which he calls "Black Bullet". He and the main character chat for a bit, before they start to mention families, at which Jacob goes CRAZY, he climbs into his mustang, and starts to chase after you.
Weapons: Black Bullet; a muscle car on steroids. Equipped with flamethrowers, Uzis, and a massive spiked plow at the front and back of the car. He uses it to charge at you with brute force, but his car will take damage from crashes and heavy gunfire. If you are low level or badly equipped, you can consider yourself roadkill.
DEATH: After you damage the car enough, a cut scene will show the car rolling over onto its roof, with Jacob sliding out, in pain, and depressed. He starts to yell at you for destroying his last friend, and starts to come at you with a knife. (HE IS EASY TO KILL AT THIS POINT) After you take care of him, he sits next to his mangled car, stroking the dents and scratches on the sides, saying "Don't worry baby, we will drive into the afterlife...together..." and dies from shock and blood loss. Afterwords, Frank/Chuck rolls the car back on its wheels, finds the keys still in the ignition, and a knife in the glove-box.
AFTER FIGHT/ UNLOCKS: You unlock "Black Bullet" which will spawn outside the mall. You also unlock "Dagger" a knife with a custom blade which can kill zombies in one hit.
Unlock "Helmet" used for partial armor/ head butting weapon.

Script:
Chuck walks in the antique shop passing a suit of armor (which slowly turn its head)
Chuck sees a dead woman in a medieval princess dress (the suit walks behind chuck)
"Art thou Charles Greene?"
Chuck back away from the suit of armour
"Are you alright?" He asks

Chuck slowly tries to walk out of the shop "I've been framed I'm innocent! I'm sorry that your 'princess' is gone but-

Name: Allen "The Monster" Shires
Backstory: A former wrestling mascot (somewhat akin to Hulk Hogan, where he was famous to the point of being loved outside of wrestling and made himself into a meme.) goes berserk after watching a hoard of zombies kill his fans, in which he begins to use his once fake wrestling moves to actually kick some undead ass. And at which point, the protagonist finds him in his ring, pummeling the zombies as they come in, and identifies you as a contender. This prompts a fight.
Tactics/Strategies: Allen would use a lot of flashy grapples and wrestling moves that are iconic to the staged fights he once did. This would include using the ring to his advantage, jumping off the ropes, pile-driving, suplexing, and other moves based on actual WWE moves. (Note: I don't actually watch pro wrestling, but I know it could at least make one joke about how fake it is. Kind of like how Randy's chainsaw is. . . Compensating.) Quotes may include but are not limited to. . . "What are you gonna do when The Monster runs loose on you!?"
"C'mere, brother! Lemme lay the smackdown on ya!"
And once beaten, he'll probably end up saying something trying to be inspirational.

Fight style:
Puching and kicking: His main attacks
Piledriver: Special attack he will do when he loses 50% of his HP. He will attempt immideatly on the move once he gets half HP.
Choke: When the protagonist is knocked down, he will lock in a headlock, chocking the protagonist. You have to wiggle the left bumper stick to escape.
Diving elbow drop: Another move he will do when the protagonist is down. He will go to the turnbuckle, climb it and jumps down after he does a Randy Savage-type taunt.
Throwing: Another special move he will do, is to try and throw the protagonist out of the ring, while zombies crowds. But you cannot throw Riley out of the ring, no matter what.
When Entering The Gym: We can see the main protagonist walks around the gym, and stumbles across some small weights. He tries to pick them up, but drops it immideatly on the ground, making a huge noise. A zombie then sneaks up on the protagonist, but is quikly tackled down, having it's head ripped clean of by the coach. While the protagonist gets up, attempting to thank the coach on saving him, the coach mistakes him for a zombie, knocking the protagonist out.
In the next scene, our protagonist is put in a wrestling ring, laying there. He gets up and looks around, only seeing empty benches. But the, a voice can be heard, introducing the Coach aka Matt Riley, as the former Fortune City heavyweight champion. A fight then starts after Riley says ''Clean fight, boy. This is for the title for world champ. But you're nothing but a CHUMP!''
When defeating Riley: A cutscene shows the protagonist boxing Riley, who gets knocked out of the ring. When the protagonist tries to ''celebrate'' with the title, Riley tries to get up, saying ''Unfair! I am not done with you. Just wait until get back into this ring!'' Riley has trouble getting up on his feets and into the ring. He goes over to a zombie, who has a referee costume on and tries to say the protagonist needs to be disqualified. The referee zombie, as long as other zombies crowds around him. He mistakes them as his fans and gets himself into the crowd. He is then killed by the zombies.
Reward: You will get his gym as a save spot, with multiple heavy objects as weapons, a survivor who were hidding inside on of the tall lockers, a new combo card called ''Fighting Chump'', which is made by combinding Boxing gloves and teddy bear. It is useless and does little damage, but it last for a long time and will knock down zombies for 20 seconds.
Achievement: When you defeat Riley, you get achievement called ''Heavy Weight''.

If you think about it, Frank is the reason Katey dies, because he takes the elevator before Chuck, so there's a likely chance Chuck had to find a slower alternate route downstairs. Leaving not enough time to save Katey
Another psycho I thought of: Deezer meriny, Age 35, owner of grocery store, gone insane from the outbreak. He thinks the main charecteur of DR4 is trying to rob the store, so he grabs 2 boomsticks (shotgun tied to pitchfork) and the fight begins. Deezer can shoot you with the shotgun or jab you with the pitchforks, lift you up and fire 3 shots at ya. The pitchforks have a twist, the left and right points of the pitchfork are knifes, so deezer can slash you. he can throw knifes and lead pipes at you. he has a belt when if he presses a button on his wrist band, long reaching spike come out the belt, there long enuf where you cant do melee damage to him and will de-activate in 10 secound. Rarely he will throw Molotov's. he can heal himself during the battle; he can grab food and rip open the bag to get the food out, it will take him 3 seconds, another 2 to eat it, if you hit him 4 times b4 he eats, he will not eat it and drop it, allowing u to get-n-eat it. if your too close he can blind you for 4 seconds by squirting ketchup in your face. For his death, he runs away, and ends up in a bakery within the store, and rests on a counter. When he sees u coming over, he will try to get away while holding on the counter, however he slips and his head goes into a hole in the counter when bakers dumped icing into, Which is also when the icing gets mixed.....by a giant blender and...*Slice*. When dead you can get 2 boomsticks, steak, the belt, and a key to a doctors area where you get Zombrex and 6000$ (tho it does not respon) (or if DR4 does not have zombrex: a key to a in-store hardware store where there is a door leading outside you can now unlock, and there are unlimided chainsaws and responding bikes, and a bike maintnence room, there are also 3 shotguns and unlimited pitchforks and knifes and a hidden sword) (the hardware store will automacticly be available after deezers death the DR4 has zombrex) what do you think?
