Steve really knew how to present a recipe. What a marvelous showman. Also, there's just something about the way he says "perfect" that lets you know this is dang good tasting.
I can’t WAIT TO MAKE THIS!! Thanks so much!! I just love your awesome personality and your loving banter together! I am blessed to have found you! I lived in Jackson, TN FOR 10 years and Maryville, TN FOR 6 years and I wish I could buy your Wine!! We will be up for a visit soon! Love you guys!♥️💙🙏🏼

Thanks to Shot Gun Red for his always heartwarming videos. Such a pleasure to watch. Looking forward to making this recipe tonight while staying safe at home.
Here's a hint about corn flour: I think that corn flour is another name for corn starch. Chinese have often coated items to be fried (deep or shallow fry) in corn starch and/or sometimes depending on the recipe, I coat meat in corn starch and soy sauce. I enjoy watching your show on RUclips. P. Solem
Hello Steve, I found that pineapple juice is a fantastic meat tenderizer. I use it for the tougher cuts of my bbq meats. Works great and no sweetening of the meat either.
Looks wonderful! I bought this lodge wok and the cook too also! Steve was a wonderful salesman! Least I bought what ever be recommended!I love all these videos!
Cooking with Shotgun Red Oh I didn't know. My condolences and best wishes to you and his family if its not too late? I only just started watching his videos for the first time whilst surfing youtube. I like to think that death is only the beginning of something new. Maybe he's up in heaven now cooking FANTASTIC food? Whi knows except that his happy and cheerful personality will be greatly missed. :)
Publix's is good for their customer service. They will also order you things if you need something and they don't have it. I always been taught that corn starch is cornflour.
Sadly, Steve is no longer with us. Truly sad to me as he had many awesome recipes. But personally I use Maggi in lieu of soy sauce in all of my recipes. It’s less sweet and a bit more salty which is perfect for me.
Shells is right it looked like you were using cast iron a metal tool can break loose the seasoning in the pan be nice to your cast iron and it will be nice to you I prefer my cast to anything else you can buy
Great recipe , so sad that Steve is no longer with us . Love his presentations . Keep up the great work Ms Sheila .
Thank you, We will! Happy New Year! :)

@@fastcars393 Thanks!
Pineapple juice is a natural meat tenderizer.
this looks so good. going to have to make this.
It was! A great recipe! Thanks for subbing!
Steve helped me make the move from Heinz ketchup to hunts ketchup, never looked back.
Glad you made the switch! 👍😊
keep showing Steves shows.
corn flour can be made from any popcorn in the blender or corn meal in the blender, in small amounts (a couple cups)
Great tip!
I have got to have some
I have had this with pork shoulder in the 50th
Score one for Sheila for the extra pineapple. Sweet and sour cooked pineapple is the best !!! 🍍
👍😊
You have to look for corn flower at a Chinese food shop
Publix's is good for their customer service. They will also order you things if you need something and they don't have it.
I always been taught that corn starch is cornflour.
Love Publix's! Glad you like this channel! We are all family here!
It's normal for a store to seperate cuts if possible.
Mmmmmmmmmmm so so good
Yes it’s a! ! Thanks for watching! 😊
Ya'll had me at double dipped!
thanks! lol!
I yelled at Steve. "Don't eat all Sheila's pineapple"
LOL :)
This looks delicious i make this too but for some reason i always forget the pineapple😂 gonna try this recipe😀👍❤
It's so good Angie!🙂💗😃
Look on Amazon for Corn flour
That sweet n sour sauce is similar to my moms meatloaf sauce. No pineapple juice and Worcestershire sauce instead of soy sauce.
They are cloned, and they are in every store. I can't imagine not doing that customer service request.
Quite similar to my dish but I honestly have tried the ketchup and I'd rather make the homemade sauce without its tangy 🍅 based background flav
Missing this guy
Can you replace the sugar with honey instead?
Yes you can
Thanks about the spoon that sound gives me the creeps lol 😂
😅
shotgun red your an amazing cook and your wife is good with the camera
Thank you so much! Unfortunely Steve passed away Dec 29th 2018
Cornflour is everybody else's name for the US name of cornstarch...
..."PRETTY MS. SHEILA"..."GOOD CALL SHEILA..."(the spoon)...a bag of masa for tortillas is corn flour...
Thanks for watching! I hate that clanking sound! :)
Sadly, Steve is no longer with us. Truly sad to me as he had many awesome recipes. But personally I use Maggi in lieu of soy sauce in all of my recipes. It’s less sweet and a bit more salty which is perfect for me.

Yummy
Maybe you have to look in Asian or Filipino markets for the flour.
Shells is right it looked like you were using cast iron a metal tool can break loose the seasoning in the pan be nice to your cast iron and it will be nice to you I prefer my cast to anything else you can buy
Doing this with the next wild pig i shot next!
Wonder how this would turn out using chicken chunks instead of the pork???
I think it would be great!!! 😋👍 Let us know if you try it!
